Location of the hotel is good. The hotel itself is quite big and comfortable. I could find everything necessary in the room. And an important thing for me, it was quiet there.
There was a variety of products for the breakfast, so you may have a good meal in the morning.

The bed board had a white stain on, right next to your head, a little bit of fudge in the toilet as well, a speck, but still..., now add in that the floor is carpet and it makes you think how much time is being spend on cleaning the room. The room is very dim, there are a total of 2 lights on the ceiling and one of those was out in the room i stayed in.

The bathroom door was torn, the room and hallway smelled of cigarettes. The staff was not welcoming. Good location.

Just checked out from this hotel after 4 nights stay. Overall the location is good and they have a nice steam / sauna facilities and a pool. Staff are friendly. BUT please bear in mind they like to book in guests for parties and alcohol fuelled gatherings in this hotel. The smoking terrace is located on 5th floor. So you will have masses of drunken people going up and down the stairs, swearing, generally loud, slapping the corridor doors all the time. THERE ARE NO CCTV cameras on neither of floors so reception staff are unaware of what goes on. All the noise travels down the corridors etc. And trust me you will not get a good night's sleep with those parties going on so near that in mind!
Called the reception around midnight to ask whether they could help but the noise carried on until around 2am. Bear in mind!!

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Lodz. It is a wonderful place with a nice swimming pool and sauna.

Hotel is very nice, but restaurant on 1st floor is horrible. Food quality is really good. Sadly, but Staff does not know what service is, they have not been even close to it. They can spoil all your evening. Hotel I recommend, but never go to restaurant on 1st floor. Especially try to avoid waiter named Marcin.

I'm already the fifth time in this hotel.
Honestly, I prefer this hotel then the most reputed Andel hotel. It has a special atmosphere.
The Ambassador Hotel is in the center of the City, close to all City attractions. I love the swimming pool with the water beaches. Two saunas are excellent. What I love most is the lady beautician. She always manages to make me look 10 years younger and she's incredibly nice.
