This hotel saved us. As we were stuck on the highway for many hours due to a heavy road accident, we just decided at 03:00 am to try to find a place to stay in Lodz. We called the reception and within 10 minutes we had a room arranged for us and because of our late area the hotel offered us for free a late checkout. Great location with reasonable prices. The rooms feels modern and comfy. AC easy to manage. Stuff was super nice to us.

Unfortunately impossible to switch-off aircondition on the room.

A solid 4 star

Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm, but only 45minutes later due to lack of fresh towels. We were dying for a shower so a bit annoyed at that. Everything else was top notch, lovely receptionists and nice varied breakfast, rooms very clean and air conditioned- it was over 30 degrees outside at the time.

Ok. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were basic and had limited hangars and no appliances. Breakfast was decent.

Staff was really nice. Check in and payment through the app would be nice. Bathtub was loose and tilted forward, creating a water reservoir. Door lock was also shaky. Overall still great.

Value for money. A bit run down facilities. Plus very busy street outside but noise level acceptable

Well, it should have 3 stars at least... nice and clean room, and also the rest of the hotel makes a very good appearance, including the staff. Coffee and breakfast also delicious and various. Could stay longer than 2 days, definetely ? not far to the Piotrkowska and and also the train station is a 10 minute walk. You can have also coffee during the day at the bar, and their own cash machine is also...

Despite having big room with tall ceiling and clean bathroom. There is very old television only with 4 repeating channels, Small empty Fridge, bed is not cleaned properly, not polite reception, don't have even water heating mug.

I've been staying in Hotel Raymont even breviously. It is a little bit aged hotel but a good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, just a dated room, but nice and clean. It's not a Sheraton, but you only pay 1/8th (or even less) of Sheraton night. I've never tasted their breakfast, because there is a fridge in the room so I manage my own breakfast. But generally I can say that, breakfasts in Polish hotels...

The hotel is very good, nice, big room. However breakfast was terrible. There was no bread, no coffe. The baked eggs were disgusting... they were almost not baked, just warm. Ugly... no worth to pay for breakfast.

It's OK - a clean bed, decent breakfast (Polish style!) and private parking.

Good quality "utility stay" hotel. Don't expect luxuries. But price/quality ratio is decent. The room was clean, bed was comfy. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was your standard hotel buffet fare, both me and my party enjoyed it.

I had a great experience at the hotel and they were kind enough to allow to have a small team meeting with no extra charges.

Everything was perfect! From the start to finish. We walked out of one hotel due to not such a good service and attitude. Just to come to this hotel which made our day. Bowling, swimming pool, spa with massages - perfect service. Very clean rooms, smiley staff, comfy beds, lots and lots of space, huge choice of breakfast, free parking. Highly recommended.

Our preferred stay in Łódź. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and floor heating. Hello , just spent 4 nights! Excellent area so roomy , amazing breakfast area with so manu choices! Lucky wasn't hot so we didn't have to use the pool that seem closer to the older sister - Ambasador Centrum . I might book there next time in summer. Only suggestion i think installing soap/Shampoo + conditioner will be more eco instead of those tiny bottles .

Bathrobes need to be updated

This is a modern hotel with cosy rooms. The greatest advantage of the hotel is that you can have a shower and look on the Izrael Poznański Palace over the window. Perfect view especially at night!

Very rarely I’m coming back to the hotel, but that one is the one in Łódź! Lovely and stylish rooms, comfortable beds, great kitchen (bar on the top floor is amazing) and very friendly staff. The spa/ Massages rounds the offer. I would highly recommend!

Nice Hotel close to Manifactura. Price is ok, breakfast is good. The Bar in the Roof is also very nice, but they are not serving hot drinks. Nevertheless it's fine

The best choice of B&B stay for family of 2+2 with a good price and perfect location. Clean, zero waste, good location with rich and delicious breakfast buffet. Price was the best for that location. For parking, better to prefer city spots to care budget.

Great location with plenty of restaurants closeby. Rooms are normal for such a hotel. They tend to get very warm even though all heaters are swiched off. And the windows cannot be opened properly (security reasons) so it is difficult to air it out properly. Breakfast buffet is very good and available from 6:30 in the morning during the week. Underground parking is available but very pricey at 60PLN...

The place is amazing. Has a great view to one of the most biggest malls. The room and the beds very comfortable to sleep and rest. For me the most important was the service from the people that working there. Very kind, very professional and always to be there for you with a smile on their faces. Recommended A+++. Me and my husband visited this hotel back in June 2022. Everything was perfect. It was very welcoming, comfortable and clean. We could see Manufactura from our hotel room window and it's a short walk to go shopping if we needed to. A very nice hotel in a cute city! The whole building and interior had a modern and urban aesthetic and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was also very friendly and willing to help us with what we needed. Lastly, a big plus, apart from the hotel's amenities, is that it is very close to the city center, with some very interesting museums surrounding it!

Diffinetly would recommend. Great staff, we was lucky and could check in 4.5 h early on arrival. The reception staff very happy and helpful. Lovely swimming pools and great food. It is good choice when you want to stay in Łódź for business or some quiet place as it is located far from centre. I didn't have time to check spa area because of too much work but room was really nice and breakfast tasty as well.

When I asked for an extra pillow, I got the answer that it was impossible to get it, strange... but okay. However, when it is so hot outside and you order a hotel with air conditioning, you hope that it will not only be there but also perform its function. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work even after two requests. They told me that they turned it on, and I would have to wait, unfortunately...

Staff was nice, the rooms were okay, some of the lamps and switches were slightly tilted, and there were only two plugs for the whole room, one in the living room and one in thr bathroom, the air conditioner was not also working. Plus points for the clean pool, if you are willing to wake up at 7-8 am, the pool is completely empty and just for you, you will get a nice morning swim in here. The breakfast...

It's OK. Looks like a castle. Most people in Poland don't speak English well and this does for the hotel personal too. So you may have to find the right person to get your message through. But it's mostly nice people. There is not much to do in the hotel. There are no TV channels in English.

Hotel focus was an adequate hotel for a 4 day visit to Łódź. The staff were generally friendly other than one receptionist. The rooms are spacious with large ceilings, a bottle of water is provided which was appreciated. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops and is a 20ish min walk to Piotrowska Street. Overall I’d stay again when next in Łódź.

What a totally positive surprise!! I usually stay somewhere else as my company has a corporate rate - but that was full this week. I chose the Focus for the location but what a POSITIVE DIAMOND I discovered. The room was huge, bed was huge, food was excellent and the service was super. Considering the price-quality ratio, it's not bad. The rooms are sizeable. I would use bleach for towels, but it's not eco. However, I would bleach the towels. Good coffee and drinks, 10 EUR for breakfast in this standard is worth the price. Check the map, some attractions are quite close.

A nice three star hotel which is fresh and nicely decorated. Wide selection at breakfast. Only downside is weak air conditioning that needs really noisy high speed to cool the room, and still takes a couple of hours to do so.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose the Yuca hotel due to its close location to the training site, so it suited me, although the area is so-so ;). I am satisfied with the hotel, the rooms are tidy, appropriate size, quality adequate to the price. There is no elevator. I also rate the hotel and restaurant service highly. We were organizing a small party in the restaurant part. I rate the value for money very good. The food is very tasty, the portions are selected so that even the most voracious family members can eat enough (we also have ingredients left for a few nice dinners - but this is already known according to individual preferences). I also recommend buying a cake and cakes through the premises - it's not cheap...

Decent hotel in the center of Lodz . Rooms are neat and clean but are very small so it's hard to fit your luggage if you have a big suitcase . Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will be good 4.5 stars if they improve their breakfast spread and quality which is just average

Really nice hotel. The woman at the reseption was really polite. Two free parking areas next to the hotel. The room had two bottles of water and a lot of tea and few coffee "bags". The bed was soft and cozy and it had two soft pillows. Will definetly return to this hotel!
