Stunning hotel with great interiors. Historic building which was once a thriving cotton mill. Roof top swimming pool offers great views of the city. Well equipped gym. The hotel's crew is very polite and friendly.The rooms are clean comfortable and ready to welcome you with their freshness. Regarding its location you will feel as if at home thanks to the neighbouring Mall shopping center. Had an absolutely wonderful experience in this hotel. The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. The furniture is new and comfortable and so is the bed 🛌 The location is superb, just a few meters from Manufaktura Mall. The area is just beautiful

Our rooms weren't ready at 2pm, but only 45minutes later due to lack of fresh towels. We were dying for a shower so a bit annoyed at that. Everything else was top notch, lovely receptionists and nice varied breakfast, rooms very clean and air conditioned- it was over 30 degrees outside at the time.

Ok. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Rooms were basic and had limited hangars and no appliances. Breakfast was decent.

Staff was really nice. Check in and payment through the app would be nice. Bathtub was loose and tilted forward, creating a water reservoir. Door lock was also shaky. Overall still great.

Well, it should have 3 stars at least... nice and clean room, and also the rest of the hotel makes a very good appearance, including the staff. Coffee and breakfast also delicious and various. Recently built, so it is in good condition. At a great location; Piotrkowska street is 50 meters away. The rooms are clean, and relatively well-equipped (e.g. there is a hair dryer in the bathroom). The breakfast offer is OK, just as the Wi-Fi connection, and the private parking opportunity is a great bonus.

This is a modern hotel with cosy rooms. The greatest advantage of the hotel is that you can have a shower and look on the Izrael Poznański Palace over the window. Perfect view especially at night!

It was a really amazing experience at this hotel, it has all the facilities you need, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed in either a bed or sofabed. The television works and the trams have a stop outside. It is close to the city centre and had a friendly crew to help us with the city. It had a pool and a pool table, as well as a bowling alley and table football, all which were cheap and enjoyable...

Everything was perfect! From the start to finish. We walked out of one hotel due to not such a good service and attitude. Just to come to this hotel which made our day. Our preferred stay in Łódź. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The bathroom is very nice with walk-in shower and floor heating. Hello , just spent 4 nights! Excellent area so roomy , amazing breakfast area with so manu choices! Lucky wasn't hot so we didn't have to use the pool that seem closer to the older sister - Ambasador Centrum . I might book there next time in summer. Only suggestion i think installing soap/Shampoo + conditioner will be more eco instead of those tiny bottles .

Big hotel in the heart of Łódź. Beautiful, big room with balcony and nice city views. Good SPA zone! Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Amazing, helpfull and smiling staff. Everything was perfect!

The best choice of B&B stay for family of 2+2 with a good price and perfect location. Clean, zero waste, good location with rich and delicious breakfast buffet. Price was the best for that location. For parking, better to prefer city spots to care budget.

Great location with plenty of restaurants closeby. Rooms are normal for such a hotel. They tend to get very warm even though all heaters are swiched off. And the windows cannot be opened properly (security reasons) so it is difficult to air it out properly. Breakfast buffet is very good and available from 6:30 in the morning during the week. Underground parking is available but very pricey at 60PLN...

For a 2 Star Hotel the staff deliver 5 star service!! Breakfasts are 4 star as well! Ludmila went out of her way to help with something left behind. This is actually a surprisingly very good Ibis. It's in a great central location next door to a cinema and across the road from a shopping mall. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfy. The lobby is actually very pleasant with a high central atrium. There's also an underground car park with direct access into the lobby. Stayed here for the weekend. I am a Hilton Gold member and got an upgraded room. Breakfast was superb with lots of interesting stuff like falafel, smoked fish, waffle maker, juice maker, carpaccio, chorizo, and many more. There is also a pool, gym, and a jacuzzi (hot tub was closed during my stay). The staff were also courteous and helpful.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. I think I made a mistake because I compared it with the service in other Hiltons. Service in the bar is 0, we have to explain our request 5 times. There are no ear buds in the rooms, when we ask, they say they cannot provide them. Even in a 3-star hotel, this service can be provided, but not here. I do not understand why the parking lot is paid

My favorite hotel in Lodz. Back there is always a pleasure and satisfaction. I am thankful for all staff from this hotel. They always try their best to make your stay comfortable and good.

Check in and check out were smooth, no issues and friendly receptionists. The room is clean and tidy, but very basic. We booked room with double bed and actually got two single beds that were put together, which we really disliked. Location of the hotel is amazing, it takes around 10-15 mins to walk to Piotrkowska which worked great for us.

We stayed for one night and the hotel served its purpose. Staff at the front desk was helpful and food at the rest away good. We had parking right on the property. The hotel is being renovated so that’s good. Our room, although small was clean. The gym and sauna are a great treat.

This hotel saved us. As we were stuck on the highway for many hours due to a heavy road accident, we just decided at 03:00 am to try to find a place to stay in Lodz. Diffinetly would recommend. Great staff, we was lucky and could check in 4.5 h early on arrival. The reception staff very happy and helpful. Lovely swimming pools and great food. It is good choice when you want to stay in Łódź for business or some quiet place as it is located far from centre. I didn't have time to check spa area because of too much work but room was really nice and breakfast tasty as well.

When I asked for an extra pillow, I got the answer that it was impossible to get it, strange... but okay. However, when it is so hot outside and you order a hotel with air conditioning, you hope that it will not only be there but also perform its function. Staff was nice, the rooms were okay, some of the lamps and switches were slightly tilted, and there were only two plugs for the whole room, one in the living room and one in thr bathroom, the air conditioner was not also working. Swimming pools are amazing. But the level of cleanness is kind of low. And there is no place in standard room to dry things after pool. The restaurant is closed after 21 and on Mondays. There is a kettle but no fridge in the room. And the hooks on the wall cannot hold even the weight of a hat.

Very comfortable beds, good size room. Shower, sink and toilet in room. Decent selection of TV channels, most in Polish. Close to bus and tram stops that can get you into the city centre easily. Restaurant is okay. Included breakfast was more than satisfactory.

It's OK. Looks like a castle. Most people in Poland don't speak English well and this does for the hotel personal too. So you may have to find the right person to get your message through. But it's mostly nice people. There is not much to do in the hotel. There are no TV channels in English.

Hotel focus was an adequate hotel for a 4 day visit to Łódź. The staff were generally friendly other than one receptionist. The rooms are spacious with large ceilings, a bottle of water is provided which was appreciated. The hotel is close to tram and bus stops and is a 20ish min walk to Piotrowska Street. Overall I’d stay again when next in Łódź.

What a totally positive surprise!! I usually stay somewhere else as my company has a corporate rate - but that was full this week. Considering the price-quality ratio, it's not bad. The rooms are sizeable. I would use bleach for towels, but it's not eco. However, I would bleach the towels. Good coffee and drinks, 10 EUR for breakfast in this standard is worth the price. Check the map, some attractions are quite close.

Decent hotel in the center of Lodz . Rooms are neat and clean but are very small so it's hard to fit your luggage if you have a big suitcase . Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will be good 4.5 stars if they improve their breakfast spread and quality which is just average

I've been staying in Hotel Raymont even breviously. It is a little bit aged hotel but a good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, just a dated room, but nice and clean. It's not a Sheraton, but you only pay 1/8th (or even less) of Sheraton night. I've never tasted their breakfast, because there is a fridge in the room so I manage my own breakfast. The hotel is very good, nice, big room. However breakfast was terrible. There was no bread, no coffe. The baked eggs were disgusting... they were almost not baked, just warm. Ugly... no worth to pay for breakfast.

Very cheap price for a correct room, small buy enough for one night, clean and warm, and a really good breakfast for few euros more. The street is not as good as hotel situated in Piotrkowska, but it still close to Manufaktura, and tram stops.

This was my second stay at this hotel. I chose the Yuca hotel due to its close location to the training site, so it suited me, although the area is so-so ;). We were organizing a small party in the restaurant part. I rate the value for money very good. The food is very tasty, the portions are selected so that even the most voracious family members can eat enough (we also have ingredients left for a few nice dinners - but this is already known according to individual preferences). I also recommend buying a cake and cakes through the premises - it's not cheap...

I was tired in the city of Łódź and this place was very affordable and a great place to charge my phone for the night. Prices will fluctuate but I got a room for approximately £20 GBP. That's great value for a place to lay your head.

Old fashioned hotel with lots of art deco and post war features. Great food breakfast loads. Evening meals are good value and bar drinks are good value. We found a lot of places pub and bars charge at weekends . Well worth its money at weekend and great staff and service .

This place has a very special spirit. It's worth the money - not expensive, but clean and decent. Nice view and a very pleasant coffee place just across the street.

Location is perfect but be prepared. The building is old with an old style lift - probably original. The quaint rooms have very high ceilings and are in need of renovation. Gives a glimpse into how things used to be. A wide variety of good at breakfast. If the place is renovated, I will return.
