good hotel, with nice modern rooms and the rituals shower gel and shampoo. The breakfast and dinner was good as well and staff always very friendly and ready to serve you. Unfortunately the room was a little bit loud because of the main street incl tram/train in front of the hotel. Big plus: little fitness room!

The best choice of B&B stay for family of 2+2 with a good price and perfect location. Clean, zero waste, good location with rich and delicious breakfast buffet. Price was the best for that location. For parking, better to prefer city spots to care budget.

Very clean hotel. Portions of food quite small in the restaurant but very tasty. Service very polite, smiling and helpful. Big thanks to Maria at the restaurant/bar for professionalism and kindness. It was definitely the right choice to stay in this hotel while in Lodz. Highly recommended.

Great location with plenty of restaurants closeby. Rooms are normal for such a hotel. They tend to get very warm even though all heaters are swiched off. And the windows cannot be opened properly (security reasons) so it is difficult to air it out properly. Breakfast buffet is very good and available from 6:30 in the morning during the week. Underground parking is available but very pricey at 60PLN per day. You can take the first ticket from the machine to the reception and pay there for your whole stay. Then you dont have to take a ticket every time you drive out and in again. Rooms are very quiet at night and beds were comfortable for me.

I stayed here for six nights in October. Everything was great. All the staff were efficient, helpful, cheerful and friendly at all times. The room was very comfortable and the breakfasts were always filling and tasty with a wide choice from the hot and cold buffet. I had a really good time here and highly recommend it. One minor issue was with the choice of TV channels for English speakers. The only English TV stations available were news channels, although I am not sure what options Novotel has to bring a wider variety of English language television to its hotels, so it was not a major issue. Another thing was that I noticed one of the channels (Polsat) had long periods with no sound
