Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children from 3 years old to 10 years old stay for 150 zł per person per night when using an existing bed.
Children from 11 years old to 12 years old stay for 200 zł per person per night when using an existing bed.

We went to Polanica for romantic weekend. It is a really beautoful hotel, located in the quiet area of Polanica, but still 10 min walk front the main street. Hotel itself offers two great restaurants, fantastic recreation area with swimming pool, saunas, and sun terace. SPA offer itself is reachest I've seen and Staff is very professional and friendly. Rooms are stylish and comfortable. Nothing to really complain about :))) We will be back in autum for sure !

As expected, perfect service, food from another planet, quiet and pieceful. For anyone who wishes to rest get a solid sleep and chillout, highly recommended

It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well.
The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. Will definitely come back to revitalize.

It's really nice to be here. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I think that it's the most beautiful hotel I've been to. There is so much to do here. You can bike, swim and go to the spa. It's my third time being here and I will definitely go back to this amazing place in Polanica Zdrój

Whole experience ruined on the last day.
I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. I have asked in the reception whether I am able to stay 1 hour longer in the room as I still have this treatment. I have been asked to leave the room despite new guests are coming not earlier then 15:00. Ridicules especially that they have created treatment schedule.
Great place but hard to recommend after such experience.

A wonderful hotel, nice rooms , relaxing Spa and in beautiful surroundings.
Not getting a fifth star is due to below average food! Especially for the kids, my 12 year daughter given a boiled white chicken breast with no spices, no sauces and when We complained the restaurant manager told us it’s an healthy dinner plate, I explained her that even children have taste and healthy doesn’t mean boring boiled food.
Food by itself in this hotel not worth more than 3 stars. Do come but go eat outside as well, at least the kids will thank you!

All write about the rest, but I'm on the job. The hotel as well as Jamrozowa Polana is constantly looking for staff to work. The ratio of five stars and pay absolutely don't mix.
