Rooms were nice and clean, the appartment complex included a simple gym and games hall with billiard and games. We totally loved the breakfasts and dinners here. Wellness is fine, although a bigger sauna and cooling room would be appreciated. as it is in common space with the swimming pool, you have to wear swimsuit and guests often visit sauna right from the pool, this is not how it should be:)

Excellent location near the spa park. Nice rooms well equipped. Excellent food in the form of a buffet for breakfast and dinner or a la carte. Service is slower with poor English. The wellness is not bad, but from 19:00 unattended and suffering from a lack of towels and rude guests who occupy the whirlpool for 60 minutes and at the same time block the sunbeds.

Really great hotel, with unbeatable location in Polanica. Lavish buffet breakfast with home made products (ham, pate, bread, cakes, smoked trout) ...were absolutely delicious ! I also enjoyed a cup of coffee on an outside terrace overlooking the Zdrojowy Park, one of the main attractions of the city. We had a great stay in the apartment. Place was new, super clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a great option in cold weather. Location can’t be better if you want to be in the town centre , walking distance to all restaurants and the park. We rented a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor. As we travel with our toddlers, the outside patio and playground was a great bonus.

As expected, perfect service, food from another planet, quiet and pieceful. For anyone who wishes to rest get a solid sleep and chillout, highly recommended

It's an amazing place to refresh yourself, access to the SPA zone (swimming pool and variety of different saunas, two jacuzzis, terrace, etc.). Surrounded by forest, which brings peace to your mind. The food is rather good as well. The only downside is the price of course, it's slightly more expensive than I would expect (~20% less). However, you get what you pay for. It's really nice to be here. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I think that it's the most beautiful hotel I've been to. There is so much to do here. You can bike, swim and go to the spa. It's my third time being here and I will definitely go back to this amazing place in Polanica Zdrój

Whole experience ruined on the last day. I have visited this hotel for a weekend including SPA program. On the last day I have found out that last treatment in SPA that was planned by hotel staff is finishing later around 11:30 then the time I have to leave my room 11:00. A wonderful hotel, nice rooms , relaxing Spa and in beautiful surroundings. Not getting a fifth star is due to below average food! Especially for the kids, my 12 year daughter given a boiled white chicken breast with no spices, no sauces and when We complained the restaurant manager told us it’s an healthy dinner plate, I explained her that even children have taste and healthy doesn’t mean boring boiled...

Hotel is located in the heart of town, surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops - couldn't be better😁 Rooms are spacious with all you need. Breakfast option is available - I was amazed with selection.

Can do for a 2* Hotel but I’ve been to no star and of much better quality. This place is majorly worn out and needs to be refreshed. It has a huge parking lot in the backyard which is a great thing. First impression great, location also a plus. Large rooms, comfortable beds in the room, fridge and electric kettle, but there are no cups of tea or coffee as far as the room is concerned, you can still fault the stinking drain the whole bathroom "smells" of it. Breakfasts ok, small selection, lunches very poor. Food tasteless, not salted, we ate the same every day ..... No fruit for breakfast, lunch...

In general it's ok. Good location, good breakfast, clean room, big bathroom, nice staff, but like every other things in Polanica Zdrój, it's quite overpriced. At 350 zł a night, one would expect more amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, and other toiletries but the fact is there are only a bottle of hand soap, a 2in1 shampoo/shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom.
