Novotel Poznan Centrum

Could be 5 stars if it wasn’t for the rude service. Here is how it went:
- Hello, I would like to do the check out.
*The woman at the front desk looks at me without saying a word like I’m bothering her. Then points at a key box in the hallway and continues staring at the screen*
- Ok… Thank you.
*Continues to ignore me*

Just because of these interactions where we are treated poorly I will choose another hotel next time.

The bedroom had two beds, but only one bedside lamp, that needed repair. It seemed to have been configured for one person in a big bed. The bedroom safe was broken and the fridge was empty. Supply of tea and coffee was limited. The light levels in the room were totally inadequate for most purposes It was advertised as four star, but the most one could say was that it was much over rated. However it was clean and the water warm. Finally there was an incomprehensible note about servicing the room, overall therefore just adequate.

Like sandwiches, first the positives, then the minuses, and positive impressions.
Worst stay in the Accor chain ever. I turned the sandwich over.
Hotel, large, modern, close to the center. Too few parking spaces, everyone parks where they want and how, Poland in communist times, there is a mega-large complex opposite where there is a multi-storey car park and the staff also directs it there.
As for the operation, congratulations for working in such conditions. Too many guests too little service especially at the bar in the evening where you can eat from the restaurant and order from the bar.

The elevators do not work properly, one is turned off at all, the most common one that is inoperable does not show the floors where it is going and where you are going, with 16 floors it may be important.
The service is trying, but in a hurry or on purpose, they omit details and here I am not alone, they forgot about a welcome drink and a cot for a baby ordered when booking, mentioned when booking.
Breakfast, rich, no bacon, it has been a minus for this chain for several years, a large selection but chaos, too many customers at once, customers, including us, had to flee to other floors to find seats, the manager tried to get it somehow, fresh offer juice or coffee but it was too late. The bad taste remained.
More at this hotel will not stay.
