The circumstances of my stay are unusual as it wasn't pre-planned stay, it was last minute booking due to severely delayed flight (payed for by the airline). In total, I stayed in the hotel for about 6 hours but it was very comfortable room, decent size, comfy bed and clean and modern bathroom. In the morning i managed to grab breakfast, which was very decent. I will actually consider staying there next time i happen to be passing through Poznan.

NEVER AGAIN! This hotel is an absolute zero. The whole point of paying for a hotel room is to be comfortable or what are you paying for?
Mngmt sets room temperature at 24C.
The front desk initially said this temperature could not be lowered until my colleagues and I decided to leave, then they set temperature at 21C, but feels like 25C.. No circulation, no oscillating fans for use, thermostat turns OFF every 1-2hrs. Windows only crack open.
My company phoned front desk to reduce temperature to 19C for 6hrs untilwe leave- they said no.
Restaurant food okay but too hot to eat. Charge for take out container.
Staff is attentive, but I feel sorry for them that they have to work here in these hot conditions.

I was here for work trip. The rooms are standard and clean. I was surprised they had slippers! The location is right in front of a famous mall and 20 min walk to Old Market Sq. 5mins away from convenience store.
I want to shout out to Jolanta, who works at the hotel restaurant on the 1st floor! She is super helpful and patient with our food order. We were a big group that wanted room service. She got every order correct and delivered on time. She did this twice for us during our stay. Thank you so much! 💓

Hotel breakfast buffet is also standard and has everything you need.

We had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights at the Novotel Poznań Centrum. It is in a good location to get into the old center of town and to do some shopping.
The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and clean.
They even had a dedicated storage room for our bicycles. A definite plus as having safe and secure storage when you are cycle touring is very important.
The breakfast was included in the room rate (otherwise it is a touch pricey). There is a very large selection and you can even make your own carrot juice and waffles. Yum!

It is convenient for business trips. It is only 1km away from the train station and the exhibition hall. There is a large shopping mall next to it. The breakfast is also quite rich. The first floor of the hotel is a restaurant, and the second floor is for breakfast. There is also a gym shared with ibis. You can also book ibis in the same building, but Novotel is on the upper floors. Recommended

We had a great time a the Novotel Poznan Centrum. The room was perfect, as well as the location. Many choice for the breakfast, more than I have expected. Moreover, we have received a wonderful welcoming by the team and a personalized attention in our room and this was highly appreciated. It is very close to the old town pedestrian street and there is a big shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient.

The hotel is in a good location, next to a large shopping mall and only a 10-minute drive from the airport. The room is quite big and the bed is very soft. Overall, it is very suitable for business trips.
