Reviews
weekend of Nov 11th ;) Guys you were great!! Food was nice with some variety but not anything out of this world. Our room in the Willa was bigger than the average apartment in Warsaw :) If you stay at the Willa there is no point to pay for the parking at the castle. Frankly speaking I don't see why the parking there had to be paid anyway but this is management's decision.
The swimming pools are nice, however as we wanted to relax, a group of jumping children in the swimming pools at 9 pm were a little bit disturbing. The new pool area is only adults, but it does not have the same vibe as the one that is underground. Water was also a little bit to cold.
Décor in our room was spectacular with a nice medieval vibe. We really like it. Unfortunately, the cleaning was not the best as we found old candy on the floor next to the bed.
Service was not the best, but we were there in high season so I can understand that maybe the staff was just tired of hearing the same questions all the time.
If I would come back there? I am not sure. I could think of coming back just to enjoy the Saunarium and the pool area, but not sure about staying overnight there.
But the hotel staff should really think how to improve the service especially wi-fi in the rooms and the organization of breakfast. Both coffee machines were out of order and people had to wait for it for at least 20 min. There were two chefs making omlete which was very nice but the line for it was so long, so it was obvious half of the customers decided to have something else.
The rooms - we had a standard room and it included a cigarette smell in the bathroom and also, some very questionable cleanliness of the room.
We asked for help booking a boat ride at the reception - they told us to call them ourselves and walked away.
The pool in the dungeons was so dirty, as was the cloudy aquarium in it.
The good thing that St Anne’s SPA was superb.
Overall - invest into creating a tourist experience. English for staff, also English for exhibition.
