One of the workers screamed at me when I asked for drink, and when I asked him to speak politely he said (I will beat you, I got nothing to lose I’m already illegal here, and police can’t do anything for me)!!!! I don’t recommend any one to visit a place that hire illegal people!!

Old hotel - PRL style! I had a room in a basement with stairs and my mother had problem with leg to go to the room. Food - terrible! Staff with no experience with people interaction! Water in swimming pool was cold! Food with soda! Awful!

The hotel is old, below standard. The rooms are decorated 20 years ago, with only the bathroom renovated. The worst part is the mattresses in the beds, which are terrible—soft and worn. Never again!

A resort hotel that provides unique experience.
No in room door manual lock.
No peephole.
Lots of broken items, such as bathroom lock, reading light.
Thermometer went missing from its case.
Air conditioner wasn't allowed to be used but it was 20 degrees.
Front and bar Staff was a bit unfriendly but waitress and restaurant manager were great and welcoming.
Food was overcooked but it was not too bad.

Last but not least, you may feel like you are the only one guest staying in such large area.

We went there with family for a week with tennis. It’s an old post communist hotel, with some renovation completed. Few things do not work like bad lamp that can not be repaired or constantly demagnetizing access cards, even if you keep them off the phone. Overall surrounding is dirty, tennis courts are not well maintained with trash around and missing basics like chairs etc. In the middle of the stay they organized conference, moved dining to little room in the lobby keeping conference people in the restaurant, kids dining moved to the basement with entrance trough trash. No heads up for this conference or changes to logistics so we were learning everything after things happened . Due to conference loud during the night, drunk people knocking the doors, and couple of other points not worth mentioning. Can not sleep with open window, as it was close to fun area, where they put ashtray and cigaret smoke was entering the room all the time. One positive is food tough which was very good.
