2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.

This is a very good hotel. The staff is very welcoming. The room is clean, spacious. If you travel and you are tired, go chilling out in this wonderful hotel.

Standard place with mid to lower standard. Food was eatable, though beer (claimed original Pilsner Uruquel) was terrible.

A nice little hotel on the border of Tarnów. There is a restaurant on site that serves very tasty dishes. Nice service.

I like the restaurant - food is tasty but little choice - prices have gone up so much lately, but like everywhere else.

We were one night only. Very friendly staff. Thanks for that a lot. Superb breakfast. Warm room. Two things were not OK for me, but they were not a big issues. Sockets which are located close to a bed didn't work. Sometimes you can hear people that stay in another room.

nice big rooms stayed here for 5 nights for a family wedding.. continental breakfast OK.. towels only changed once in 5 days.. should b daily...

The best Swedish breakfast buffet I had in a very long time. The pate , the salads and choices of cold cuts outstanding for such a small hotel.

What a lovely hotel. Clean, spacious room, and above all friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Great customer service. Its got a great terrace and the restaurant is reasonably priced. I will plan to stay here whenever I'm in Tarnow.

We had a pleasant stay at hotel Kantoria. The rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and both meals were excellent. It's an easy walk to town and conveniently near the park. I recommend!

Very nice place, quiet, cosy with very good facilities and a really nice restaurant-bar. The breakfast was fine, the service was adequate and staff very polite and friendly. The food at the restaurant was also delicious and the atmosphere magnificent. It s a bit far from center but Tarnów is small anyway :)

Amazing, amazing! A "simple" but absolutely beautiful, cozy and nice hotel. Everything is clean and well equipped. The rooms are good, big and comfortable. The bathroom is good too. They pay attention in every single detail. The breakfast is good with some normal options, but again, every thing is super well made. The staffs are friendly and kind. The best hotel in the region.

Very nice, big rooms, great rate. But 1 thing they should consider is putting in a fridge in the room.

Very good hotel, clean rooms, good coffee at breakfast. Rooms are quiet even the ones that face a busy road. The outside is a bit shabby but honestly we did not care. Would stay here again.

Good hotel of a good standard. Recently renovated so it doesn't smell new, but it is an area with history and patina. The room was very clean, there was even a bench for doing crunches. Tasty breakfast. Very good service. The only thing that could be irritating was the shower - there were stone holes in the apparatus, so the water flowed in unpleasant thin streams in different directions.

Everyone comments on the old decor etc but it has its own charm and is clean and has everything you need. Not everything has to be modern. I haven’t seen sweets on the pillow for a long time, and here’s a pleasant surprise for you, good old school, just like a hotel from the beginning of the last century.

Large rooms, great tasty food, friendly and professional service. I usually choose a different hotel every time, but this is one of those that I may return to in the near future.

Best hotel and restaurant in Tarnow, great location, friendly service, great T-bone steak and lickable marinated salmon. The rooms are large, spacious, clean, the breakfast is very rich and there is a lot of choice... I also recommend the excellent ice cream desserts. I would like to return to Bristol on November 7th. Nice hotel with great staff! As a non-polish speaker they were extremely helpful arranging a taxi to a tourist site off the beaten path.... and was able to help me arrange one for my return when i had problems reaching the taxi company by phone. I had a great stay and would stay there again with out question. All staff I encountered spoke good english.
