Quiet place is located not far from the downtown. Griendly to wheelchair users even though it doesn't have a room accessible for them. Wonderful people at the reception.

The lobby looks amazing, as does the whole ground floor. However once you leave the ground floor, the hotel is completely different. The picture on their brochure is not anything like the room. The corridors smell of stale and fresh cigarette smoke, permanently. The bed sheets, bottom sheet had holes in it and barely covered the mattress topper, the duvet before you get under it doesn't quite touch the edges of the bed. My wife and I squeezed into the small double bed and had to turn the room temperature up and take turns to use the duvet as it was that small.
I gave this hotel 2 stars as the staff, when you can see them, which is very rare, are friendly, and the breakfast is OK, although limited.
Not impressed, a UK premier in or Travel lodge are 10 times better.
