Hotel Lubicz Spa and Wellness in Ustka

Very nice hotel. However, alot of signs and instructions are written in polish only. It would be nice to have them in english aswell.

Where does one begin to summarize a 10-month stay at The Lubicz Wellness & Spa? Due to work, I once again had the privilege and honor of staying in Ustka, and this hotel truly became my second home.

​The staff are, simply put, exceptional. After staying for as long as I did, I got to know them all, and I find myself lacking words to truly convey their quality. They are consistently professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful, always making me feel genuinely welcomed—as if I were a cherished member of their family. I will sincerely miss them and wish them all the very best. I will absolutely be returning for a private stay in the future.

​The room itself was spacious and impeccably maintained, always smelling fresh and spotlessly clean.

​Suggestion for Improvement: The only minor suggestions I have are to install larger, newer TV sets and to address the Wi-Fi connectivity, which was occasionally a bit inconsistent, though functional when working.

The SPA & Pool facilities are a true highlight and an absolute must-visit. The variety of massages and treatments is excellent, not to mention the serene salt cave and infrared sauna. You will definitely leave feeling completely rejuvenated.
​The pool area is equally impressive, featuring a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a superb jacuzzi perfect for unwinding.

​The dining experience is top-notch.
​Breakfast is delicious, offering a great variety with something to satisfy every taste.
​The buffet dinner, served between 17:00 and 19:00, features diverse and consistently delicious dishes.
​The à la carte restaurant also provides some fantastic options (though I was sad to see my favourite starter removed from the menu!).
​The bar is a great place to relax, serving excellent drinks with the added delight of live music every Friday and Saturday.
​Suggestion for the Bar: Adding some light, appealing bar snacks would be a welcome addition for guests who don't always want a full meal.

​The hotel's location is excellent. It is within easy walking distance of Grand Lubicz, where I was able to enjoy their fantastic gym, aqua park, restaurants, and the nightclub/bowling lane.
​It's also a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach and the downtown area—a perfect stroll to help digest all the wonderful food!

​I can unreservedly recommend The Lubicz Wellness & Spa. Whether you are visiting for a quick weekend escape or, like me, for an extended period, I can guarantee you will enjoy your time here immensely.

Update: I recently visited the hotel privately and was not disappointed. I can, however, mention a few updates and changes:
​The rooms have been completely renovated, featuring new faucets, wallpaper, a fresh coat of paint, and new carpeting. These changes have definitely significantly improved the overall room experience.
​However, a noticeable change is that there is no longer live music on Fridays or Saturdays. This used to be such a unique and welcoming feature for the hotel, offering an added bonus while enjoying dinner.
Some of the staff have moved on but that's understandable.

Very nice place to stay. The room was spacey and I could sleep very well. The service was wonderful. I would recommend this place.

Small elegant hotel, cosy but sophisticated. Nice rooms, clean and spotless. Great spa offer (ayurvedic massages!!!), nice pool&sauna area. Standard breakfasts, but of good quality, everything super fresk. Very nice restaurant a'la carte, short menu, everything delicious. Great service. I'll be back for sure.

The room was spacious and always kept super clean and smelling fresh. The only improvement I would like to suggest is to install bigger and newer tv sets. The WIFI is a bit iffy, but besides that, when it worked, it was OK.

The SPA is simply fantastic, with a great variety of massages and treatments. Not to mention the salt cave, infra red sauna. Don't miss this when you stay here. You will definitely feel rejuvenated.

The pool area is also great, with a dry sauna and a steam one. There's also a great jacuzzi here where you can sit back and relax.

The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety and with something for everyone. The buffet dinner is served between 17:00 and 19:00. The dishes are varied and delicious. The a la carte restaurant has some great dishes too. Although my favorite starter was removed from the menu.
The bar serves great drinks, and there is live music playing every Friday and Saturday, which adds a nice touch. Another suggestion for this area is to perhaps add some snacks as one doesn't always want to eat a full meal.

It's within walking distance from Grand Lubicz, where you can enjoy their fantastic gym, aqua park, restaurants, and nightclub with a bowling lane.
It's about a 10 to 15 min walk from the beach and down town area, which is a nice way to help digest all the good food.

I can definitely recommend this hotel. I can guarantee you will enjoy your time as much as I did. Whether you are here for just a weekend or for a long stay, like me.

Truly a great place to relax and enjoy Utska! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront of Utska depending on where you go. The spa here is great, boasting talented massues, an infrared sauna, and a peaceful salt cave.
The rooms are nice. There is no AC, but there is heating.
The food is great and the drinks are phenomenal.
The service was genuinely fantastic and all if the staff are welcoming and helpful.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utska!

I appreciated the kind and professional service from the first day until my last day. The room was very convenient and pretty cosy. I slept very well all the time. I enjoyed the acitivities at the swimming pool and relaxed in the jacuzzi area. It was simply awesome. Dining at breakfast and in the evening was really great due to the selection of wide range of food and drinks.
Altogether I can recommend the Lubisz Hotel in Ustka...

A beautiful hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms and decent pool area (sizeable pool, jacuzzi, steam and dry saunas, a salt room). The breakfasts were very tasty and offered a wide selection of choices from the cold and hot buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. Gym however is in the 'sister' hotel up the road. Spa very good and rooms clean and big! The staff in the bar/restaurant were superb.
