Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Nice service, clean rooms. Location in the very center, if someone does not mind riding and honking trains, no problem. Breakfast is a plus because there is a large selection, but dinners are on average, very little choice. The downside is the small pool. Breakfast - 4 ⭐ Dinner - 4 ⭐ Room - 2 ⭐ Service - 2 ⭐ Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

Excellent ambience. Great food. Big room, swimming pool, kids playground. This 4* hotel has everything needed for an ideal family break.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Wonderful stay. Staff all very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests happy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

Nice hotel with kind personal for families. It's perfect as for the kinds as for their parents. Only disadvantage is that jacuzzi is too small 🙈😀

Nice hotel in a good location. Quality rooms and a good restaurant. The overall impression is spoiled by the almost non-flowing shower with no water pressure, making it very difficult to wash yourself. The staff does not smile at all and almost no one speaks English, which I would expect from a four-star hotel.

In general, our stay was enjoyable; however, our expectations were dampened by the wellness facilities. Positive aspects included free parking, child-friendly zones, a gym, bars, and a good breakfast. The kids' zone in the wellness area was particularly impressive. Really perfect hotel for family with kids. It is slightly old according to date on elevator 2007, but the design is ok. The breakfast and dinner was perfect. I loved our family holiday at this hotel and as a birthday treat my husband booked me a massage and a facial ,the only thing I could maybe bring attention to is that the robes are all one size so any woman or man with more fuller figure will not fit . I am still carrying baby weight and I felt absolutely humiliated and went away feeling worse than I went in . Maybe having sized robes to fit all body...

Wonderful big hotel with many many things to do inside. I strongly recommend the big Aquapark they have inside and the spa!

Rooms are big and well designed and will be perfect if they will be renovated or refreshed a little bit. Everything else is perfect. If you want to feel luxury, you should visit this place.

Aquapark review - all ok. You can leave your car in underground carpark if the weather is not to your expectations ;) and then enjoy the aquapark. Its clean, free towels, and lots of entertainment(check what's available as the list is long) for all ages, we have been there with todler. Best place to visit with family and kids . Best location ,Lots n lots to do all over the day for aduls n for kids as well. See you soon again. Rooms migh b little larger as per kids but its still manageable as just we spend nigh in rooms rest of the time we were out .

After couple hours of skiing in Szczyrk resort it was a lovely experience to relax in saunas,jacuzzi and go down the water rides😁no doubt its a popular place and I would well recommend to visit this place!

The room was amazing, not much, we came spontaneously with a partner in a wheelchair, we called 30 hotels, rooms for rent, apartments - password wheelchair - no ROOMS, PLACES, ETC, here we found our place on earth, the owner was helpful, nice, she welcomed us like no other person The room is tiny, but something beautiful for us even in a wheelchair. ground floor, balcony, relaxation, close to the market...

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please. The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow. Breakfast was decent, eggs cooked...

Just came back from our summer family holiday. I think I have never been to such amazing hotel. Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. I like hotel's staff. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us. Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables...

Great service, comfortable beds, great food, excellent breakfast. Pool is clean, sauna and steam room are nice. Thank you for 3 beautiful days.
