I appreciated perfect wellness especially big swimming pool (divided on a part for swimmers And a part for non-swimmers) and jacuzzi. There are also saunas, but I have not been there
We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs
There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please
Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables, fruits, deserts, breads, hams, cheeses, kids' dish, non-alcoholic beverages. Breakfasts were very opulent too
Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us

Very friendly staff, dogs friendly place, very nice breakfast with personalized omelette option to choose. The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and saunas
The downside is the small pool. To use the bathhouse, you must first ask the lifeguard to turn it on and wait about 30 minutes. If, of course, the lifeguard turns it on and doesn't say it doesn't work as we heard
No direct exit from the pool to the outside. To get to the pool you have to go downstairs and walk through the entire hotel to take the elevator back to the 1st floor
Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean
Located in the center of Ustron and there is a very picturesque alley next to the hotel down the Visla river (where you can find with a dog or feed the ducks or chilling with a lovely mountains view)
It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside
Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.
The dining room is even large for such houses, the kitchen is not for guests. First, I was afraid because the comments did not bode well. I got a room with the guardian at number 3. There is television and internet
The wardrobe has huge furnishings and we have a toilet together with a room. I'm happy! I highly recommend. I was still in the city near the pearl, it is not so far away and not too big
The food is tasty and not expensive for such a big one. I chose jam pancakes and I will say. I was surprised! The pancakes were large and covered with warm chocolate
Parking is, as someone wrote, you can't call it parking, it's normal for plots. The manor is fun, there is a trampoline, swing and sandpit under the name ZOSIA 😂
I'm Jane, sometimes if someone forgets a name they call me Wiki. I'm just here the first day and stays until the next week and honestly it is very cozy

Excellent ambience. Great food. Big room, swimming pool, kids playground. This 4* hotel has everything needed for an ideal family break.
The pool area, albeit smallish, was sufficient. People did not overcrowd it much, we could swim and use both the jacuzzi and sauna. I appreciate the true Finnish style sauna which went up to 102 C
Ladies day- nice experience, professional service, wrong description on the website, spa was 1.30 min instead if 2hrs.
Parking was also allright in my opinion, even with a fullish hotel. There are spots from which you have to reverse, some spots might require more skilled driver, but I didn't have trouble parking in the evenings
This was fine for us and we understood that this is the focus of the hotel, but it might not be for everyone. As for the facilities, we were happy with our three star room, everything was in worki g order
The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there

Nice place for a short stay, for example for training, integration meeting, weekend getaway. Apartments are very clean, comfortable, consisting of a sitting area and a living room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom
Guests can use the swimming pool, jacuzzi, salt cave. The swimming pool is free, but the rest is paid for. You can also play table tennis. The center is nicely situated, it offers a beautiful view of the Beskids
The hotel is not very inviting from the outside, but inside it is clean, we will take care, cozy. Rooms modest, small, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfasts a very large selection of dishes and very tasty
The food is good, the rooms are very clean, the hotel staff are very polite and friendly! I also had an amazing time in the Grota (salt spa), in the jacuzzi and in the sauna! I recommend staying in Gwarek!
The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. The cafe inside serves delicious drinks 😉. I recommend we already have a reservation for the next time
To Ustroń fifteen minutes by car, the journey to the Vistula takes not much longer
