Good food and nice spas with indoor pool

Great location, above the rest of the other hotels. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were nice and clean. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning. I would stay here again.

September 17, 2019 For me, The Hotel Belweder Ustroń in Poland. It's just like the Ritz and the Waldorf Astoria Hotel. The very best, really.

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. In general, the hotel is very well-oriented towards its guests! We'll be happy to come back ;)

Nice service, clean rooms. Location in the very center, if someone does not mind riding and honking trains, no problem. Breakfast is a plus because there is a large selection, but dinners are on average, very little choice. The downside is the small pool. Breakfast - 4 ⭐ Dinner - 4 ⭐ Room - 2 ⭐ Service - 2 ⭐ Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

Wonderful stay. Staff all very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests happy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

I was surprised by the overall stay in the hotel, very well prepared for visiting families with children- children's playroom, children's pool, children's outdoor playground, animation program for children every day of the week. We found a Diamond hotel as a great place to relax and charge batteries. We liked that our room had a big balcony and it was nice and comfortable. The resort, although high between the mountains, provides a very nice view. I was here on ace trip and it is a very good place as a place for school trips. Starting from disco rooms, ending with a conference room very richly equipped with microphones, projector, etc., to large and exclusive lobbies.

The best place to relax in Ustroń. If someone counts on luxury, they will not find it here, but there are other advantages of this place. Rooms ok, very friendly service and great breakfasts. Warm and comfortable large rooms. The building was clean and well kept. A basic kitchenette, but a very comfortable and quiet place to rest. However there are no blinds for the skylights in the bedroom so you cannot keep the light out. Also the hot tub and log burner (wood for it) cost extra, which we weren't aware of before arriving. Sincerely recommend, very nice owners, the castle in the centre, but nevertheless in the wilderness, a Playground for children, excellent cuisine, peace.

Tiny little rooms, cold but clean. Food good, service very nice. The downside is the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna, the water was unfortunately not clean, the smell was repulsive, the sauna was dirty, and you have to pay extra for each moment spent there. The big minus in the rooms is picked up only by TVP🙈 !!! The cafe is closed for 2 days of our stay

The hotel is not very inviting from the outside, but inside it is clean, we will take care, cozy. Rooms modest, small, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfasts a very large selection of dishes and very tasty. The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. The cafe inside serves delicious drinks 😉. I had an amazing stay in Gwarek! The hotel is comfortable and has a great location. The food is good, the rooms are very clean, the hotel staff are very polite and friendly! I also had an amazing time in the Grota (salt spa), in the jacuzzi and in the sauna! I recommend staying in Gwarek!

A clean double room, comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, new fittings, a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and each room has an exit to a balcony, the cheapest stay in the area. A fully equipped kitchenette which is unique. You can make a drink, prepare a meal and eat on the spot without any problems

We spent the weekend at the resort with an organized group. We needed a place for an integration workshop. We were wonderfully taken care of. Ladies from Ondraszek very helpful. Food was very good. Everything is great for this price. I recommend it for organized groups. There is a place for a bonfire, gazebo and training rooms. We cordially greet the choir from Pszczyna :)

The best hotel in Poland. The food is of high quality shelves, just yummy. The rooms are comfortable and very elegant. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel.
