Hotels in Ustron

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location and the pool area are definite highlights along with the grounds in general. Staff was mostly very pleasant and eager to please. The rooms were abit dated and the bedding was below my expectations. Coffee was mediocre and the AC wasn't necessarily very accurate temperature wise. The lifts are also quite busy and slow. Just came back from our summer family holiday. I think I have never been to such amazing hotel. Standard room was spacious and clean - king size bed with comfortable mattres, couch,tv, fast internet, balcony, bathroom with shower. I like hotel's staff. They were allways in a good mood and very kind to us. Dinners and food in general were delicious: allways wide range of dishes, side dishes, vegetables...

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, only the balconies are a bit neglected, but there are so many attractions around that we almost did not use it. Weird to not have a gym in a 5 star

Nice service, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi - very enjoyable. Breakfast with lots of food, very tasty.

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

Pension on the sidelines and thus peace and quiet, wonderful views. Room neat czusty. The hosts very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

Although the resort is not the newest, it is nice and clean. First of all, there is clean and fragrant bedding and a comfortable bed. Good breakfast buffet, specific and friendly service. The views from the window are beautiful 🏔️

Great location, of course the condition of the hotel leaves much to be desired, but very nice service, good food compensate for these inconveniences.

The resort, although high between the mountains, provides a very nice view. I was here on ace trip and it is a very good place as a place for school trips. Starting from disco rooms, ending with a conference room very richly equipped with microphones, projector, etc., to large and exclusive lobbies.

The best place to relax in Ustroń. If someone counts on luxury, they will not find it here, but there are other advantages of this place. Rooms ok, very friendly service and great breakfasts. Peace and quiet away from crowded resorts. I've been a few times now and I will definitely come back here more than once. I recommend

Tiny little rooms, cold but clean. Food good, service very nice. The downside is the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna, the water was unfortunately not clean, the smell was repulsive, the sauna was dirty, and you have to pay extra for each moment spent there. The big minus in the rooms is picked up only by TVP🙈 !!! The cafe is closed for 2 days of our stay

The hotel is not very inviting from the outside, but inside it is clean, we will take care, cozy. Rooms modest, small, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfasts a very large selection of dishes and very tasty. The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. The cafe inside serves delicious drinks 😉. I recommend we already have a reservation for the next time.

Nice place for a short stay, for example for training, integration meeting, weekend getaway. There are parking spaces. Apartments are very clean, comfortable, consisting of a sitting area and a living room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. A kettle is available. I had an amazing stay in Gwarek! The hotel is comfortable and has a great location. The food is good, the rooms are very clean, the hotel staff are very polite and friendly! I also had an amazing time in the Grota (salt spa), in the jacuzzi and in the sauna! I recommend staying in Gwarek!

A clean double room, comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, new fittings, a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and each room has an exit to a balcony, the cheapest stay in the area. A fully equipped kitchenette which is unique. You can make a drink, prepare a meal and eat on the spot without any problems

We spent the weekend at the resort with an organized group. We needed a place for an integration workshop. We were wonderfully taken care of. Ladies from Ondraszek very helpful. Food was very good. Everything is great for this price. I recommend it for organized groups. There is a place for a bonfire, gazebo and training rooms. We cordially greet the choir from Pszczyna :)

The best hotel in Poland. The food is of high quality shelves, just yummy. The rooms are comfortable and very elegant. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel has an indoor pool with grander technologją. A very nice place. In addition, the complex has an Elevator, with beautiful scenic views.

Urokliwe miejsce. Bardzo blisko do trawiastej plaży przy stopniu wodnym na Wiśle. Profesjonalna obsługa. Pani Alina oraz personel panie Dorota i Magdalena bardzo uprzejmie i pomocne. Posiłki bardzo smaczne w rozsądnej cenie. Porcje naprawdę duże. Wybór dla dorosłych i dla dzieci.
