Very clean and the hotel staff very helpful and professional.

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

Very nice hotel with a very polite staff. Located on the hill in the forest with a great panorama view. Big breakfast and dinner buffets. Zoo-park - attraction for the whole family situated just nearby.

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Overall stay ok, but we rate the hotel itself at 3 * On the plus side: - location at the very top, but access is cumbersome, because there is a park in front of the hotel for visitors and you have to be careful because it is narrow and a lot of people, - cleanliness at the highest level, - very good food and a large selection, - nice and helpful staff. As for the minuses: - we did not receive a room...

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

The Panorama + apartment is roomy and comfortable and we do like coming here. Nonetheless a few (minor) things need fixing such as heavy creaking of stairs in at the half-landing in particular. The downstairs shower cubicle is difficult to get into and out of for a well-built person. The shower heads have a nasty habit of travelling down and are awkward to keep still.

The breakfast was great for adults...with some specialities from Poland kitchen like pickles...also for children the pancakes. Very nice located hotel with good service and rooms. Landscape from terrace - magnificent. Staff professional and friendly, happy to share some local tips. Good wellness area with pool and massages. Breakfast fresh and tasty. Parking available but additional charge.

Older building on the outskirts of the city, well-kept rooms with TV and bathroom. I was looking for accommodation for one night without a reservation, the Lord assumed in advance that I could not afford him and he is not Caritas, in the background you could still hear "just remember that it is more expensive for one night", if I was not tired I would simply turn and went out.

A clean double room, comfortable beds, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, new fittings, a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and each room has an exit to a balcony, the cheapest stay in the area. A fully equipped kitchenette which is unique. You can make a drink, prepare a meal and eat on the spot without any problems

We spent the weekend at the resort with an organized group. We needed a place for an integration workshop. We were wonderfully taken care of. Ladies from Ondraszek very helpful. Food was very good. Everything is great for this price. I recommend it for organized groups. There is a place for a bonfire, gazebo and training rooms. We cordially greet the choir from Pszczyna :)

Tiny little rooms, cold but clean. Food good, service very nice. The downside is the spa area with jacuzzi and sauna, the water was unfortunately not clean, the smell was repulsive, the sauna was dirty, and you have to pay extra for each moment spent there. The big minus in the rooms is picked up only by TVP🙈 !!! The cafe is closed for 2 days of our stay

The hotel is not very inviting from the outside, but inside it is clean, we will take care, cozy. Rooms modest, small, clean, very comfortable beds. Breakfasts a very large selection of dishes and very tasty. The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. The cafe inside serves delicious drinks 😉. Nice place for a short stay, for example for training, integration meeting, weekend getaway. There are parking spaces. Apartments are very clean, comfortable, consisting of a sitting area and a living room with a balcony and a spacious bathroom. A kettle is available. I had an amazing stay in Gwarek! The hotel is comfortable and has a great location. The food is good, the rooms are very clean, the hotel staff are very polite and friendly! I also had an amazing time in the Grota (salt spa), in the jacuzzi and in the sauna! I recommend staying in Gwarek!

The best hotel in Poland. The food is of high quality shelves, just yummy. The rooms are comfortable and very elegant. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere of the hotel. Urokliwe miejsce. Bardzo blisko do trawiastej plaży przy stopniu wodnym na Wiśle. Profesjonalna obsługa. Pani Alina oraz personel panie Dorota i Magdalena bardzo uprzejmie i pomocne. Posiłki bardzo smaczne w rozsądnej cenie. Porcje naprawdę duże. Wybór dla dorosłych i dla dzieci.

Nice and helpful staff, breakfasts and live cooking 11/10, lots of animations and entertainment for children. The Spa area is clean and well-kept, the general standard of the room is more like a 3* hotel, but very clean. It is clear that the director/owner constantly monitors the facility. Breakfast - 4 ⭐ Dinner - 4 ⭐ Room - 2 ⭐ Service - 2 ⭐ Bowling was big disappointment. Only 2 bowling alley and one group can reserve both of them For whole evening. It's impossible to find reservation. If bowling is offered as service then it shouldn't be like that.

Very friendly staff, dogs friendly place, very nice breakfast with personalized omelette option to choose . The hotel is equipped with a swimming pool and saunas. Located in the center of Ustron and there is a very picturesque alley next to the hotel down the Visla river (where you can find with a dog or feed the ducks or chilling with a lovely mountains view).

Warm and comfortable large rooms. The building was clean and well kept. A basic kitchenette, but a very comfortable and quiet place to rest. However there are no blinds for the skylights in the bedroom so you cannot keep the light out. Also the hot tub and log burner (wood for it) cost extra, which we weren't aware of before arriving. This could be due to the language barrier between English and polish...

Great place - very nice owners, nice little houses to rent - fully equipped, place to make fire or grill:) I would recommend for families and for friend trips as well:) We have organised there integration weekend party with coworkers - it was great time and everybody loved this location!

Very quiet and cosy place. Apartments are clear and spacious. The landlady is also very helpful and kind. I really recommend that place to take a break and to relax!
