Lovely hotel. For a small family it’s perfect. Though we are two old retired Nomads we enjoyed watching families have fun and enjoy themselves. The breakfast was truly worth the stay. The Buffett was vast in assortment n had a live cooking station.
It’s a bit off the main square but the town so lively and fun . Many places to settle in and people watch. City very clean , well policed and relaxing . Ideal place for getting off the busy treadmill of life .

we had a lovely time for 2 days. food selection breakfast and dinner was really good. we travel a lot a I can honestly say it was enough variety to choose from. rooms large enough. insulation isnt perfect but thats ok. sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. I am happy to come back again. it was worth it.

If you are looking for a quiet resort away from civilization this isnt it. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for a quaint mountain resort, Zakopane is not your town. The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. The hotel holds daily activities for the little ones but if your child is over 8 years old it will not be of interest to them. The hotel does have a pool and spa. The pool is filled with children and very loud. The water in my opinion is cold in both the pool and spa. The hot tub should be hot, but it's not. I don't know if its per regulation or is it the hotel's preference to keep it at that temperature. The pool for us was one and done. Not impressed. We chose the biggest suite because we love space. And it is big, with more closets than a NYC apt but with one proper bed. The sofa bed is small and very uncomfortable. It will not accommodate two average size children. The mattress is very thin and you can feel every spring on your back. There is plenty of room in that suite for another king bed and that sofa. Very poor use of space. The breakfast is phenomenal so do add it to your room. You will not regret it. The staff is not exactly friendly but isn't rude either. They will get you what you need but also expect a tip for every little thing. We were having issues with the AC in our room. The porter, a young man, stopped by for literally a minute, kept hanging around expecting compensation. I am a very generous tipper, but this was egregious in my opinion. Location is great as you can walk to town and the most sought after attractions. I was not impressed. For the money we spent I expected something more classy. Then again maybe it was not a right fit for me and my family.

I have never, ever stayed in a place as hectic as this.
The wellness and sauna section is completely unusable since there are hundreds of children running around. HUNDREDS.
And one lifeguard. They are the only person in the entire area.
There are women in the men's changing room. Little girls in the men's changing room.
The sauna section is 18+ however there are even children up there - yet there are signs stating no clothing.
The hotel is telling you not to wear clothes in an area where there are minor children present .
Absolutely inexcusable the hotel allows this to happen. it's summer and children are to be expected...but this is a hotel for families
only.

Really disappointing experience.
We have visited the place a few years ago and hoped for a quality of experience. Unfortunately, the room was “upgraded” from the “mountain view” to no view. Staff wasn’t able to hear us out, and tried to convince us that in the previous room there is no AC, but in our there was one. We didn’t care about the AC, we wanted the mountain view for what we were paying for at the first place. Staff offered us a mountain view for an additional 400 EUR. Quite outrageous. The place used to be well managed and staff was well trained and polite, but looks like they are going for quantity over quality now. To add, the AC room had malfunctioning AC anyway and no sound proof isolation. Will avoid the Nosalowy from now on.

Very good hotel. A large balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Good spa area. Large paid parking lot, 30 zlotys per day. The room is spacious, constantly cleaned and soap dispensers are constantly filled. Far from the city center. The minuse was that the Wi-Fi connection in the room was weak, the balcony door was difficult to close and not all sockets worked. But overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA offers a wonderful experience for families. The rooms are comfortable, and the views of the mountains are stunning. We had the all-inclusive package, the food selection changes daily and is consistently good, providing a great variety. Pools and spas are decent, the other amenities like a gym with a mountain view, an excellent playground, and a game room with Xbox. The resort also offers bike rentals and pool billiards. Overall, a great choice for a family getaway with diverse food options and engaging activities.

I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful. The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself.

Caution: Be warned about the Nosalowy Dwór hotel website. It fails to mention the disappointing conditions we encountered: no AC, no iron board, no warm water in the shower, and no room service until noon (so no morning coffee). Coming from the USA to explore Zakopane, we couldn't even secure an upgraded room by paying extra due to full occupancy. We paid for parking but couldn't find a spot. Never again.

Friendliness of the staff going above and beyond to accommodate you regardless of status or trip profile is just perfect.
Rooms are well prepared, spacious and comfortable.
Surroundings are spectacular and everything is close by. Views of the mountains as the day goes by make you want to reach out for them.
Location is amazing.
You want it quiet? You got it! Hungry for mountain city rush hour? No problem.
Also if you are craving you will be surprised with variety of food just on spot.
In the restaurant waiters, waitresses and managers are again so kind that even something not on the menu they will fix for you if you ask and if the request is feasible to handle.
Also, when kid lost the toy and sadness of that separation from that only toy had been around the corner … surprise help arrived: waiter Vladislav became our hero. He searched relentlessly for this tiny toy figure and found it somewhere in the restaurant bringing joy back to our child and to all of us at the same time, made our day being sunny again.
High standards at every corner.
Rentals, skis, sleds, bikes just right there.
