Hotels with pool in Zakopane

Air conditioning does not function like it should. We were told it is in summer mode so it only cools down. Ok but it does not regulate just blows cold air whatever the setting

Main purpose of hotel for me is to provide good night's sleep. We took "premium deluxe" room (gotta love the name) and we could barely fit in between the beds and the wall

A bit old furniture and Food isn't the best. the service in reception was great. Manager checked twice on us and passed also to restaurnat. Service in restaurant is a bit not pleasant

From the outside it's an old, ugly, worn out communist block of concrete. For kids it's amazing, 400m2 playroom with multiple rooms and different activities

The swimming pool is really nice with side small pool with slides for kids. Restaurant Grand Kasprowy has really tasty food. Now for the bad and my reason for 3 stars

Two hours was enough for us to admire the gorgeous mountain views, but one more hour costs 20zln more and you can pay it after if you happen to overstay

Unfortunately, this means that it was not possible to either swim or relax in the pool and I actually got headache after spending time there. It's a pity because otherwise it's quite nice

Croissants were stale, omelette was tasteless and even the orange juice was outright terrible. There's no way the hotel can't do better at prices they're charging. A/C situation as others commented can be problematic

While there is a separate pool area for children, they're also allowed in the main pool and the jacuzzi

Very good hotel in a heart of a beautiful city Zakopane. It has a 15-20 minute walk proximity to any local attraction (city only). The view is amazing, rooms are clean. Service is great and on the level

At the same time, there are drawbacks which may or may not be a big deal depending on circumstances of your stay: 1. Breakfast quality was borderline unacceptable. I imagine this will affect most people

Overall it's still a very nice hotel and I had a good stay but there are significant drawbacks which you should consider. They may or may not be a deal-breaker depending on what you're looking for

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of the room. You can play billiards, squash, bowling and other entertainment for an additional fee (small as for me)

Cozy place with very friendly and hospitable staff. I've never seen a pool with fish tanks right along the edge of the water. The spa and sauna are perfect for decompressing

Very nice hotel, though a bit older but everything is very well taken care for. very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, very tasty food

The only disappointment were juices available at the buffet,which are actually not a real juices but kint of cheap fruit drinks ( from 4 -star hotel I expect here better performance)

The cleaning service was very very good. The only minus points were that the pillows were really too soft and in the swimming pool in the spa was really too much chlorine. This hotel is fore sure worth their 5 stars

However, for such a size of a hotel, there is only 1 lift and tiny pool, which gets overcrowded

Well located and decorated, staff is soso except one man at reception desk and swimming pool is really small, especially it's shared with the other 3* hotel. Hotel gym you can hardly call a gym.

Beautiful hotel, nice location close to krupowki, service by the reception is very friendly and was very helpful when our airconditioning didn't work. The following day the mechanic came and fixed it already

The breakfast was every day the same but there were enough choices. The diner in the restaurant was of a high quality and very tasty. The service in the loungebar and in the restaurant was very friendly

Pools and spas are decent, the other amenities like a gym with a mountain view, an excellent playground, and a game room with Xbox. The resort also offers bike rentals and pool billiards

Nosalowy Dwór Resort & SPA offers a wonderful experience for families. The rooms are comfortable, and the views of the mountains are stunning

I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful

The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself. I would definitely stay here again, everything was amazing

Perfect place in center of the city. Parking was kinda risky and full, but we had little bit of luck. Breakfast was good and dinner sometimes perfect and sometimes not. Room for kids is absolutely perfet as well as pool

One of the things I absolutely love about this hotel is the breakfast (if you haven’t tried freshly made gofras, you are missing out) and the pool

Clean towels daily and always made sure you had full stock of toiletries, coffee and water in your room

We arrived on All Saints Day last November and Zakopane was replete with visitors from the globe. Driving a rental vehicle, the best part was free parking and the breakfast buffet included with the room

Lawrence at the concierge desk located and delivered my cell phone to the room after I absently mindedly left it in the gym, something we were so grateful to him for. The Halka fine dining restaurant was excellent

Pool and hot tubs were really nice and the breakfast was excellent so much choice! We also had the couples treatment in the spa which was so relaxing and the staff were also really Nice in there

Visiting this town at the foot of the Tatra mountains seems to be right of passage for all the Polish citizens and understandably so, with the air of enchantment surrounding the hotel

This is the best Hotel experience I have ever had. Very comfortable rooms where every detail is mountain styled, that makes you feel you are sleeping in a wood cabin up in the mountains

A large balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains. Rich and very tasty breakfast. Large paid parking lot, 30 zlotys per day. The room is spacious, constantly cleaned and soap dispensers are constantly filled

Surroundings are spectacular and everything is close by. Views of the mountains as the day goes by make you want to reach out for them. You want it quiet? You got it! Hungry for mountain city rush hour? No problem

In the restaurant waiters, waitresses and managers are again so kind that even something not on the menu they will fix for you if you ask and if the request is feasible to handle

Also, when kid lost the toy and sadness of that separation from that only toy had been around the corner … surprise help arrived: waiter Vladislav became our hero

The only comments that came to our mind after our stay - our stay was during the winter holidays, so we could use a wider offer for children, both in terms of animation (one animation for 6 days of stay) and, for example, hotel cinema

The last note concerns the swimming pool area - there are no signs of "buttons" activating the waterfall, or "bubbles" in the children's section, and their launch is also not easy

There is where to put the child (two playrooms and an animator for a couple of hours a day). There are swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas

We visited Nosalowy Dwór again, after a few years of break. Although there are visible signs of use in the hotel, we have no reservations in the context of caring for guests, cleanliness in the room and service

Jenak, despite a large selection, where everyone will find something for themselves, three days in a row, with a six-day stay on the other side of the "table", we noticed black pudding, beans and sour rye soup

It took us over 20 minutes of waiting in front of the elevator to get there. During the one-week stay, the children were allowed to attend the film screening only once. The second point is about breakfast

great and lovely staff, very helpful and kind, amazing rooms as well as views from rooms on mountains. excellent food and location is perfect. we are family with 2 kids and it s close to krupowki street

However, we got room without option to open a window, plus electric devices were working according some strange algorythms (hair dryer, air conditionong, lighting), so i put only 4*

Nice location in the center of town, parking, five star hotel, etc. , so it had to have also 5* from me

The food is rather average as for the 5 star hotel and the rooms got a bit outdated over the years. We've been here 3 years ago and the time stopped here

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Barely makes it a 3 star if that. The staff was friendly but the room was not very clean and rather outdated.

Fantastic SPA area with panoramic windows overlooking mountains that you can have exclusively for yourself with extra charge

Im not sure why the place gets a bad wrap, its honestly my favourite place to eat in Zakopane, the vibe is very authentic and comforting, the staff are extremely friendly, the live music always creates a great atmosphere, i highly recommend it

The we were served in this place was amazing. Opted for the beef cheek and ribs. Was very busy but the staff were well able to handle. Great live traditional music was the cherry on top

Polish cuisine. Four talented musicians play solo and then accompany traditional Polish dancers. Truly outstanding! The mountain trout is excellent!

Hotel was OK, food was OK, room was fine but totaly not sound proof. Our neighbour was coughing all night :(. The staff was friendly but a Little bit more reserved compared to staff in other hotels.

It is a very clean and beautiful new hotel with nice rooms with great view and comfy beds. The breakfast was good even though there were a few thigs missing like darker bread

The problem was that the personal was not as nice as it could have been. The front desk wasn't realy helpful and annoyed by any question

Also they tend to ignore their guests not only at the front desk but also in the restaurand

Fantastic view and a spacious balcony. The swimming pool was clean and the water just right - not too cold, not too warm. The buffet & menu were also to a very high standard.

The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience. The pool and hot tub are clean, very relaxing

Amazing service, place, it’s a 15 min walk from Krúpowki, we stayed before Christmas time, it was quiet. Loved the swimming pool area, it has a jacuzzi for 4, a Finn sauna and a steam sauna too, big enough

The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins) The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from! We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!

I also would recommend the spa services, the staff are competent and professional. Hotel Crocus is my first choice when I plan a trip to Zakopane

For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot

Friendly hotel as well for families. A bit tight car park with limited capacity in comparison to the accommodation capacity in my opinion. Rich breakfast with good quality

Very good 3 star apartment hotel. Room really large, clean and lovely view. Nice breakfast spread and evening buffet was ok too. 10 minute walk to main shopping/restaurant area.

Perhaps it's worth introducing booking slots for breakfasts so everyone can sit comfortably? We have hardly seen any guests wearing masks inside the hotel and the staff weren't wearing them either

The cafe/bar opens for few hours (like 3 a day) and there are no kettles in the room so we found that we were needing a hot drink after being out in the snow but at 8pm couldn't have anything until breakfast! Dinner in the restaurant is pre-booked only and shuts at an early time like 8pm

When having dinner at the restaurant, we wanted to get a bottle of wine. Unfortunately, we were only allowed to pay by cash (!!!) and the nearest cash machine was a long walk away

Wifi signal was very poor and the connection was dropping off randomly. Whilst the mobile signal in the area was poor as well, we were left out without the robust internet access

It's like a 1960's hotel (including room interior decorations). There is no drinks facility for most of the time. There is bottled water or you have to walk up the shop

Rooms are a bit small but clean, bedsheets are changed twice a week. Great cuisine, very decent prices at hotel’s restaurant. Included breakfast is very generous and has a large variety of food to choose from

We got a lovely spacious room on the top floor. A nice quiet location overlooking the hills. The gentleman at the reception was friendly and welcoming but the restaurant staff was rude and I was treated like an intruder

Nice hotel. Very low internet connection which is often interrupted, wide and especially tasty variety on breakfast. Comfortable suites. They have a parking lot but the spots aren't always available. Overally good.

The staff was very welcoming and they had great breakfasts, however we had a deluxe room and in the middle of our room were doors connecting to another room! Not only everything could be heard through the doors, but as the other guests had dogs which were barking constantly, it was very disturbing! I am not sure if this was just our room with door in the middle or if it's with all the rooms, but if...
