Positives are: - fabulous view of the valley and mountains - great buffet for all meals - activities for the whole family with enormous swimming pool - walking distance from ski lift - shuttle service to Krakow airport Negatives: - rooms on the small side - difficulty controlling the a/c temperature - furniture and decor a little dated and worn

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours

The room is relatively large, close to the ski resort, and is the first choice hotel for vacation in this town; the environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant; the hygiene is very clean; the service is also attentive; and the breakfast is rich and colorful

This was my third visit to Zakopane and I was very pleased. First time visiting this hotel and I loved it. The room was rennovated recently and it was very big and clean

I really love the design they are going for - it looks luxurious and modern while maintaining the old polish vibe

The spa was great, many saunas and steam rooms and they were open till 10pm. I really like the idea of the outdoor pool but as it was autumn while we visited it was closed (maybe next time)

Unfortunately, this means that it was not possible to either swim or relax in the pool and I actually got headache after spending time there. It's a pity because otherwise it's quite nice

Croissants were stale, omelette was tasteless and even the orange juice was outright terrible. There's no way the hotel can't do better at prices they're charging. A/C situation as others commented can be problematic

While there is a separate pool area for children, they're also allowed in the main pool and the jacuzzi

Very good hotel in a heart of a beautiful city Zakopane. It has a 15-20 minute walk proximity to any local attraction (city only). The view is amazing, rooms are clean. Service is great and on the level

At the same time, there are drawbacks which may or may not be a big deal depending on circumstances of your stay: 1. Breakfast quality was borderline unacceptable. I imagine this will affect most people

Overall it's still a very nice hotel and I had a good stay but there are significant drawbacks which you should consider. They may or may not be a deal-breaker depending on what you're looking for

Perfect place in center of the city. Parking was kinda risky and full, but we had little bit of luck. Breakfast was good and dinner sometimes perfect and sometimes not. Room for kids is absolutely perfet as well as pool

My stay here was very comfortable. The staff was helpful; the room was nicely furnished and spacious; the breakfast had plenty of options; the hotel grounds are lovely (there is even a playground for the children!)

My stay here was very comfortable and the staff were very supportive. The room furnish takes you back in time, as it’s all antique and special. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Zakopane

One of the things I absolutely love about this hotel is the breakfast (if you haven’t tried freshly made gofras, you are missing out) and the pool

Clean towels daily and always made sure you had full stock of toiletries, coffee and water in your room

We recently stayed at the Grand Hotel Stamary in Zakopane and had a fantastic experience. The cozy rooms were beautifully decorated and offered a warm, inviting atmosphere

Rooms are a bit small but clean, bedsheets are changed twice a week. Great cuisine, very decent prices at hotel’s restaurant. Included breakfast is very generous and has a large variety of food to choose from

and the guy Dima from reception was super nice. and he get recomandation for hike and enviroment with a super good view

We have stayed at this hotel several times. For us, the location is ideal: easy walking distance to main drag but located away from it. Close to bus and railway stations and for all minibus services

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Zakopane, comfy bed, warm room, everything clean, really nice people at the reception, breakfast was also great, they serve everything you can imagine

The food in the restaurant is very good, with a wide variety and reasonably priced. If you choose a room facing the mountains, the view is second to none

Wifi is okay, I managed to do everything I wanted. Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in in Zakopane!

Pretty much the best you can expect from a cheap hotel. Mostly clean sheets, heating is working, alright place to sleep. Payed 20$ for the night, would've been disappointed if I payed more

A hotel at a fair price and located within walking distance of the promenade. The hotel offers parking, wellness and breakfast. In my opinion, the breakfast could be improved a bit, but it is certainly sufficient.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and we had an amazing experience! The room was spacious and offered everything we needed. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was among the best we ever had

At the check in they told us everything what we have to know, and they were really kind with us. At the check in we also talked about how we can make a reservation for the spa and the billiard also

Rooms were basic but did the trick. They had a mini fridge which was nice. Front desk staff was lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was a great way to start the day. Quick walk to the main square

The breakfast was really good everyday, and everybody who is working here was hospitable with us. The rooms what is looking to the street is a little too noisy cause of the cars

So the first when we arrived, they helped us to find the parking lot in the garden, and help us to park, for making enough space for the others to move out with the cars

Really nice place, beautiful design, great location, good breakfast. Fantastic for romantic weekend. Nice SPA , bit small, only few beds to relax, definitely too small bath robes and towels.

However, for such a size of a hotel, there is only 1 lift and tiny pool, which gets overcrowded

Before this hotel, we visited a hotel with the same rating and category, so this hotel was a little disappointing. The size of the room, the view near the hotel and the constant noise from the repair work

Well located and decorated, staff is soso except one man at reception desk and swimming pool is really small, especially it's shared with the other 3* hotel. Hotel gym you can hardly call a gym.

Beautiful hotel, nice location close to krupowki, service by the reception is very friendly and was very helpful when our airconditioning didn't work. The following day the mechanic came and fixed it already

He searched relentlessly for this tiny toy figure and found it somewhere in the restaurant bringing joy back to our child and to all of us at the same time, made our day being sunny again. High standards at every corner

we had a lovely time for 2 days. food selection breakfast and dinner was really good. we travel a lot a I can honestly say it was enough variety to choose from. insulation isnt perfect but thats ok

sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. I am happy to come back again

The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. The hotel holds daily activities for the little ones but if your child is over 8 years old it will not be of interest to them

The hotel does have a pool and spa. The pool is filled with children and very loud. The water in my opinion is cold in both the pool and spa. The hot tub should be hot, but it's not

The Buffett was vast in assortment n had a live cooking station. It’s a bit off the main square but the town so lively and fun. Many places to settle in and people watch. City very clean , well policed and relaxing

A wonderful stay for its price. Free parking, however sometimes you've got to be lucky to find a free place, especially in the evening because the restaurant is opened also for not accommodated guests

Breakfasts are unnecessarily late and dinners too early, which is difficult, especially in the summer, if you're planning a full day trip in nearby mountains

Even so, there are plenty of advantages, such as access to the mountains a short walk from the hotel and still good access to the town center. The food is delicious and the hotel is quiet and cosy

Unique hotel with traditional decor and food. Very friendly staff. Perfect base for hikers- has spa, sauna, jacuzzi, bar and restaurant! 10min bus/taxi to train station and local restaurants. Highly recommend 👍

The staff was very nice and in-house restaurant serves delicious feed. The only thing we didn't like was that the room was rather small. The wash basin in the bathroom also pretty small

Apartment was spacious with quality facilities. The location is quite attractive even the road is kind of long and narrow. Nice spa included was great relief after intense daily climbing in Tatra Mountains

In 2019, very nice place this is my second time staying here the place is incredible and the stuff we're very helpful everyone one enjoyed the hotel with an amazing view and its suitable for family.

So welcoming, so friendly and what amazing value! We visited Zakopane in May and our timing was perfect! The apartment we stayed in had amazing views as you can see

Center is in walking distance, appartments are new and beautiful, the spa is really nice and the personnel very helpful and polite! 5 stars are well earned!

We had two rooms, a great living area and a nice little kitchen. Not only was the apartment great but our hosts were amazingly friendly too

The crowning glory was the lovely spa where we had a great massage - just what you needed after a day out walking in the mountains!
