Positives are: - fabulous view of the valley and mountains - great buffet for all meals - activities for the whole family with enormous swimming pool - walking distance from ski lift - shuttle service to Krakow airport Negatives: - rooms on the small side - difficulty controlling the a/c temperature - furniture and decor a little dated and worn

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours

The room is relatively large, close to the ski resort, and is the first choice hotel for vacation in this town; the environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant; the hygiene is very clean; the service is also attentive; and the breakfast is rich and colorful

This was my third visit to Zakopane and I was very pleased. First time visiting this hotel and I loved it. The room was rennovated recently and it was very big and clean

I really love the design they are going for - it looks luxurious and modern while maintaining the old polish vibe

The spa was great, many saunas and steam rooms and they were open till 10pm. I really like the idea of the outdoor pool but as it was autumn while we visited it was closed (maybe next time)

The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of the room. You can play billiards, squash, bowling and other entertainment for an additional fee (small as for me)

A good hotel with lots of services: games, swimming pool, massage, spa etc. But be carefull booking this hotel like I did. In many cases I book hotels directly on the hotel site

Very nice hotel, though a bit older but everything is very well taken care for. very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, very tasty food

Hotel dinner and breakfast buffets were plentiful and varied with lots of options. Pool had a slide and there was a game room but I didn't check those out

Tea and coffee making facilities were readily available as was a fridge. Good Wi-Fi was also available. My main comment is the excellent food selection at our chosen level of half-board

The hotel is located close to the city center, 15 minutes walk away. The breakfast is varied. The rooms are clean and cleaned every day.

In mid-June we spent our honeymoon in Nosalowy Park. The hotel is a 5-star hotel in every respect: room standard (we highly recommend Deluxe View), interior design, cleanliness, service level, SPA area, food, art

The way of serving breakfast dishes (only with the help of waiters) is also limited and ineffective, but I understand that these are sanitary requirements, so this does not affect my assessment of the facility in any way

The ladies who took care of us (during the treatments) were incredibly nice, and on top of that they have "hands that heal". Facial treatments were very nice. Skin refreshed and mega moisturized

I recommend the treatments with all my heart, you can relax very much. Personally, I had the pleasure of taking advantage of the opening ceremony. After a full body massage, I felt like a newborn

At every stage we were met with a proactive approach to the client and small "touches" such as pralines and wine, with a personalized welcome letter waiting for us in the room

He searched relentlessly for this tiny toy figure and found it somewhere in the restaurant bringing joy back to our child and to all of us at the same time, made our day being sunny again. High standards at every corner

we had a lovely time for 2 days. food selection breakfast and dinner was really good. we travel a lot a I can honestly say it was enough variety to choose from. insulation isnt perfect but thats ok

sauna options also really good. pool was full of kids so not a great place to relax as they are so loud its hard to be around :) but for families its a good place. I am happy to come back again

The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. The hotel holds daily activities for the little ones but if your child is over 8 years old it will not be of interest to them

The hotel does have a pool and spa. The pool is filled with children and very loud. The water in my opinion is cold in both the pool and spa. The hot tub should be hot, but it's not

The Buffett was vast in assortment n had a live cooking station. It’s a bit off the main square but the town so lively and fun. Many places to settle in and people watch. City very clean , well policed and relaxing

Beautiful accommodations, great amenities (excellent spa; exceptional selection at breakfast; fittness center and 2 well equipped play rooms for kids) The only mankament was a weak internet connection (caused, as we were told, by a temporary issue)

Beautiful property - we really enjoyed our stay there. Zakopane, on the other hand, changed so much since I was a kid :). The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands

Terrific Terrific hotel in a quiet yet easily walkable to popular areas. Excellent breakfast to suit all diets. My only complaint is that there should be a restriction on children’s access to the jacuzzis.

It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. You almost don't see the mountains

There is where to put the child (two playrooms and an animator for a couple of hours a day). There are swimming pools, jacuzzis, saunas

We visited Nosalowy Dwór again, after a few years of break. Although there are visible signs of use in the hotel, we have no reservations in the context of caring for guests, cleanliness in the room and service

Beautiful brand new resort. I would highly recommend staying here except that it’s more for families as opposed to single adults who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

Our stay was at Residence I Nosalowy Dwór. Large room with very comfortable bedding, balcony, refrigerator, safe, balcony. Bathroom everything was very neat! Possibility to use the sauna area and the swimming pool

It's very comfortable to stay with children. The room is clean and well decorated. There is also a swimming pool and playground, which the children like very much. The buffet breakfast is good and tastes good.

A nice weekend away I liked the old atmosphere/decoration of the hotel (it is 120 years old). The room was nice with tea/coffee facilities and a fridge. It was great to have swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna at the hotel

Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow

The breakfast area is calm and inviting. Staff is excellent, especially Izabela. Pool and spa facilities are super. The first room we were given was relatively small and faced the main road

The room had no air conditioning, so you had to open the window. The noise from the road meant we barely slept the first night. We asked to move rooms, and the problem was solved. Parking shouldn't cost 49 pln

Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm up food. We had left overs from restauran

Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread

Very good base for mountain walks, access to SPA and swimming pools is a great thing after mountain hikes

We had to pay 12 zl when we checked in- no idea for what? Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath

Excellent hotel!! The room was huge and clean (we stayed in the building in the back), staff was always willing to help and several times they did beyond their role (like giving their own tea sachet when we asked if there was any 😁)

Great location (close to the city center, bus and train station), tasty breakfasts (something good for everybody), direct access to Termy Zakopaianskie, a very pleasant and helpful staff

It’s a really great place to stay. It takes approximately 15 minutes to the bus station by foot. I had a quite spacious room with spectacular view on the mountains. Breakfast is with good selection and food is yummy

The only disadvantage is for three day stay the room wasn’t cleaned and a trash bean wasn’t cleaned either. Nevertheless I liked staying there and I would exactly recommend this place

The room had two beds and felt quite spacious. The exterior and interior were a little dated, but nothing particularly bothered me. The food was buffet-style and plentiful, so we were very satisfied

Perfect stay in the heart of the pedestrian street. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant is wonderful. Have a great breakfast, go for a hike, relax in the pool and sauna, have a lovely dinner and drinks on the patio.

Room was comfortably large enough, some little spots weren’t clean (dust on bed headrest, wall on bathroom) but overall good. Will return for the location and the lovely breakfast

The hotel is lovely in a picturesque street. Staff very helpful. A helpful note to travelers would be to advise that there is no lift but staff happy to help with luggage.

Dined here for a spot of lunch way back in 2018. Visiting Zakopane for longer this time and wanted to revisit, the food is still amazing, the staff friendly and welcoming

Our choice of the hotel was for value and location - and it met our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to find this is a hotel within a larger. We were treated to superior common access and swam and had massages

breakfast was good with some halal options such as scrambled eggs without bacon, pastries or roasted vegetables. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming it was a joyful stay and hoping to visit again soon

Since the 2 facilties are next-door but signs only point to Bachelad where the reception is also located, it is not easy to decipher which hotel you are walking into

Room was decently cleaned and properly equipped in the toilette with clean towels. Matress were not extremely confortable, but good enough for few nights

If you need new towels in the room get the reception to instruct maid service to do so because it may not happen. The same applies to sheet changes otherwise they may change the sheets every 3 days only

The pool is good enough, saunas are hot but kinda small. The jacuzzi is definitely a jacuzzi but it isn’t a hot tub so be prepared for colder than bath water. The service and the people are amazing

Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool

No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance

The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience. The pool and hot tub are clean, very relaxing

The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins) The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from! We’ll definitely be coming back, I can only recommend! The staff is especially helpful and can tell you some places to visit during your stay!

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value

Wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Close to town. Three minutes drive to Gondola Lift station, Kasprowy Wierch Stacja. After a day of hiking, you could enjoy their pool and sauna.

last "station" before entering Tatra National Park. Holel has free parking, nice sauna (dry/wet), swimming pool. There is no continental breakfast. Overall - highly recommend this place

So cheap and the location is so close to the ski slope. Our bath-room has a little strange smell. The SPA is soooo awesome: 1big swimming pool and 2 saunas (finish and steam) Our room was very big and comfortable

We have stayed at this hotel several times. For us, the location is ideal: easy walking distance to main drag but located away from it. Close to bus and railway stations and for all minibus services

Really nice hotel close to the centre of Zakopane, comfy bed, warm room, everything clean, really nice people at the reception, breakfast was also great, they serve everything you can imagine

The food in the restaurant is very good, with a wide variety and reasonably priced. If you choose a room facing the mountains, the view is second to none

Wifi is okay, I managed to do everything I wanted. Definitely one of the best hotels I stayed in in Zakopane!

Pretty much the best you can expect from a cheap hotel. Mostly clean sheets, heating is working, alright place to sleep. Payed 20$ for the night, would've been disappointed if I payed more
