A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.

From the outside it's an old, ugly, worn out communist block of concrete. For kids it's amazing, 400m2 playroom with multiple rooms and different activities. We used the spa as non-quest visitors. Parking space in front of the reception is free to use when you visit hotel’s services. 60zln per person 2h, we took the relaxation zone package - I recommend this for couples, the first area is filled with kids and has much more traffic. I've been here since 2016 several times when I lived in Krakow. The quality of the hotel has given worse, probably it is because the hotel has been excluded from the Mercure hotel network. E.g. food quality, pool was under repairman, roads still look like from Soviet times.

I highly recommend a stay at Hotel Aquarion. The location was perfect too. Very friendly and accommodating staff The rooms were a good size,we had a ground floor balcony overlooking the mountains. Very nice room with comfortable bed. The included breakfast had a large variety and was very good. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the train station which is convenient for arrival and departure as well as the bus to morski oko. It’s about 20 minutes to the funicular and the walking street

This hotel was awesome in every way. The executive suite was huge. There was a long balcony outside with lovely views of the mountainside. The special access to the thermal baths made a big difference and saved a lot of time—no lines. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a very nice massage. Daniel was excellent. He deserves a 5 rating. The actually spa environment was very disappointing. There is minimal to no privacy or area to relax before or after your massage service. The floor was sopping wet in every area. One WC with no toilet paper at all! If you are looking for a quiet resort away from civilization this isnt it. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for a quaint mountain resort, Zakopane is not your town. The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful. The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself. I would definitely stay here again, everything was amazing.

The hotel itself is luxurious, and the other facilities are also excellent. Above all, the breakfast was incredibly satisfying.

We’ve stayed at many five-star resorts, and this one fell just a little short of expectations. The location is excellent, but a few areas could be improved. The gym doesn’t quite match the standard of the property, breakfast can feel overwhelming on busy mornings with not enough staff, and the rooms are on the darker side with only showers, small closets, and no iron/ironing board unless requested...

Beautiful property - we really enjoyed our stay there. Zakopane, on the other hand, changed so much since I was a kid :). It was super busy. The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands. It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. You almost don't see the mountains.

Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful brand new resort. I would highly recommend staying here except that it’s more for families as opposed to single adults who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

stayed only one night when passed through the resort town of Zakopane near the Slovakia border. decent place, clean and friendly staff. breakfast is also not bad even though a little kinda crowded… one thing do need to point out is, this hotel is a conference center, very massive floor plan, difficult to navigate to find your own room

Very nice, modern & luxury designed hotel resort, very well equipped for families with kids, adults, as well as an excelent business venue. Rooms would however deserve more maintenance, thorough cleaning & attention to detail expected from a hotel at this level (4-star grand hotel).

Excellent hotel, we are already here for the 3rd time, which is not usuall for us as we would like to visit different places. I would recommend it to our friends. Swimming pool and saunas are great but in some days (e.g.Saturday) was quite booked. Some people wearing swimming suite in saunas (not a issue of hotel, specially when you have signs on door - no swimming suite). Other days weere ok

It's very comfortable to stay with children. The room is clean and well decorated. There is also a swimming pool and playground, which the children like very much. The buffet breakfast is good and tastes good.

Beautiful rooms at a great price. Great staff, lots of food options and fantastic food included for breakfast and also in the restaurant to offer lunch and dinner. A short walk from the main street, putting the hotel in a quiet area, which helps add to a comfortable sleep. I would be very happy staying here again the next time I'm in Zakopane.

Fantastic view and a spacious balcony. The swimming pool was clean and the water just right - not too cold, not too warm. The buffet & menu were also to a very high standard.

Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow. Dinner was amazing, the beds were comfortable and cozy and check out was flawless. There's paid parking on site. The location is central to many restaurants and I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. Breakfast is good aswell, proper polish breakfast mix of meat, cheese and bread. Cons: sheets are small I am 183cm which is 6 feet. Sheets did not do past me chin. Over towel warmer never worked in 103 we stayed for 3 nights. No microwaves to warm...

Great vacation I recommend! Clean rooms unfortunately without air conditioning, tasty breakfasts, possibility of buying tasty dinners, very nice staff. Very good base for mountain walks, access to SPA and swimming pools is a great thing after mountain hikes.

The studio was perfect for our family. Wonderful service. The studio after renovation with a coffee machine. It's nice to relax in such an interior. Direct access to the thermal baths is amazing. Discounts to other attractions of the thermal baths.

Breakfast and pass for the swimming pool and hot terms were included. Unfortunately, we haven't got a bath plug to our bath. So we couldn't have a batha, the shower was very poor. Super place for travelers who prefer spend more time in the mountains than in accommodation. Good localisation not far away from the central street of Zakopane and in the same time close to Tatra National Park. An opportunity to have a private room for a good price. Be aware if you like luxus or need a room with a beautiful interior this place definitely not for you.

This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant! Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants...

The location was great and me and my family were able to walk everywhere easily. It was also quiet and clean. However, there wasn't any AC in the rooms or the hallways so it was pretty warm inside the hotel. We had a 2 room hotel room and we had 3 beds but 2 of them weren't comfortable.

For the rooms only few things are missing or need to upgrade such as the bathroom trash needed to be a bit bigger, the toothbrush kit was not available and the iron & the pad can be requested by the phone which can be done.. breakfast was good with some halal options such as scrambled eggs without bacon, pastries or roasted vegetables.
