From the outside it's an old, ugly, worn out communist block of concrete. For kids it's amazing, 400m2 playroom with multiple rooms and different activities. I've been here since 2016 several times when I lived in Krakow. The quality of the hotel has given worse, probably it is because the hotel has been excluded from the Mercure hotel network. E.g. food quality, pool was under repairman, roads still look like from Soviet times.

Great buffet breakfast on the positive side. Walls are paper thin in the rooms. We heard the kids next to us loudly all night and they were not acting up just normal noise level. Very nice clean room with a view of the mountains. Hotel is accessible for people with wheelchairs or walking issues. Wide variety available at breakfast buffet. Nice modern hotel, great; especially for children with the BIG swimming pool next door. Very friendly staff, clean and well located. Minus points: an to extensive breakfast, which means that some products are of a lesser quality. (more is less/less is more) No foreign TV channels and we also found the pillows in the bed not really pleasant to lie on.

All the employees were very nice, and the room was clean. Breakfast is delicious with local product. I would just make one point about the pillows : You should consider changing them for more dense ones.

Great location of the hotel. Breakfasts are very good. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price of the room. You can play billiards, squash, bowling and other entertainment for an additional fee (small as for me). Personally, I lacked the air conditioner in the room or at least the fan, in hot weather in the room is stuffy.

Very nice hotel, though a bit older but everything is very well taken care for. very nice swimming pool, comfortable beds, very tasty food. The only disappointment were juices available at the buffet,which are actually not a real juices but kint of cheap fruit drinks ( from 4 -star hotel I expect here better performance).

Absolutely in love with interior design of the hotel. Majority of staff are very welcoming and friendly, although not many speak english. However, for such a size of a hotel, there is only 1 lift and tiny pool, which gets overcrowded. I came here to take a break from staying in hostels during my three-month backpacking trip and it was the best night ever! They upgraded my room and the view from the balcony into the mountains was beautiful. The gym is well equipped too and when I went there, I had it all to myself. I would definitely stay here again, everything was amazing.

I had a fantastic massage. It was from a tall man with a beard. Probably the best massage I ever had. A lot of care and an incredible touch. The masseur was truly awesome. The massage room was poorly ventilated, so it was a bit too hot and I had a bit of a headache afterwards.

Too loud, bring earplugs... No sound insulation in the rooms so you can hear people running, screaming, shouting, or even whispering on the corridors in the middle of the night. No AC in the rooms, and people scream outside as well, so you have to decide between not being able to sleep because it's too hot or too loud. Apart from that, service was regular Polish quality. Nice location in the center of town, parking, five star hotel, etc., so it had to have also 5* from me. However, we got room without option to open a window, plus electric devices were working according some strange algorythms (hair dryer, air conditionong, lighting), so i put only 4*.

Great location. Fantastic SPA area with panoramic windows overlooking mountains that you can have exclusively for yourself with extra charge. Very kind staff. -1 star for no pet's policy. The food is rather average as for the 5 star hotel and the rooms got a bit outdated over the years. We've been here 3 years ago and the time stopped here.

Stayed in this beautiful hotel for a number of nights. Great big spacious room with balcony. Restaurant is beautiful and very atmospheric, especially as my visit was between Christmas and new year. Food was very good and breakfast was great. Staff and location....excellent!!!

Visiting a facility with such rate was a challenge however we have been told that they have good food . We had cabbage rolls and lamb dublings which were tasty.

waiter had a good understanding in English, we were able to communicate on my vegan options, the menu didn't have much but he was able to substitue butter with olive oil which helped a lot, the place had great view & location.

Whenever im in poland i drive across the country to eat the ribs here, they are to die for. Im not sure why the place gets a bad wrap, its honestly my favourite place to eat in Zakopane, the vibe is very authentic and comforting, the staff are extremely friendly, the live music always creates a great atmosphere, i highly recommend it.

It is a very clean and beautiful new hotel with nice rooms with great view and comfy beds. The breakfast was good even though there were a few thigs missing like darker bread. The problem was that the personal was not as nice as it could have been. The front desk wasn't realy helpful and annoyed by any question. Amazing service, place, it’s a 15 min walk from Krúpowki, we stayed before Christmas time, it was quiet. Loved the swimming pool area, it has a jacuzzi for 4, a Finn sauna and a steam sauna too, big enough. It also has a relax room. The hotel offers a wide range of massages too from 250-450 zloty (30-90mins) The breakfast is amazing, tasty and has lots to select from! We’ll definitely be coming back...

A rather strange place. It's like a 1960's hotel (including room interior decorations). There is no drinks facility for most of the time. There is bottled water or you have to walk up the shop. The cafe/bar opens for few hours (like 3 a day) and there are no kettles in the room so we found that we were needing a hot drink after being out in the snow but at 8pm couldn't have anything until breakfast...
