Rooms are comfortable, food is ok and the stuff is nice. For a Zepter hotel it should've been better, as it is overpriced(50 € a night).

If you need something excellent, this is the place.

Hotel is placed in the middle of the town, has a great terrace facing the towns square and the food is affordable and delightful.

It's not that it's bad, it's that it's not good enough: e.g., rooms looking kinda run down and not maintained properly. The whole place looks that way. The only thing great is where it's placed, which is in the center of the City. 50$ or so for an overnight, with breakfast. It's Bajina Bašta, not Belgrade.

Not recommending restoran during "Regata", staff is not professional, we were waiting for 30min just to order, 10 of us. Food was terrible, i did't believe that can scrup simple salad, 2 star only because it was regata and it was not standard day

Staff was polite and welcoming, hotel is super clean and offers everything you need for a nice vacation and breakfast was diverse and delicious. 🥳

Some of the hallways it smells like a nursing home. Otherwise probably the best place to stay in this town. The hostesses we interacted with were Great and very helpful. Buffet style breakfast is authentic and delicious. The town may be loud at times but we slept great! Great place to stay in Baijna Bašta or if you plan to play around at the national park.

Tend to forget certain things in the room, such as a trashcan, or things don't work, in our case the door and the safe. The breakfast is decent, but could use variety. Missing entertainment like a pool table, table tennis...

I liked this restaurant (outside) usually having a drink with my family for more than 15 years, while I was on vacation on mountain Tara. It seems that they changed something, invested quite a lot to a hotel, which is great. Unfortunately they didn't invest in old staff, not educating them how to treat the guests. They are still socialist style waiters, lazy and not professional. Watch for beggars, crazy people coming to the restaurant and bothering guests. No intervention from the staff (which I expected) - I will need to change the place for family drink.
