We spent 2 nights there (Friday & Saturday). The hotel itself is clean, the staff is extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The furniture and the whole building needs a bit of refurbishment. Rooms are clean and contain mini fridge, safe and tv. (No air conditioner in my room) Staff is professional and nice. Great choice for breakfast. 4 star hotel for Serbian standards, 3 star hotel for EU standards. Smooking indoors, but only in the reception hall.

As serbian hotels go this was OK, but not anything special. If this was hotel in the UK I would give it 2-3 stars compared to the 4 it is listed as. It advertises a pool and gym but what wasn't clear is there is a 900 dinar charge to use them per day (approx £7 at time of writing). The place looks like a palace from the lobby, although rooms are not that awesome, nor are the bathrooms. AC worked like it could not suffer the heat outside but it was only 23 C back then. Very good breakfasts and a mold in the room.. they have five stars but I think the hotel needs a modernization.

It is good, but should be much lighter pool, and also there is no waiter by the pool all time. Dressing room is really bad. Poor most likely.

The hotel is average, and the restaurant is good. The location is OK, and it is not very affected if you drive by yourself, and it is convenient to the attractions. The parking lot is a bit small and it is not easy to park. It was just that when I was leaving, I encountered a parade blocking the road, which was annoying.

Hello We stayed here on December 31, 2023. The hotel was amazing. It was very comfortable. The location was very good. It was very clean. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We especially thank Lazar, Filip, Mirjana, Nebojja and Jakjil for everything.

Stayed here in June 23. Room was nice with modern bathroom but friends had a room with an old bathroom which was awful. I was at the front of the hotel and the road noise was very loud. A nice hotel at a good location. There are many options for food and super markets in a short distance. The breakfast is good and there is free parking area. The only weird thing is that dogs are allowed provided that you will carry them in the corridors of the hotel. So this is not convenient for guests who have a medium size dog like me.

Clean and modern - this is in the perfect location....I saw a lot of reviews saying it is noisy - I was there for three nights and never found it to be noisy at all. The room was great - the staff were helpful - the location was perfect. It did not disappoint and met or exceeded my expectations continuously.

Nice comfortable modern hotel in the centre of town - Superior double room was large. Large bed that was comfortable. We asked for quiet room so it was bearable but there is definitely noise from music outside so it's important to be on higher floor in quiet room. Pleasant hotel in the fine fortress the Austrians left in Petrovaradin in the 18th century. In a quiet position, many of its rooms (including mine) overlook the Danube and Novi Sad. I had a comfortable spacious room with a sitting area. Good bathroom and wifi, and the management was helpful getting me a taxi for my train. Loved being up in the fortress with great views, but this is an old, dated hotel, fine if you have the right expectations. Very friendly service. Responsive to our request for extra blankets. One of the best hotels in ever been ,i made hundreds of visiting to other countries but this one in my opinion was one of the best.it just take you to another century was inside the fortress on top of the hill with ancient walls around it . Wow! What an experience. It's truly unreal to stay in this baroque fortress building. The hotel building itself was formerly a military building but has been a hotel for at least 70 years. The hotel upgraded us to one of the fancier rooms which was so amazing. The antique looking furniture in an ancient building just added to the ambiance. I'd seen some complaints about the fancy rooms having a Jacuzzi...

The hotel is a bit old and the service staff's attitude is average. The breakfast buffet is great and parking is right at the door.

We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. nice hotel The room was spacious, clean and in a good part of the city. The 3 stars are due to the not polite service in the breakfast area. Also, unlike other hotels, you had to ask for the coffee and wait for it to serve everyone at the same time.

Great mid range hotel. More suitable for student and pupils. It has a lobby inside, bar and a lot of entertainment. You can play table tennis, table football, pool, darts, playstation. You can play basketball both inside and outside, and you also have gym. Very recommend place.

Room is handicapped accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, place is clean it offers a garage, the ramp to enter the hotel could be better, but it’s manageable, I would not recommend it to someone going by them self ( if you are a Wheelchair user) you would need someone to help with the doors, parking gate etc. All in all the place is great, second time I am staying here and will come...

This is not your traditional 24 hrs reception kind of hotel. However, it's just as convenient and code to enter after hours with secured parking. It's in a residential area, but close to the centre. All staff there are friendly and helpful. Always happy to accommodate your request. The place is very new and clean. You'll have a pleasant stay there.

Fantastic! Host is fenomenal, apartment is comfortable with everything you need, and very clean. Location is great, 3 minutes walk from city centre. Parking is in garage within same building, you can get to the car without leaving it. For the price you pay, service is above and beyond. Highest recommendation.

Cool old school hostel with hot water, fresh towels and a nice little kitchen 🙂 check out timing is loose, which is great!

Good serve, comfort bed, and the most important and great thing is you can cook with complete utensils in here!

Located in the city center with convenient transportation, not far from anywhere. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is good!

Next to Freedom Square in the center of Novi Sad, St. Mary's Cathedral and the National Theater can be seen from the room and restaurant. The location is invincible. The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value.

This riverside restaurant has two section one for tourist companies and one for private dinners. We were there as a group. The food was fairly average with soup, salad and a main of overcooked tough chicken or was it pork , there was a difference of opinion from the group. The dessert was a rich chocolate cake. The service was friendly and efficient.

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

Individual chalets out of town. Near the river, restaurant shaped like a boat. Has children playground. Breakfast food has variety but not protected from flies. Clean and comfortable beds. Can be noisy if there is a function like wedding.

Good not good When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged...

Very helpful staff Hotel is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. We had an apartment which had A/C in the living room but not bedroom. Staff gave us a fan though. Great base for enjoying the cafe/bar/ club scene in this area. The Republik club is behind the property and stops playing music at 02.00am on Fri and Sat. Recently taken over and renamed. I think rooms are being updated gradually. Unfortunately we were in old rooms and they're in terrible condition. Shutters were broken, wardrobes and storage falling apart. The shower was blocked and the tray filled up after just one shower. The new parts - reception, roof bar - are nice and staff were lovely.

The room is very old, in a historical building, more than 150 years old, with a room named after Princess Xixi! The service attitude is very good and the breakfast is not bad. The location is very good. You can see the main church right outside the door, in the center of the old city. 200 meters away from Chinese restaurant Hong Kong City!

I visited Novi Sad last month and i stayed at Vojvodina Hotel. I liked it so much, because it reflected the city’s history so well! The room was with a great view from the main cathedral and it was amazing! The food is fine, not wow but it was okay! The hotel was so accessible and easy to find! The staff was friendly and helpful! I would recommend to everyone!
