The facility is in the city center and in a good location, the service is good as well as accommodation ... and the price is satisfactory.

To the one guy who wrote a bad review for here 2 yrs ago. This is a Hostel.. not a HOTEL? Maybe you misread Hotel from Hostel Podbara. People here were so nice to me. Even when I got sick while there with a fever (before Covid) they let me stay a few days in the private room by myself without charging me the full private room rate. I loved the people in Serbia and this Hostel especially well. ...

Great Hotel with best service. Room service, restaurant, staff, reception all were very friendly and helpful. Had a nice stay here.

The hotel is pet friendly. They only charge a small amout. The closed garage is safe. ( The city doesn't look so.) The dinner and breakfast quality was below average. My husband had hamburger and I had pasta very standart and international courses however they weren't tasty at all. The burger's bread was stale. The portions are small and prices are high of course. The beer was 0,33ml . Fun package...

Great hotel. We had a very friendly and professional reception. Staff at the hight of the expectations. The room was spacious, nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. We had all we needed. We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back if in NS again. 😀 I would have expected a bit more sophisticated toiletry products. There was everything (soap, shampoo, etc.) but it could have been a bit less...

Was upgraded to 2nd best room - executive level suite which was great. Breakfast was great (but sometimes unstable quality of leafy greens - dried, not washed well, not checked). Food in lounge was a little boring comparing to great breakfast. SPA is pretty good also. Stayed for couple of weeks, hope to come back in near future.

All you can eat on Sundays! Excellent food and polite, helpful personnel. Great assortment of local cuisine and international dishes. Everything was delicious. I've tried some serbian specialities as well and they were great choice too. The background live music was a bit loud, me and my company would have prefer more silent and discret music at lunchtime. Otherwise this style would be more suitable...

Can't pay with company card in hotel restaurant because their program doesn't support it as the waiter said, only cash. Crazy stupid in today's world. Food is decent.

Hello We stayed here on December 31, 2023. The hotel was amazing. It was very comfortable. The location was very good. It was very clean. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We especially thank Lazar, Filip, Mirjana, Nebojja and Jakjil for everything.

great location if youre coming by train its across the street. Rooms were great, clean and good smell. Service was amazing. will stay here again

Stayed here in June 23. Room was nice with modern bathroom but friends had a room with an old bathroom which was awful. I was at the front of the hotel and the road noise was very loud. Aircon was great. Beds extremely hard and pillows were awful. Buffet breakfast was not to my taste, no toaster, boiled eggs hard and cold. Plenty of cold meats and cheese but I don't like these. A nice hotel at a good location. There are many options for food and super markets in a short distance. The breakfast is good and there is free parking area. The only weird thing is that dogs are allowed provided that you will carry them in the corridors of the hotel. So this is not convenient for guests who have a medium size dog like me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast. Opposite bus station, though taxis were cheap enough to get about... 5 mins to centre, 10 mins to EXIT. Comfortable beds.

We spent 5 nights here and everything was excellent. The location is great. Rooms are spacious, bed was comfortable. We had very rich breakfast. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the pools. Our child really loved it. Service was attentive and gracious.

Very helpful staff, Gojko in particular. Everything we needed it was solved rapidly. The only think I can say...is not a 5 stars hotel, 4 maybe. The rooms are preety old. I gave it 5 stars because of the personel. Thank you again Gojko for your hospitality!

Beautiful place with a big enough room, very clean bathroom, nice shower. Breakfast was very good and you had plenty of food to choose. Overall everything was great!!! Staff are the best!

Proper, but not sure why all the stars. Rooms are tiny, I was expecting much more comfortable rooms. This said, it is very clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent. Spa and gym are great.

I THINK THERE IS NO BEST HOTEL IN THIS TOWN!! REST PEACEFUL, GOOD VIEW FROM THE FORTRESS PLUS THE ENVIRONMENT.. I WAS THERE IN 2014.. AND AFTER THAT I AM SATISFIED!! THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WARRANTY SO THEY CHECK EVERYTHING DIRECTLY... IT'S LIKE FIVE WITHOUT COMPETITION!!

Fantastic place. Amazing facilities, friendly staff. Especially loved the sauna they have. Location is great and they really care about their customers and the staff is helpful and flexible. If I could I'd give them six stars. When in Novi Sad accept no substitutes, stay at AMI Hotel.

nice hotel The room was spacious, clean and in a good part of the city. The 3 stars are due to the not polite service in the breakfast area. Also, unlike other hotels, you had to ask for the coffee and wait for it to serve everyone at the same time.

We loved our stay here and will definitely come back, when we are in Novi Sad again. The room was very big and beautiful. Big, comfortable bed, big and clean bathroom. The room had everything we needed. The location is great. The hotel is at a very busy area, but the room was perfectly quite, no noise from the street at all. Very friendly staff. Stayig there was quite good. Hotel has 30 rooms and it is very clean. You might ask for rooms which are on the opposite side of Bulevar as it can be something noisy. Behind hotel there is a big closed parking for guests, just ring the bell. Breakfast is quite good but there is a little of overall choice. Overal rate 4/5. Considering it is quite low budget rate could be even better.

Great mid range hotel. More suitable for student and pupils. It has a lobby inside, bar and a lot of entertainment. You can play table tennis, table football, pool, darts, playstation. You can play basketball both inside and outside, and you also have gym. Very recommend place.

Nice place with many places for playing basketball and other sport activities. Also for children too.

Somewhat weird with no windows on the walls but on top. You just cant get some air in the room. Location is ok. Staff as well. Private parking underground but lacks space for maneuvring. All in all, if you dont expect much, you get more.

The hotel is very central and staff is friendly. I'd stay there again if I ever return to Novi Sad. There's a grocery market just next door, and many shops around the corner. The cathedral is only 7 minutes away. While it snowed during my stay there, my room was well heated, warm and cosy. Good price for simple service.
