The quality of the hotel and its name are fully consistent. The room is beautiful, the staff is friendly!! The breakfast is truly impeccable!! Oh yes - the bar in the evening - the prices of the Negresco, Bristol, Ritz

The fitness equipment is great. The service is good. The price is reasonable. The location is good. It is convenient to go everywhere. There is also a garage for parking. It is one of the best choices here.

All you can eat on Sundays! Excellent food and polite, helpful personnel. Great assortment of local cuisine and international dishes. I've tried some serbian specialities as well and they were great choice too

The hotel is average, and the restaurant is good. The location is OK, and it is not very affected if you drive by yourself, and it is convenient to the attractions

Good not good When I arrived I was not impressed no parking available and the apts looked like a throw back to stalag 19! The door was hard to open as it had swelled but once inside it was lovely and modern and very bright only problem the smell like sewerage even with all windows open it was same and the place was full so couldn’t move really was bad mentioned it again at checkout and the guy shrugged...

The hotel is very big, the location is a bit remote, you need to drive to travel, there are no supermarkets and restaurants around, the hotel restaurant and breakfast are good, it is worth staying for a holiday

The rooms are nice, but in the New Years Party the food was not good, bad starter, bad main dish and desert. Nobody told us the party is over at 2AM. Other days the food was good.

we truly enjoyed our stay there. quiet and detached from the city happenings. getting there, the post military area gave a wild impression, but one should not be put off by this

We had a terrible time checking in, our room smelt of gas so we had to move our luggage out and wait for it to be fixed. They did resolve the problem. The location is an hour walk from the city centre.

Individual chalets out of town. Near the river, restaurant shaped like a boat. Breakfast food has variety but not protected from flies. Can be noisy if there is a function like wedding

Very polite staff ,very clean and breakfast was very good. The view from above is amazing you can see the whole town of Novi Sad and in day time you can have your coffee near the walls with view of the river

Breakfast was included and ok, except that the hot food heaters were turned off a good 30 minutes before the end of breakfast. There are two good restaurants next door with terraces and views in fine weather

I had a comfortable spacious room with a sitting area. Good bathroom and wifi, and the management was helpful getting me a taxi for my train

The hotel is located inside the castle, that makes it amazing. The personnel is helpful and polite. Room with view to the river is recommended. The city is not far if you walk through the tunnel - srairs

I THINK THERE IS NO BEST HOTEL IN THIS TOWN!! REST PEACEFUL, GOOD VIEW FROM THE FORTRESS PLUS THE ENVIRONMENT. AND AFTER THAT I AM SATISFIED!! THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A WARRANTY SO THEY CHECK EVERYTHING DIRECTLY

Hello We stayed here on December 31, 2023. Breakfast was very diverse and delicious. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We especially thank Lazar, Filip, Mirjana, Nebojja and Jakjil for everything

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for the buffet breakfast. Opposite bus station, though taxis were cheap enough to get about... 5 mins to centre, 10 mins to EXIT. Comfortable beds.

The only weird thing is that dogs are allowed provided that you will carry them in the corridors of the hotel. So this is not convenient for guests who have a medium size dog like me

Room was nice with modern bathroom but friends had a room with an old bathroom which was awful. I was at the front of the hotel and the road noise was very loud. Beds extremely hard and pillows were awful

Located in the city center with convenient transportation, not far from anywhere. The room is relatively large and the breakfast is good!

Next to Freedom Square in the center of Novi Sad, St. Mary's Cathedral and the National Theater can be seen from the room and restaurant. The room is big and quite nice. Breakfast included, great value

It is within walking distance to the pedestrian street and other attractions, which is very convenient. You can see the iconic church from the window of the room and from the breakfast room

Underground parking, clean and cozy rooms. The bathroom is wonderful, with all the toiletries. The breakfast area has a beautiful panoramic view. You feel right at home in this hotel

this is a feedback for hotel; please consider how to improve your coffee service in the breakfast. there is one filter coffee machine but lady wanted to add water to alredy used coffe instead of adding new fresh coffee

In a very quite place, outside Novi Sad, with lots of outside pools and also indoors. Very comfortable place to chill out during hot summer days

there are also only cartoon glasses which makes no sense compared to amazibg breakfast. The coffee and tea section needs to be imroved

Lovely hotel in Novi Sad Hotel Pupin is a lovely hotel perfectly located in Novi Sad. The hotel is modern with exceptionally clean rooms. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Proper, but not sure why all the stars. Rooms are tiny, I was expecting much more comfortable rooms. This said, it is very clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is excellent. Spa and gym are great.

Room is handicapped accessible, the staff is very friendly and helpful, place is clean it offers a garage, the ramp to enter the hotel could be better, but it’s manageable, I would not recommend it to someone going by them self ( if you are a Wheelchair user) you would need someone to help with the doors, parking gate etc

This is not your traditional 24 hrs reception kind of hotel. However, it's just as convenient and code to enter after hours with secured parking. It's in a residential area, but close to the centre

Extremely nice and helpful staff, great location within the city centre and the pedestrian area, walking distance to the EXIT festival. Only star down was the not sufficient air condition in the west-oriented rooms

The restaurant at the hotel is one of best restaurants in the area. If we had a complaint, it would be that they give you too much food. EVERYTHING we ate was delicious and we are foodies

Hotel Veliki is in a perfect location to the City Center. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the center. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re African American

They don’t have blackout curtains but they have these shutters that will keep any light out. If they are not open, you can’t tell if it’s day time. I slept soundly every night I was there

Cheap hostel, very clean. Perfect location, next to city historic center. It's like an hotel for accommodations, very comfortable... The best hostel I have see in whole Europe for now.

Stayed for two nights with my husband in May 2014 (30 somethings). Awesome location right in the heart of Novi Sad, and within walking distance of basically everything you'll want or need

The only fault is the unpleasant smell of some kitchen located on the ground floor, but the smell stinks only when you walk in and out of the building

It is a great place to stay now, and it seems as though it will be even better in the future. Would stay here again and recommend it
