Excellent hotel in an incredibly beautiful area. The staff is excellent, friendly and very Kind! Very nice, clean and organized Spa especially in the sister hotel Mövenpick. Please organize the housekeeping in the rooms better and add ameneties and better bath towels. Thank you to the receptionist who helped me dig out the car from the snow outside the parking!!! We highly recommend you, we will come again soon! Best wishes from Corfu Greece

Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Premier Aqua was very disappointing for a 5-star property. We paid for two nights and additionally 7,000 RSD for a late check-out until 6 PM, yet the hotel refused to provide even 2 extra coffee capsules without charging us again. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for a hotel of this category. Moreover, the air conditioning in the room was almost useless – after more than an hour, the temperature only dropped from 28°C to 27.9°C, making the stay very uncomfortable. For a hotel that promotes itself as luxury, the service and facilities we experienced were far below expectations.

The audibility in the rooms of the "hotel for adults" should probably be improved. I asked to be placed in the quietest room, but as soon as I lay down to rest, the sounds of 18+ from the neighboring room were not long in coming. Not the hotel's fault, of course, I understand.
The pools in the neighboring "Frushka Termy" are all the same with the same temperature, which makes it absolutely pointless to walk 25 minutes up the mountain to swim in the same pool as in the Premiere. Breakfasts are not bad. But let's be honest, the price is too high.

This is my second time staying at hotel.
Stuff is very friendly, and hotel has all amenities for a very comfortable stay.
Spa can compare with any European spa!! Excellent!!
I love how quiet it is. Definitely i will come back.
They have Gentlemen from Tunis working there, and I was so surprise when he recognized me from last year, he greeted us with cherry liqueur, that was very nice detail.
Stuff is very friendly, and hotel has all amenities for a very comfortable stay.

We were there three years ago and for the five star hotels and five star prices we were satisfied. After three years prices are more which is understandable, considering the inflation but hotel, including facilities and stuff ate now just about three stars.
Unfortunately, sadly, they couldn’t keep same level. As far as the location, it’s beautiful nature and perfect for the quiet staying.

Amazing experience. We booked only 2 nights (BB),which includes use of all pools and spa facilities all day. And not only in this hotel where we booked,but as well in a sister hotel Movenpick,which is only 20min walk. 2nd hotel has 10 pools,in 3 levels, super spacious area. Staff was super welcoming wherever we go,patient,everything is very well organized. In the restaurants and bars. Service was fast and food was fresh,tasty. Food menu has different varieties,something for everyone. As well menu's were in English as well. We had short ,but lovely visit and for sure we are coming back for more.

We had a gorgeous weekend in Premier Aqua and strongly recommend it! The whole place is filled with rest and chill.
The thermal water in pools is about 31°C and it's perfect for relaxation. There is hydromassage in pools also. The spa zone includes finnish sauna, russian banya, hammam, salt room and infrared cabin, we enjoyed it. Banya could be hotter, but it is still worth using:) Shower with effect of tropical rain is a pleasant bonus:)
The room was spacious, clean and pretty. The breakfast was awesome. But the main thing is perfect service that starts from welcome drink and is felt throughout your stay in small (but pleasant) details.
To the whole staff of the hotel, thank you for fascinating weekend!
