Boutique hotel with high ceilings, very close to the city centre. Enjoyed the breakfast. Limited on street parking available for the hotel patrons. Very helpful and friendly staff. Last but not the least, they are dog friendly with no fuss.

3 star for room because of AC. If you want nice freezing cold room do not pick this hotel. Breakfast was amazing! Hotel has free parking and is pet friendly 10 eur per night. Location is perfect

It was a great experience. Although I have stayed in many hotels until now, I have not seen such attention. I would like to thank especially the friends working at the reception for their interest. If you are going to Belgrade, you should definitely stay here.

I would stay here again if I revisit Belgrade. We stayed in the superior room and it was gorgeous. The hotel has a beautiful architecture. Staff was polite and smiling (we realized smiling is not very common in Serbia so this felt so comforting as a tourist in town). The breakfast was probably the biggest reason why I would come back here because of its variety of charcuterie and kajmak and lovely ajvar. In our first night the staff at the reception made a good restaurant recommendation for us. All of this at a very fair price. Well done!

Excellent breakfast, the opportunity to book a personal spa for an hour for free, very helpful staff. good value for money! just didn’t like the view from my room and interior needs to be updated.

The hotel has a good location and seems very well preserved but with 36 degrees celcius outside, the ac wasn't working and the attic room on the 4th floor was too hot. When we asked the reception for a solution we were told there was nothing they could do and we had to stay or lose our money because of their "policy" even though the conditions were terrible. The next day when we checked out after many talks with the reception they conceded a 20% discount.

Honestly a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, from being local guides to offering to call us a taxi, help us rent a car, charge e-scooters for use, warm up the sauna and jacuzzi, and even lend us a phone for a hotspot when we wanted to go to Novi Sad. The hotel was neat, clean, and organized and beds were kind of comfy. Breakfast selection was nice as well 👍

I booked the hotel 4 months before my accommodation with a reasonable price. The hotel canceled my reservation before 1 week of accommodation date with an unreasonable explanation. Then they increased their prices 4 times because of the Euroleagu final Four. Dont trust their behaviour for the prices.

Dear travelers, they don’t even deserve a star from me. I highly recommend you NOT to book this hotel in Belgrad.
Here is my experience:
I booked a double room for May 20-25th in January already. The room rate was about €500 for 5 nights including breakfast. Nothing happened in between, nobody contacted me saying that my credit card isn’t valid. Two weeks (this morning on 7.5) before our trip to Belgrad, I got a notification from where I booked the room saying that my card is invalid. So I immediately updated the cvv code. Some hours later, I suddenly received an other notification again from Public House, this time is a cancellation. What the xxxk? I immediately checked the room rate, It is €1300+!!!! I contacted the hotel, they said my card is invalid. I told them if they sent me notification telling me that the card doesn’t work, after my update, did they check the card again? They never sent me any email telling me that what the situation is, they just canceled the booking, what kind of customer service is it? I really suspected that the room rate is now very high, obviously they could earn more than double at the same period, why not to use this trick?
So watch out, this hotel doesn’t care their guests, what kind of customer service is it? How could they treat the tourists? I already feel bad about Serbia now, hope it will change mind soon. So again, find somewhere else in Belgrad.
