The staff was smililing and helpful. The room was big, clean and nice. The rest of the hotel needed maybe a renovation or some maintenence. You can see that some time ago must have been quite luxurious but now for example the water fountain centerpiece in the corridor was not working properly and had some green stuff inside. Pet friendly and parking available both with a fee, no 24h reception.

Everything great except for the spa where you'll have to pay 30 euros/day/person.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms .Good shower ,beds and pillows. Rooms have air-condition and access to sport chanels with plenty of football .free Underground parking Restaurant-bar on the top is amazing. They offer Chinees ,Italian,Mexican and Serbian kitchen .We have tried all cuisines and have been pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Bar offers many cocktails too.

This hotel is acceptable compared to other hotels in Paraćin. The room and bathroom were clean, however some renovation to the rooms would be nice. There is a spa with a pool, and the sauna was OK but don't expect anything from the salt and steam room. There is also a restaurant with very bad service but solid food.. Worth visiting just for the interesting architecture. It’s a hotel ‘of its time’ and kind of special. Food in the dining room OK. Rooms clean and well maintained.

Very central and about 10 minutes walk from the bus station, shops and restaurants very close by. If coming by train, the station is much further away from the centre. An unusual shaped design of a hotel. Good value for money and no faults with the room itself including the bathroom. Breakfast from 06:30 (weekdays, may be different for weekends) a reasonably good selection of cooked food, cold meats...

Nice location, very friendly staff, but this place is rundown. They did replace a few items, but the entire hotel needs renovation.

Really comfortable and affordable place for stay. Rooms are very clean and warm, beddishes smell so nice. For me it was few hours sleep after playing at wedding down in the wedding hall,, but it was quality sleeping! Food at the wedding was great! Barbecue, hot serbian beef soup, salads… In “budget” rooms you have everything you need. And if you need anything else you can always ask at the reception...

Incredibly friendly amazing terrace overlooking river. Decided to go again this year but fully booked. Maybe next year. There was torrential rain but it did not whet our appetite. The good was reasonably priced. Receptionist spoke excellent English

Everything is fine while at the property, but surroundings have a lot to desire. In addition, the air conditioner barely worked (wasn't dead but very weak).

Awesome Hotel and Staff Extremely friendly accommodating staff. Very clean, quiet, comfortable. We were English speaking and it was never a problem. Easy, safe walk to city center. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

Superb Fantastic hotel! The staff were lovely, and it's just 2 minutes from the town center. There’s a lovely museum to visit nearby. Don’t hesitate to book this hotel!

we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend...

The receptionist kindly moved me to a quieter (better) room as there was a noisy function being held there, they promptly repaired a few small issues in the room and even found my misplaced room key! What could have been a tough experience became a joy. Thanks

Excellent meals, very good service, restaurant on the top, clear rooms. We stayed during school trip, and everything was in the order, the kids liked it.

It improved since the last time I visited, but it still doesn't feel like 4-star hotel. The top-floor restaurant, with a beautiful view of the City, is really great. 👌

Great hotel in the heart of Kragujevac. The room was clean, Internet worked stable, and the staff is very welcoming. The best view of the city. Despite the smoking being permitted in the room, there was no smell from the previous visitors, whatsoever. Can recommend the stay here.

Small, cozy, clean room. As in 80's. But it gives some charm to the hotel. Hotel staff is perfect! Food is amazing (on the roof top). I will definitely come here again.

The first hotel in the area, the restaurant downstairs is good, there is Mustang 3km away from the hotel which is also the best restaurant in the area, opposite is the House Club. There is no car rental point inside Belgrade Airport. You have to drag your suitcase across the street to find a parking lot with a collection of car rental companies below.

Easily the nicest hotel in Kragujevac. Clean, modern, with all the amenities you could ask for. Rooms are spacious and well equipped and the beds are comfortable too. The restaurant is excellent and my only feedback would be to have some traditional Serbian options in the menu, like palicinke for breakfast. Overall, excellent hotel

The facilities are amazing, everything from decor to the spa was superb, staff very welcoming and helpful, on one of the nights we had the spa all to ourselves and the hotel had a great vibe. Great Amazing place. Great rooms, everything is new and shining. Awesome wellness/spa center. Very nice and friendly staff. The only thing I can complaint about (although it's not really specific to this hotel, but rather to the whole Serbia) is smoking in the restaurant, even during breakfast.

Most likely the best hotel in Kragujevac. Everything is new, clean and tidy! Spa area is a must go - you will enjoy a lot! Service in restaurant is poor in the evening - this is only thing which can be and definitly needs to be improved!

Good place, clean and nice staff. Have bad AC for hot summer days, and bad fridge. Everthing else is okay and met expectation.

Good hotel with an old and quality furniture and own atmosphere of noblle vila. Only one disadvantage for me was narrow way to the parking place if you are with big car maybe can not park there. Parking is for maximum 5 cars small and middle size.

A pink Villa in balkan-Spanish style, 5 minutes walking from the centre of the town. Nice rooms with wood floor, a nice balcony and all the comforts of a superior hotel, broadband wifi included! The price is very interesting and the staff very professional and accurate.

Very good apartment, very friendly service in the spa/wellness (Zeljana is the most kind girl I've met in a while). But the bathroom in the apartment definitely needs a renovation... All in all, i enjoyed the time spent there

Excellent place to enjoy the spa in a hotel environment. The wellness centre is fantastic with a great range of spas, saunas, and pools. Freshly made drinks are available and it's reasonably priced. The outdoor pool is great for families and a nice spot to have a meal or drink. Would highly recommend the 3hr wellness package for day visitors and would love to spend a couple of nights here just unwinding

For a wellness & spa centre , smoking allowed inside is strange. If you order a drink in the Bar and you want to pay with card- you have to go to the Reception, because they have no device for paying with card in the Bar.

One&Only true Resort in this area with outdoor pools for adults and kids. Great food! Big SPA with great massages! Service is top notch.

Amazing place! High price for Serbian standars and bad timing of cleaning ladies are two factors for lower marking. Generally, good service, spa and swimming offer, great for conference tourism.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but have actually reserved a dinner at their restaurant which is open to outside guests. Since it was Friday evening, there was a live band, singing and playing a guitar, some of ex-yu music hits. We had a great meal enjoying listening to them. Hotel Fontana is located in the most beautiful location in Vrnjacka Banja. Near the big park and the bars. The negative part is that there is very little parking space. The breakfast is not for high rating, too little choice and not all food was tasty. Also too many conditions for using the spa centers. In our room the ventilation did not work, and also when we was leaving the hotel, at the reception...

Good accomodation in every way. Great SPA with different types of sauna, tepidariums, smashed ice, indoor pool. Clean, modern ambient, comfort beds. Polite stuff.

The SPA and the restaurant of Fontana makes it a landmark point for this beautiful city. I highly recommend this hotel which is located few meters away from the Parc and the touristic attractions of the city

I went with my boyfriend and sister for a cup of coffee/nes coffee and it was good. The place is clean as well as toilets. The staff is nice, too. The music is good as well, the terrace is spacious and it's very pleasant to sit in Fontana.

The shower cabin was leaking, the terrace doors wouldn't close, food was so so, but the staff was super nice. For a 4* hotel it should be much better.

Looks absolutely terrible from the outside, desperately needs a new facade. Rooms are small and stuffed but modern looking and clean with lots of storage space for clothing. Great water pressure for those who care about that (I do). Disappointed by the fact there was no ironing service, for a 4 star hotel this seemed unacceptable, had to bring my own iron and do it myself on a towel inside the room...

Well organized hotel, with great customer service and reception desk and parking. Rooms are very clean and well equipped (IPTV, internet, air condition, hair dryer, towels etc.) Great SPA with big swimming pool, sauna and hot tub. Also there is a recreation room with table tennis and snooker.
