The staff was smililing and helpful. The room was big, clean and nice.
The rest of the hotel needed maybe a renovation or some maintenence. You can see that some time ago must have been quite luxurious but now for example the water fountain centerpiece in the corridor was not working properly and had some green stuff inside.
Pet friendly and parking available both with a fee, no 24h reception.

Miserable condition,bad breakfast,bad food in restoran.U have to pay 30 euros for spa 🤣🤣🤣

If I was the owner of this hotel, I’d be very embarrassed. Insufficient professionalism with customer service and maintenance of the hotel. Defiantly not a 4-star hotel but more like a 2 or a 3-star hotel. Ivan and Anna made poor excuses for their lack of knowledge in customer service and understanding of running a reception desk. The manager assaulted me by pulling very hard on my shoulder to turn me around which left bruising for a few days afterwards. The manager’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking people skills. He was intolerant and contemptuous of most of our conversation. The manager was smoking in a none smoking section of the lobby as seen in the attached photos.
Below are some of the problems that we encountered during our stay.
- Not allowed to flush toilet paper.
- Toilets making loud noises.
- Air-conditions not working.
- Dirty towels.
- Uncleaned bathroom sink.
- No extra body wash, just shampoo.
- Doors left opened from housekeeping.
- Curtains unhooked and looking tacky.
- Beds not made.
- Hole in bathroom wall where pipes came through.
- Broken lamp shades.
- Leaking walls after rain (very smelly).
- Mould on top of the apple juice (two mornings in a row).
- Spa never opened.
- No air-conditioning or air flow in the basement games room.
- Uncleaned stairs (found a chill on the first day and still on the same step when we left a week later)
- Uncleaned lobby door.
- Power went out in the room due to a tripped circuit braker.

Attention to those who will leave at midnight. Reception closes at 24:00. Absolutely unreachable by phone. You have to sleep on the street or in the car. The reception door is locked even if the first door is open. If you have a room card, read it in the encrypted numpa. They did not give this information. I had to sleep on the street in the cold.Visitors from outside like us should be given detailed information. For the first time in my life I learned that a hotel reception is closed.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms .Good shower ,beds and pillows. Rooms have air-condition and access to sport chanels with plenty of football .free Underground parking
Restaurant-bar on the top is amazing. They offer Chinees ,Italian,Mexican and Serbian kitchen .We have tried all cuisines and have been pleasantly surprised how delicious everything was. Bar offers many cocktails too.

A nice and confortable hotel in the middle of Paracín!!

This hotel is acceptable compared to other hotels in Paraćin. The room and bathroom were clean, however some renovation to the rooms would be nice. There is a spa with a pool, and the sauna was OK but don't expect anything from the salt and steam room. There is also a restaurant with very bad service but solid food.. Unfurtunately, the breakfast was really really poor, with no choice at all, and bad quality. The RECEPTIONISTS were amazingly helpful and kind, lots of credit goes to them.
