a few years ago I was a guest at this hotel and was very pleased. Now even more. The hotel has been modernized. Staff friendly and always available. rooms extremely clean.

Good location on the highway in serbia ,around 300 klm from border Bulgaria. Friendly staff,room was clean,only the sink in the shower was broken. There are 2 restaurants, super good food in both.

The owners were amazing caring for every little detail from the moment they greet you to the moment you leave. The breakfast and food, in general, were amazing. Nice and quiet surroundings with a pretty well-kept garden and a nice and cozy pool.

We only stayed for one night in the off-season but the place was spotless, well appointed and welcoming. Victoria was very nice and accommodating. She helped us order pizza for dinner and made us a delicious breakfast in the morning.

Pure relaxation, super friendly and helpful hosts. The property is well maintained and it is very easy to relax here. It is in a quiet location and yet you can quickly get to the city. The food is delicious, especially the omelettes at breakfast with fresh eggs from happy chickens. Recommended without hesitation!

The people there are ok. Not everybody there could speak perfect english, which was never a problem for me really, but I could see that being a problem for some other people. The rooms themself are ok but the bathrooms are very small, you could bearly stand up straight just becouse how poorly it is set up. The restaurant there is ok. It was a bit of a struggle to communicate with the people there but...

This Hotel was a surprise, great staff, great service and a Perfect room maid who made our bed and gave fresh towels everyday. This hotel is very clean and nice to sleep in. The restaurant is alway full at night time. The only problem was the breakfast of which I found very very poor. So that’s why I gave a 4 star.

Restaurant - super tasty food, service is good, portions are big, small prices, ambient is good, music is discrete. Room - nice small room, clean and just enough for your needs. This is best place to eat and sleep in Požarevac. Summary, don't miss this place if you are hungru or need to sleep in Požarevac. My recommendation.

Very, responsible, punctual service at level 10, the only suggestion in the toilets is to install siphons on the drains because of the unpleasant smell.

Traveler beware. Check your room beforehand. We were given a room that had a smell from a septic tank. We have changed it the day after only after the maids confirmed that they are aware of the problem and are surprised that no-one had bothered to check it out before. We had also half board and that is another story...

Nice location. We were traveling in group and everything was OK, except one issue in bathroom, where the drain was clogged and the showering was difficult. Otherwise nice and very friendly people, willing to help out with additional information. I would recommend it anyway.

For the money it is fair priced. Hygiene could be better. It is quiet place for sleepover but nothing more than that.

Great place to spend the night. We chose to stop here for one night on our trip to Montenegro and we are happy we did. On arrival we were offered spacious and clean rooms, the place looks modern and well looked after. The restaurant outdoor space was also nice and the staff was polite,apart from the guy in the morning who didn't look happy to serve us coffee at 7 am and was a bit grumpy. Good value

We stayed here for a night and were perfecly happy, the bedroom and bathroom were clean, breakfast the following day was also good.

I must say I had mixed feelings about my experience at the Zeneva Lux Hotel, and ultimately decided to lower my rating because some flaws are unforgivable given the price range. The property is well-presented, the style is modern, and it offers ample parking, which isn't always a given. The room that I'm in is directly above the part of the restaurant where they organize celebrations, it was like having a folk band in my room last night till midnight. 20 min away from the center of the city walking distance

A very luxurious hotel on the outskirts of Kragujevac. The rooms are large and very nicely decorated. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The hotel restaurant has delicious food with very big portions. The only downside is that it's a little bit far from the city center.

Very clean and comfortable room. Dining room isn't so nice-looking. Staff are pretty friendly and helpful. Food was fine, if not so exciting. Location was good for my business, but if I was to stay longer, I would probably find a hotel in the city. Taxis are very cheap, so being outside the city's centre wasn't such a problem. The WiFi was a bit slow.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights with my family for a wedding. We were all beyond impressed with the interior, food, staff and general cleaness and features of the rooms. I would definetly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax, unwind and be trouble free for your whole stay.

We did not stay in the hotel we reserved due to some maintenance. They called us to ask whether we agreed to stay in a much better partner hotel, Zeneva lux. Of course, we accepted, because it is a 4-star hotel and the hotel was excellent. So we cannot tell anything about the hotel Zeneva except that the location of the hotel is better.

Ok to stay in kragujevac for bussiness.

Good place, clean and nice staff. Have bad AC for hot summer days, and bad fridge. Everthing else is okay and met expectation.

Good hotel with an old and quality furniture and own atmosphere of noblle vila. Only one disadvantage for me was narrow way to the parking place if you are with big car maybe can not park there. Parking is for maximum 5 cars small and middle size.

A pink Villa in balkan-Spanish style, 5 minutes walking from the centre of the town. Nice rooms with wood floor, a nice balcony and all the comforts of a superior hotel, broadband wifi included! The price is very interesting and the staff very professional and accurate.

The receptionist kindly moved me to a quieter (better) room as there was a noisy function being held there, they promptly repaired a few small issues in the room and even found my misplaced room key! What could have been a tough experience became a joy. Thanks

Great hotel in the heart of Kragujevac. The room was clean, Internet worked stable, and the staff is very welcoming. The best view of the city. Despite the smoking being permitted in the room, there was no smell from the previous visitors, whatsoever. Can recommend the stay here.

Small, cozy, clean room. As in 80's. But it gives some charm to the hotel. Hotel staff is perfect! Food is amazing (on the roof top). I will definitely come here again.

we stopped here passing through as we drove the mountain roads of serbia through bosnia to dubrovnik croatia. hotel is a great value. clean with extremely friendly staff. checkin and checkout was fast and smooth. breakfast was included and they made me an almond milk latte which was quite tasty. breakfast is what you expect for this level hotel had cereals, eggs , sausage etc. would highly recommend...
