Breakfast is good with good variety but it is difficult to guess what is the food in the buffet as they don’t write the food name in english. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean and neat, cleaning staff was so polite. Staff in the lobby bar was also great, attentive and helpful, communicative and full of ideas what to do and where to go. Huge and clean room. Nice hotel lobby. Staff was ok. During our check out process we had to wait about 20 min because people kept getting in front of us to do something “quick”. The staff did not say anything even though they saw that we were waiting in line patiently. Ridiculous. Breakfast had many things but nothing was tasty.

This is a wonderful hotel with a chic look. The staff here are great and polite and the rooms are clean and organized. But there are a few minor flaws that I need to adress. Like, how the room key did not work on the first day of my stay and that the shower has no curtain.

We enjoyed two separate nights a week apart in this beautiful location. It's really close to the center, you can benefit from parking on premises at an extra cost. There is also a nice, relaxing SPA and the ability to dine in the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing and the staff was very nice and helpful. There are a lot of sightseeing to be done nearby

Small family hotel located in a quiet area of Zlatibor. Not so far from the centre. Only a few minutes walk. We booked a room in a new part so everything was fabulous. Playground is fantastic. If you have kids pay attention on this hotel.

A fantastic accommodation, set up in an idyllic mountain style, very well equipped with all possible utensils and very clean. In addition, the accommodation is in a very quiet location, yet not far from the city center (yes, Zlatibor has now become a city). If you don't fancy the city, there are endless hiking opportunities right behind the house. Not far from other attractions such as Mećavnik, Sirogojno...

Wonderful hotel! Its got this old school vibe with tons of warmth and kindness. The staff is very polite and the facility is very clean. Being Indians and not speaking the local dialect, communication was a bit of a struggle but there are some staff that speak english and would really guide us on what to tey out or do 😊😊. Rooms very good, breakfast very good. Location superb. We bought a massage for 2 the same massage but 2 different experiences. The outdoor pool was not only for guest but for everyone, and you needed to go around the hotel to get there and stand in line with people from the street. The price? It's expensive for a spa and resort hotel and the spa is nothing special. I see a spa for a place to relax...

The hotel have very clean and modern room's, a perfect spa with sauna, whirlpool and a 15 meter pool. Very luxery ambient. The employes are very friendly (Natural) and in the breakfast room in the morning 80 music. And the breakfast have every thing you want and it's delicious. And all that in nature but near by city center! Crazy mega!

We stayed in a branch called Vizantija. Strong Wi-Fi throughout the premises, very clean, laundry service available for free, very close to the bus station, friendly staff, affordable prices. Rooms are somewhat smaller, but wasn't a big deal for us.

Service and staff were on an excellent level. But when I went to sleep, that's when I got disappointed. The bed in room 3 Is super uncomfortable and I basically had no sleep.

Internet connection tends to be bad sometimes, but that is a small downside comparing to all good sides of the stay. Very good food, if you are having the Half Board, they refill the food a couple of times to make it fresh no matter when you are coming. The rooms themselves are good, nothing special, but good. I suggest you get the newly renovated rooms over the older ones because they are much more modern and comfortable (the bed, bathroom...) meanwhile they are sold at a very similiar price. The first night of our stay we were amazed by the quality and selection but the rest of the days you could barely pick a meal from the buffet. Deserts were getting old and dry yet they kept serving the same over and over for each meal....
