Aonang Cliff View Resort SHA Extra Plus in Ao Nang

Awesome hidden garden with cottages. Very nice pool with bar. The pool was quite cold - this is perfect over day, but in the evening it's cold to stay there. It's because the sun shines there only a few hours. Definitely you need a motorbike, because it's long way to the city. They provide a shuttle bus every 2 hours but last one is at 18:00. Generally we were really satisfied, very nice location near the center in hidden jungle garden.

You get what you have paid for. Go for the AC bungalow instead of the fan bungalow. Twice the size and far more convenient, even of you don't use the AC. It is in the jungle, which is breathtaking and you live with nature. So obviously there is a walk from the town and it can be noisy. All in all it is a fantastic experience, but not for everyone. If you want to stay the whole day in the hotel at the pool and have an all inclusive, then avoid it. If you are adventurous and nature lover, this is your place

You pay for the location and property, not the rooms ;)

The properties are great, you feel like in the middle of the jungle but are completely safe and have a very nice and very clean pool and pool bar.

The rooms are good, bathrooms could be a bit more maintained, especially the public one. Bed is a bit hard

Do not expect a fancy resort, but a nice jungle experience and very nice and helpful staff.

Awesome escape at this resort. Really out in the bush, monkeys living up in the treetops and an astonishing view of Ao Nang Cliff.
The pool area is an amazing spot, and the barman has top-notch service.
Amazingly helpful staff with a free shuttle that operates every couple of hours to the main beach and back. The resort itself is a bit of a distance from everything, but with the shuttle and scooter hire available, it’s easy as. Laundry service available too which is needed.
Restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, but we weren’t too fond of the food. There is an amazing restaurant, a 10-15min flat walk that we recommend. Tee Thai in the Jungle - delicious!

Magical environment, full of greenery, flowers, and a huge rock towering in the back of the resort. Bungalows are either basic or better quality. The price is very accommodating. Don't expect luxury, but it doesn't even belong to the jungle. Otherwise there is all you need. Pool right under the rock, a great breakfast, a shuttle service to the sea. The resort is about 3 km from the lowest beach, a 4-minute motorbike. The distal location from the center is not minus because it provides peace, quiet sleeping and thanks to dense greenery here is a more pleasant climate than in the center. We will definitely come back here.

Far from the sea, but the hotel with stunning views, with flying peacocks, gym, swimming pool and a giant green rock over the heads of) all the advice, the car goes to the sea regularly

Nice Hotel right on the cliffs. The feeling to be in the jungle, is definitely. In this Hotel it is very quiet, and parties it is more. It cats, chickens, peacock, Turkey, and deer piglets running around freely there. Mosquitoes were no longer in the room after the air conditioning been smashed. In the evening on the terrace Geckos running along the walls and who is equipped with the Authan, get certainly no mosquito bite. Our Bungalow was perfectly adequate. The cleaning of the mirror and Wiping the tables has not been made so completely, but enough of the cleanliness. The Pool was not large, but to the cooling it was enough. The staff was friendly and helpful. We are in high summer here and we were Easily able to upgrade our Bungalow and immediately got one with air conditioning. My only negative post I can mention about this Hotel is the Breakfast.
There is Toast, jam, a sausage variety, coffee, water, tea, pastry, variety, watermelon, pineapple, and fresh sustainable eggs (fried/scrambled). In addition, there is a free tuk tuk Transfer (from morning to evening, every hour drives) in the road, which leads directly to the ao nang beach. Ca 5 minutes, which you could run. In the evening a lot going on there and you can go for a nice dinner. You should also at this hotel, take into account the relative price is favorable, and therefore you should not rate the other stuff also so hard. All in all: I recommend it and would even go again!
