Okay place, but expected more for the price. The rooms are clean and the pool is nice. However, there were issues that arose that made us not sure about returning. The shower had no hot water. The concierge came to our room to try to make it work, but couldn't either, and the situation was never further addressed. Also, the breakfast buffet food was cold. It wasn't just not hot, it was legit cold....

Safe and cozy place. Excellent service, the staffs are nice. Room is awesome with pool access and completed amenities. The food is just fine but I can say they put much effort to set up a nice dinning at the pool side. Pricey but it's worth it.

Pros: -New, clean and comfortable. -Cheap room. -Very nice staff. -Locate on highway, easy to find. Cons: -Room is not soundproofing. The noises from nearby room are loud, so annoying. -Smelly refrigerator (for my case) Conclusions I recommend to stay if you plan to just ”sleep at night”. But I satisfy overall.

i like hop inn's standard in both room cleanliness and location of each hotel. most of staffs were nice and attentive and pretty flexible for guests' requests.

New hotel, security guard who will help you to park. Very clean. Coffee free, elevator, wheel chair friendly. Cross of a plaza. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, great hot shower. We had a great night of sleep there. Will stay again.

We keep going back to this place for that lovely pool. Busy with families on weekends but a quiet day by the pool is possible on weekdays and low season. As a bit of an older hotel, it's got it's quirks but management are friendly and are quick to help out with things that you may need. For this price range, it's a pretty good deal.

This place is okay for the price. The location is not the best. The towels were well-used and the robes were not serviceable. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed and the staff was okay. If it wasn't for the inexpensive price I would have gone somewhere else

Old hotel. Could use renovation. Price, you get what you pay for. Overall okay experience. AC was too loud so management had to fix it. Beds are very hard. Towels were old and thin but clean. Good location if you don't have car.

The place is a dormitory, clean, convenient, hospitable, lovely care people. Just in the soi 650 meters far from the beach, but walking to the beach is no problem.

The rooms with balcony above the swimming pool are ok. should be renovated. The rooms were clean. Price level ok. Good, but expensive restaurant belonging to the Bang Saen Villa, across the road on a nice platform above the sea. Also nice to have the breakfast there.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was not overly impressed with the small apartments that we had. I did have a chance to see a couple of them up close and found the rooms to have a musty smell, not very clean and extremely outdated. The staff were nice and friendly, and the restaurant was adequate.

At a walking distance to the beach (5 minutes), the accommodation has complete basic facilities at the L-shape bright building. Also, convenience to nearby places (by public van or own vehicle) from here is recommended.

Located on the main road. BigC almost right next door. Car parking at the rear of hotel, safe and secure. Cleanliness of the reception, corridors, stairs, room and bathroom excellent. Free coffee in reception and a selection of cold drinks including beer. Very central location. A lot of traffic outside but, the room was quiet. The refrigerator was small but, it worked very well. Pretty good hotel and value for money. You get decent foods here and link to the Dock. Some street shopping area are available nearby. No worries to stay here as you get decent room, decent services, and nice deco too. Bistro, bars are available. You won't disappoint by staying a night here. You get sea view too if you are keen.

We were provided opportunity to spin a wheel to get a discount coupon during check in process. There is a noise from restaurant on top floor. Night stand was dusty. You'll probably have trouble finding the place as there are no signs in English anywhere and the place looks as (and is) a condo building more than a hotel. this is a difficult review to write. for several reasons. To begin with the service department itself is at one end of the beach which is the opposite end from which everything is happening in town. that being said if you want a quiet environment this is a great choice. The room was nice and the staff were friendly. We only stayed for only one night but I would reccomend it for a longer trip as they have a little kitchen and living room area. In the morning you can cross the street and buy fresh seafood from stalls set up along the road.

Very nice, high quality hotel. Large hotel rooms. Professional staff. Too bad it's very far from everything, far outside the city centre. There are no busses and rarely taxi around here, so you'll need a motorbike or car. The price is also little high for bangsaen. There are quite similar room for much lower price closer central city. But besides that the hotel is very nice. And the area is quiet.

Great facility with clean room, soft bed, and good view. However, the river was almost dry which seems quite different from the pictures. Service also needs improvement as it is impossible to contact front desk.

It is a very good place to stay in Kaeng Krachan area. Just opened in Apr. '64, clean, spacious, complete necessary equipment. There are lots of places for children to run and play. There is a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Friendly staff. Nice resort newly made in Kaengkrajarn area. Very well setup with different type of lodging styles. Service is great and staffs are well trained. Not much choices at the restaurant and morning buffet but good enough. Visit this area must come!

Prime Time Boutique Home, which have good location near Bangsaen Beach, the building with old style but there have clean environment inside room. Light inside room is not bright enough, overall if we stay only one night in here not bad, hot water and air-conditioning is powerful. Hospitable reception with refreshing drink offered while waiting. The room is clean and organised but more plugs would be even better. Breakfast option is way above average and is thus unsurprisingly crammed with hungry guests in the morning (guest-friendly breakfast period from 6 to 10am).

Room is cozy, but air con is pretty bad. I cannot adjust fan speed or swing, the cold wind keep blowing down to bed.

Its okay. Moderate hotel at moderate pricing. Nice options of food if you're opting to eat out. The beach is not too far, you can get one of them trekkers carrying passengers to Bang Saen beach, 20 baht each. Enjoy!

Good location, good design, good staff. Close to Burapa university very convenience to do business in university. Nice view on roof, if you stay in sea view I think will got very good view. They have bathtub and balcony in room. In the night... it's very noisy from restaurant beside one until around midnight. If you need to stay here for fun is fine but if you need to relax in night time I don't recommend...

We stayed in the sea view on the top floor. The room is very clean and comfortable with space and great view of the beach across the street. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. For breakfast they offer simple American breakfast, hame and cheese sandwich and Thai congee, which you can order as much as you can eat. Nice rooms, bathtubs are made for midgets. Breakfast isn't anything special, the second day we passed on it... free was still over priced. Staff is very friendly, Security is very helpful too. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

Great, clean place. Beautiful exterior. Bed is big and very comfortable!! View is incredible of the gulf from most rooms, some rooms are on the side of the building (so is the pool, also pool is small) Staff is nice and accommodating. Every room has a little patio which is nice. Bathtub is amazing, has a window next to it, bathtub is small, but does fit two people if you try. Would highly reccomend
