Modern and comfortable hotel in a large resort complex on the shore of the lake is great for all groups of tourists. You will find bright spacious rooms and a friendly atmosphere.
Built: 2015
Location: in the district of Bangtao beach, Laguna Phuket complex, 18 km from the centre of the nightlife of Patong beach, 20 km from Phuket airport .
Consists of seven-storey buildings.
The hotel has 251 rooms.
Beach: a private area on the public sandy 150 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas and sunbeds for a fee.

Attention! In the period from November 2016. will be building another hotel building: some of the rooms, but only sold as “ROH” – can be partial views of construction.
Other categories will be placed overlooking the garden /pool/lake, so they will not be affected by views of construction works.
Time of work: 9:00 to 17:00, - possible noise.
The work will be suspended for the period 24 December 2016 7 January 2017.

Very nice and accommodating service staff. Room was slightly warm despite air con being set to the coldest temperature and fans turned on. Curtains also couldn’t block out light coming through sides so it gets bright in the morning. And there’s a low ceiling above stairs leading up to the loft. There’s no warning signs and anyone above 172cm would bump your head.
Other than this everything was really nice. And service staff made everything great.

Super cost-effective hotel! Since last year, I have booked this parent-child hotel every time I go to Phuket. The hotel is so convenient. You can order food downstairs, and there is a small supermarket. You can make simple food for your children in the room. The hotel also has a boat to the seaside for free. Everything is available. The customer service staff of all hotels greet you with a smile. Highly recommended. I will still move in, and I have recommended it to many good friends! Everyone is very satisfied when they come!

Very nice location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops, kids playgrounds.
Very kids friendly, everything is so colorful and staff loves kids.
The hotel is not that modern but location and staff make it vibing. Good for families. For couples I'm not sure cause it's quite a kids vibes everywhere)

Really disappointed with how they resolved the problem. At the beginning they gave me the big room and everything was great until I found out that my bedroom was next to their huge water pump machine. Yes literally next to (maybe only 3 or 4 meters). That machine of course has to run 24/7 even in midnight and really noisy. I would say rooms in this hotel have quite good sound proof. However the noise from that machine was too annoying and I could not sleep well at night due to the noise.
I asked the reception whether I could change to other room or not. I wanted to get rid of that noise. They said that the hotel was fully booked and I had to wait to the next day. However the next day when I asked they still said that could not find another room for me and told me to wait for 1 more day. But the room could be small because all rooms with the same types of my noisy room was fully booked until 1 week later.
Because I will stay here for 2 months due to my work then it is ok to wait for 1 week but I could get the same big room. So it is a good thing to wait. One week later they changed me to the room which is really small compared to the noisy room. So I had waited for the whole week for nothing. Why they did not tell me at the beginning? I asked them if there is other room like my initial room. And they said this is the best they can do.
I know the hotel is fully booked but 1 week of waiting returned nothing but worse. Not to mention that they knew all their booking and told me to wait 1 week to arrange. But after all nothing changed. They also knew that my initial room has the problem with the water machine but still cannot find the solution for it. Wasted my 1 week and really disappointed for what they have done.
Rather than that, I think the hotel is a good place but just really bad in how they manage to resolve an issue that a guess got

Compared to other corporate hotels in the area, this hotel is a breath of fresh air. It has so much personality and character. I love the fact that it is pet friendly. It's great so see happy pups and families walking around the vibrant interior. Modern facilities throughout and the beds are suuuuper comfy. The management team are great and hard working. Highly recommended 😍

Great family hotel in Laguna on Bangtao! Located almost on the seashore, you just need to cross the lake on a river bus - such a pleasant little adventure for children and adults. Interesting colorful design of the rooms, each room has a kitchen and you can cook anything you want. You can buy an apartment in this complex as your own and transfer it to the hotel for rental management, they guarantee 5% per annum, this is very cool!

Excellent hotel. No cockroaches or other critters. The rooms are all new and clean. There are household appliances so that you can cook the same seafood and so on for yourself, to your taste and color. Very friendly staff, Thais what can I say. We vacationed with a 3-year-old child. The food at the hotel is varied, there is also European food. There are also many other restaurants and cafes nearby. Prices are slightly higher than on other beaches; it’s not for nothing that they call it Bang Tao in the local ruble. A small ferry constantly runs to the beach. 3 minutes and you are on the beach. The child even liked to ride on it. In general, I recommend choosing this hotel for a family vacation.

Beautiful condo hotel! Fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc. Two ceiling fans and lights, three air conditioners!!! Two smart TVs with YouTube. Excellent beach 6 minutes walk, or 3 minutes by water bus. Gentle entry into the water, sand without shell rock. Right there on the beach, beer, fresh juices, fruits. On the left (if you face the sea) 200 meters away, there are cafes and restaurants. I recommend everyone to visit this hotel

I just LOVE this place. Here is everything you need and with very high quality! Rooms have stunning 😍 views: just check this out in attached photos. Service is SUPERB! Special thanks to Polly who helped me all the way from my first letter up to all issues I faced with during my stay. Hotel has very nice beach! The lagoon is beautiful and a boat drives us through it from the hotel to the beach and we enjoy beautiful views each time. Breakfasts are very good, rich with vegetables and fruits, dishes are mostly for those who like Thai cuisine. Laundry is good but rather expensive which is actually normal for the hotel of such level. Room service and front desk work good. Also want to mention that location is ideal: very close to Boat Avenue where you can find everything and right in front of the ocean 🌊 . Strongly recommended.

I spent a week at Cassia Phuket and the experience was amazing! They have everything you need right at the property, you really don't have to leave unless you want to (or go to the beach of course). Wifi was good, room was clean, modern and spacious, the service was quick, and breakfast was great! I would totally live here! Highly recommended!
