The superior rooms are HUGE! Great views from the balconies, cool art and retro decor in the rooms, and spectacular location on Bangtao Beach. Tons of free lounge chairs in shady area near the beach with tons of massage, drink, and food options nearby. Unfortunately some parts of the rooms are in need of maintenance and our hot water was inconsistent.

Great room overlooking the main pool, helpful, friendly staff, right on Bangtao beach, restaurants up & down the beach & the road behind the beachfront hotels has quite a few restaurants to choose from. Comfy and clean with a small swimming pool and just 100m from the beach! Unfortunately the area is relatively dead compared to the other beaches in Phuket, and it's hard to get around without expensive Grabs/Bolts or tuktuks. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is pretty good, especially their mango salad. Not bad but not great for a Hilton. Not as close to the beach as I would have liked. There are closer and cheaper options if that’s what you are looking for. Possibly the best experience I have ever had a at a hotel and resort. The service was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, the room was beautiful and clean, and the food was delicious.
