The scenery here is amazing, and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other essentials, making it very convenient for a longer stay

The rooms are nice, you have enough space to store things around. Beds are great, and the cleaning staff changed our bed sheets and our towels daily. I strongly recommend the hotel

Honestly, just a lot to complain about. The overall experience was actually quite okay, but this was no five star experience for sure. The view from the pool on the top floor is quite excellent

Had a lovely stay in lovely accommodation we were upgraded, however I was charged twice and informed that it would take one month to refund, impossible to communicate with staff who spoke no English,at this point three months later I haven't been refunded, emails have been ignored

The only downside is that you have to walk uphill to get to the resort, but this also means the location is very peaceful and secluded. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind!

The breakfast runs out of meat very quickly each day and is a bit repetitive. Room check during checkout takes way too long (longer than 15) even giving a heads-up to the front desk about our flight

Generally a good place to stay with a family. Pros: - Design is modern, colorful and nice - Staff are super helpful and always keeps smiling! - Pool area is great - Gorgeous beach and very reliable water shuttles to it

Staff are generally helpful and nice especially those at vista where the crew was very nice to help pack our lunch and delivered it after we changed our mind to take it by the pool one afternoon, thank you to all of you! However, in addition to confused crew at the front desk, one shouted at me when I was asked multiple times over the phone the number of people for pick up by their tuk tuk at villa...

We had a good holiday nonetheless and the shuttle services and pool and beach were great but for that price there's other better options for family and we'll likely not come back

We stayed for 8 nights to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing experience from the start. We booked a transfer with the hotel, and the reservation team was friendly and helpful

The hotel provided a convenient shuttle bus to the beach, which was perfect for our family, especially with an infant, making our stay enjoyable and hassle-free

Curtains also couldn’t block out light coming through sides so it gets bright in the morning. And there’s a low ceiling above stairs leading up to the loft

There was also quite abit of bird droppings on the balcony and balcony chairs. Amenities : 10/10 Lovely pool decked with sunbeds, a nice usable gym and they also offer a free shuttle service to Bangtao beach

There were multiple times where members of staff have allowed priority to them and service them first even though it was quite clear that I had been there first and they had blatantly let others cut infront of me even though they clearly came later

The room is acceptably clean and spacious. The only reason why I couldn’t give it a 10 was because there was abit of an ant problem in the room. there were ants above the bed and on the sheets upon arrival

Don’t get me wrong, there were some members of staff who were excellent, for example, the bell hop who guided us to our room and the security guards out front were exceptional

Although I can understand the lack of as their main demographic are not Asians, at least not in the season I was there for. Service : 6/10 This is where it gets iffy for me

I am not one who complains about such a thing (can see my multiple reviews for other places) but at this establishment, it was so evident that I couldn’t not mention it

Super friendly and helpful staff, so many water activities, large swimming pool and amazing spa! There are also a various type of food to choose. I definitely recommend sailing in the lagoon. It was fun!

It was a total holiday adventure staying at Angsana Laguna Phuket. Lots of activities to do for the family. We loved the breakfast buffet option at the Market Place

Modern, clean and convenient. Great rooms and service. Lots of work around the lagoon while we were there which had a strong sulfur smell, but didnt cause any problems. Great pool area and beach access.

Amenities available is amazing, lots of nice spots for photos, and the beach is just a few minutes walk. But the best experience are the friendly and hardworking staff. We hope to come back again to this amazing place

I was a truly pleasant experience at the Angsana Hotel. It was our wedding anniversary, and I requested the front desk staff to chill a bottle of champagne as a surprise for my husband while we were out

- The rooms have sewer smells that at times becomes terribly unpleasant even with the wc doors closed - Beach restaurant does not serve food, just snacks and since they removed the shadow from the pool the sun is unbearable - Food in the inside pool is expensive, low quality and quantity

Hotel is located directly by the sea in calm area, in the middle of Phuket attractions. 3 pools, jacuzzi, beach facilities, internal restaurant

Served food is tasty and good quality (all inclusive option) Helpful service, especially from polish speaking Daniel responsible for guest relations is a great advantage of this place. We really recommend this hotel

We loved our stay and wished we were there longer. The resort feels like a 5 star hotel, not a 4 star. The pool and spa were wonderful and the restaurant served a good buffet breakfast

Beautiful setting, resort is gorgeous. The room is big with everything you need. It is clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grounds are well maintained with clean pool areas

The staff make this place absolutely wonderful. I asked on the first day if they could provide halal food,and they were happy to oblige. Breakfast was varied and great quality. Rooms spacious, modern, clean

Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. It's only our 3rd night, and we have fallen in love with this resort. Would highly recommend it to everyone. I am looking forward to the rest of our stay

The bell boys were also very polite and did their job very well. Moreover, the room was really clean and neat. The housekeeper’s priority of cleanliness is so impressive. My room was so big and very comfortable

The check-in process was smooth and quick, and the receptionists were very lively and polite. They took the time to walk me through the hotel’s facilities and show me my room by themselves

The beach at the hotel is good, not many people, but there are problems with sunbeds, because. In the morning, vacationers can put a towel on them and leave for a long time

During my recent stay at the SAii Laguna Phuket, I was impressed by the staff, which contributed to a truly memorable experience

Great location and great hotel. We went in the low season but minimal rain. Lots to do in local town which is easily accessible via bus or 200 baht taxi. Hotel was under renovation so super quiet which was great for us.

The public areas are also impeccably maintained, and I think the new “colonial” style adds a distinctive charm. A special mention to your front desk team, especially Helena, who took exceptional care of me

Pool was surrounded by new pool chairs (except a few older ones in the corners) and the towels were fresh and new. For pool service there were buttons to press, and you brought glass water bottles from your room

When we stayed they were re-roofing the lobby and replacing the glazing, and also redoing the Laguna Cafe, which was the only restaurant closed during our visit. Rooms were clean and kept clean throughout our stay

You're at the edge of the Laguna development (made by the Banyan Tree Group) but there's a small shopping centre close by with an ATM and a supermarket, and the real village is about 15 minutes walk away

If you walk left down the beach you get to the public beach and the massage, bars, restaurants and beach clubs. Yes, there is building work ongoing on the beach side, just on the North end of the hotel

Breakfast and all restaurants were superb and the prices were well in line with other places down the beach. Bathroom was small, even when we stayed in the Landmark Suite, but had everything we needed

The Angsara is building a new restaurant which should be finished pretty soon. From the hotel itself we heard nothing

And Marcus, the manager, was so welcoming and friendly every time we saw him, but really, the whole team was too! The pool guys, the restaurant and bar staff, are all just fabulous

We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts multiple swimming pools with clean water, perfect for either sunbathing or taking a refreshing dip

There’s a bar by the main pool offering a variety of drinks with friendly staff, though the quality of the cocktails was quite average, and it’s worth noting that there is no beer on tap

Pool area is very nice well maintained, good for the kids the resort is close to the beach which is good but outside, the restaurants and shops are very limited need to catch a taxi if you want restaurants and shops

Our room was very well equipped, very clean, and had a great location within the resort to help us with our baby. Staff here were fantastic, special shout out to Marley in the kids club - absolute gem of a human

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This hotel was amazing and perfect for our family holiday. We stayed in the happy baby room, which meant we could travel without all the extra items (stroller, etc)

Great room overlooking the main pool, helpful, friendly staff, right on Bangtao beach, restaurants up & down the beach & the road behind the beachfront hotels has quite a few restaurants to choose from

On the ground floor rooms have an extra exit to the pool. 5 liter on the nose), soap supplies updated simultaneously with the cleaning daily. Overall a good hotel on a solid 4 (and the 4*)

The rooms are dated, beds are firm and pillow are even more firm. Nice resort with secluded beach. It's in a boony area and there's many small pools of water which make mosquitoes like crazy

I would recommend a scooter to get to the surrounding areas & beaches. Only complaint is no bacon at breakfast

Those who love to build up fat on the sides, or having the experience of gluttony for example in Turkish hotel Belek (5*) after absorption has a habit of TwinCAT on the beach, the food at amore seem monotonous at C grade

Resort facilities: The resort is a gold mine for kids and relaxation heaven for adults. For kids they have well stocked play room, separate baby pool, movie room - where recent titles are played every night

For adults there are pools, for parents with kids to have fun they have water slides, movie nights for adults, too at bar counter where one can enjoy a recent cinema on some drinks

We were upgraded free to suite room (which is a kind gesture by resort staff). The room has separate kids bed. Bathroom: Bathroom was adequate in space. Free toiletries were supplied

Surin beach is relatively less crowded but there are some restaurants nearby and convenience stores too along with money exchange facilities and ATM, also

Staff: Staffs are the strongest part of this resort. They are always smiling, always greeting and go extra lengths for any need of the traveler

They also have on site toy stores, ice cream parlour and video game room

We spent time in the kids club which helped so much to ensure my little one not only spent time by the pool but also she had her time to attend to fun activities and meet other young babies

We met Marin on our first day who had showed us around the resort before we decided to book our accommodation and immediately we were in love with the place

Marin has gone beyond and above to ensure our stay here was safe, comfortable and that our family was happy. We stayed here for 8 nights, ground floor with access to private pool

The public relations person on Google reviews has simply left a standard response to my review. Same responses to everyone’s reviews which is sad. Instead of looking for us to discuss while we are still here

From Someone who has stayed in many different accommodations from home stays to 6-7 star hotels over the past 25 years, this resort is hands down a family friendly resort

The food at “the beach” restaurant was good but expensive. Corridors very noisy and if you have a noisy family of kids upstairs from you like we did , it is very frustrating

We rented a three bedroom villa and we're very pleased. The grounds and pool were fabulous, the rooms were well equipped, spacious and luxurious. The food was expensive but excellent for a nice occasion

The only negative comments would be the private pool has no ladder or steps, making it a little challenging using the tiled seating to get in or out. Not safe for kids or worn out adults like us

The staff are always smiling and very eager to assist. The beach view with private pool residence was huge. Fantastic service from all team members. Great food and amenities here

Private pool was nice and clean but all pool functions didn’t work. Staff will bend over to please you as much as they can. We have seen max half a dozen people at the pool or in the water

We stayed here off season for a week in a pool villa and had a great time. Rooms are clean and very large but quite dated for a 5-star hotel. Kitchen is big but we only used the fridge

Even larger than the pool villa but we declined as my daughter was keen on the pool and so we were offered another villa and given some massage vouchers on top

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Great gym and pool too. Slightly far from the beach from town, but this was not a problem at all as there was a free shuttle service. 5 mins walk to the supermarket and night market.

The only negatives I can think of is there was no dryer for clothes which is minor and the lack of gym equipment (the gym was also incredibly hot) The staff were very friendly and helpful they really made the stay better

Enjoyed my stay here, would recommend and hope to return one day insha'Allah. Rooms were very spacious and had character, free shuttle to several locations is a plus, they also have great priced bike rental if needed

The Hotel is located near a lot of things such as the beaches, restaurants, & shops! PLUS the shuttle was very useful! - The cost was so affordable! We loved it so much we extended our stay for one more day!

Even the gym was perfectly place (see picture)So much natural light

Rested at this hotel in JUNE, our choice fell on this hotel as had heard about the excellent beach club. Now attention!!! The beach club was closed for the period "of the season"

Lovely peaceful green setting very relaxing place. The pool is beautiful and we had it all to ourselves. This was what we saw having our coffee on our balcony each day 😀

Our apartment was bigger than my house back home. So spacious and lovely. We also locked ourselves out Of our room late at night and had no trouble with reception helping to open the door for us. Will be back!

The only downsides were that the local mini mart was closed and poorly stocked, from the look of it. The nearest convenience store is a ten minute walk away, which isn't bad but not extremely convenient

The main car park is 100m to the right of the main entrance. ALLAMANDA 2 and ALLAMANDA 3. are separate condo buildings across the main road, and face EAST, and to the Golf course

ALLAMANDA 1 Is in the Laguna Village area of Cherngtalay. In front of the sea and lake , facing West. Parking areas are reserved for owners and bona fide visitors

I would love to thank Cee (C) who helped us with booking our island day activity and helped book us another room for us on the day we were checking out because we had a late flight on the day we were checking out and didn’t want to be stuck at the airport or anywhere for long hours waiting

There was a staff member who I forgot to get her name but she helped us check in smoothly and even helped us with ordering room service late at night because we were hungry (our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to The Pavilions until 11:15pm – room service finishes at 11:30pm)

Every morning, our villa was cleaned and we were provided with fresh towels. The resort itself is also amazing. We had breakfast and a dinner at Alto and the food was great, breakfast was definitely a favorite

It was our first time in Phuket, my partner and I cannot express just how wonderful our stay was with The Pavilions Phuket! We were taken aback by just how big the resort was and how we had to take a buggy to get around – we felt so pampered and spoiled

We had our own private outdoor area with a private pool, the living room with its big spacious sofa bed, the bedroom with a big comfy bed and the spacious bathroom

We stayed in the Spa and Pool Villa and can we just say we were stunned at how big it was

The location is right at the beach and conveniently close to everything you may want on a holiday. The pool is also very nice with a small pool for the little ones

Comfy and clean with a small swimming pool and just 100m from the beach! Unfortunately the area is relatively dead compared to the other beaches in Phuket, and it's hard to get around without expensive Grabs/Bolts or tuktuks

You cannot put tissue in the toilet, the shower holder didn't work in either room, but other than that, it was lovely! Fantastic location if you want a quiet almost private beach, 7 eleven basically next door, massage and restaurants basically next door also

Overall, the location and staff are great, rooms are a little dated but size is good. If you plan to do excursions, you will most likely have to travel at least 20mins to any other meaningful location

Couldn't fault the staff, they were amazing! Friendly, helpful, welcoming. It was my son's birthday, and the owner went and got him a birthday cake, which I thought was very nice

We ended up having to change rooms because we were told a water pipe had burst and the water stopped working in the room
