The hotel is located on Chaweng beach surrounded by a lush tropical garden. Accommodation and rooms at a modest hotel, the service good, but the minimal set of services, good Breakfast. The hotel is suitable for economical vacation and stay.

Located 10 km from the local airport of Koh Samui, in the North-Eastern part of Samui, Chaweng beach.
Consists of ten one-story buildings, one 3 storey block of seventeen and one-storey villas.
Only 94 rooms.
Beach: public, sandy beach 40 m away, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – free, towels – for a fee.

On the hotel territory: 1 restaurant, 1 bar, 1 conference hall (120 persons), 2 outdoor pools, Laundry, safe-Deposit box at the reception (extra charge), Internet corner (extra charge) and wireless Internet in the lobby (extra charge)

The staff are amazing can't do enough for you . Room was very clean 1st night I wasn't keen on pillows as bit hard . But asked to change and not a problem 👌.
Breakfast was great. Pool area very clean and relaxing looking over the beach .
And last day had massage lovely job ladies much needed.
Great place definitely recommend 👌

Had a great time here!!
Its in a great location-On the beach, has a pool and a great restaurant (delicious food and reasonably priced)

Ok I'm going to be really honest on that one.
The rooms are the worst
Bugs and ants everywhere also in bed and mosquitos.
Now I know you have mosquitos all over Thailand
But this place is just not built for rain so the hole room is full of water from the walls so you have so much humidity it's crazy.
Leaking Ceiling (from the lamp (so dangerous).
Impossible to sleep...the bed and pillows made for jail not for hotel. (Hard and not comfortable)
However the Thai stuff is excellent and trying to do the best they can under the circumstances.
I really think that there is no value for your money in that place.
The only reason for them to charge more then average is the beach entrance.
(Not the best beach in koh samui).
Last thing I'll share with y'all is that I asked for help with the ants in my room..the redemption girl just laughed at me and gave me a anti ant spray to deal on my own.
I do not recommed this place at all.

I love its peaceful ambience but it's near ARK Bar where I can enjoy dance music there. The staff is kind to accept my request if my friend staying another hotel can use its facility as I am solo guest booking a double room. However he didn't.

This hotel for price and quality is the best option. We booked the deluxe garden, the room had everything we needed, we were given 2 extra pillows and 2 hangers on request. Rooms are a little bit old, but there is a renovation in progress. Their restaurant has 20% discount for hotel guests, we had dinner 1 time. 2 swimming pools.
It is located perfectly in the middle of Chaweng and the big shopping center " Central Festival" just across the street.

The place is greatly located in Chaweng, close to everything while being quiet enough.
The swimming pool with beach access is just gold ! Lots of space and really quiet, probably underrated compared with other resorts or bars around.
Surely there are other more luxury resorts with better and more modern rooms but Al's resort value is just absolutely great. The personnel is really nice and friendly.
I would come back here 100% for my next Samui trip. I've met with the owner and he was really arranging and friendly.

The deluxe rooms are very dark and gloomy. The shower and toilet is in the same tiny area so it's always wet. When we arrived our bedding smelled bad. We asked them to change it but they did nothing until the next day. I give breakfast 5 out of 10 points. The only good thing is that the location is very good. You can get better value for your money.

We really wanted to like Al’s resort. Great location on the beach with a nice pool and friendly staff.
However I think we were unlucky with our room and couldn’t wait to leave in the end because of the issues. The safe wouldn’t unlock (turned out to be the batteries), the shower only had one height and gave up on us after a couple of days with just a trickle of water, one light had no bulb and one light started flashing in the middle of the night when it was off!
There also seemed to be a cost saving exercise limiting items. Lack of towels was constant, we often had just one or none and never had any hand towels. There was a lovely wardrobe but only three hangers and only one plastic chair was allocated to the terrace area in each bungalow. And no plug in the sink. Very bizarre!
They just need to spend a bit of money and it would be great.

The room is okay, the hotel is fine. Once it was maybe a 4-star hotel, but now it is more 3-star because of the neglect.
VERY IMPORTANT! The airport is right behind the area, so it is very loud every time a flight leaves (10 times a day).
But the pool is nice. The beach area not so much.

Just got back from Al's Resort, spent 14/15 days/nights there. Highly recommend for many reasons. The friendly hardworking staff, the 2 awesome pools (one has a bar) "hated that one" 😁 Location is great- 5 minute walk to everything!! Clubs & night markets & if you're game (I was) street food. Everyone friendly & very safe.. Finally take some time to enjoy something new, you won't regret it..
