The hotel itself is quite lovely, though its location might not be ideal for those seeking easy access to city centers or a wide variety of nearby activities.
Pros:
* In-room Pool: The in-room pool was a fantastic feature.
Cons:
* Disruptive Cleaning: Daily room cleaning, typically between 3-5 PM, often interrupted our plans, especially our enjoyment of the in-room pool. Our request for earlier cleaning (12 PM) was not honored. The cleaning itself was very quick (around 15 minutes).
* Uncleanliness: The bathtub was dirty (pictures provided), and the overall floor cleanliness was unsatisfactory.
* Inconsistent Service: Hotel staff were generally agreeable to requests, but follow-through was unreliable. An issue with the shower (alternating between scalding hot and icy cold water) was poorly addressed, and the problem persisted throughout our stay

* Flexible Cleaning Times: Offer guests more flexibility in scheduling room cleaning, perhaps with a designated "do not disturb" option.
* Enhanced Cleaning Standards: Improve cleaning protocols, particularly in bathrooms.

Very good location and great service
Spent our days mostly by the pool/ beach
Very clear water & sandy beach, you could walk for 50metres into the water and it’s still at your waistline
Love the 1-4-1 happy hour sessions

Service very friendly.
Near to the airport, but not noisy at all.
Came in end November and there was no beach because of high tide.
However the restaurant staff can be improve a bit as they only asked me once I need any coffee when I stayed for 3 breakfast and the last breakfast my plate was being cleaned without asking me 😅
Other than that is fantastic, the breakfast and coffee is perfectly fine! And the location is 5 min away from Chaweng by motor bike hence not so happening it’s suit for me and my husband ! ❤️❤️
