We spent two wonderful weeks as a couple at Centara Reserve Samui.
We were particularly impressed with the immaculate property – everything from the pool to the beach was perfect. The location is breathtaking and unique, and the beautifully landscaped gardens truly impressed us. We especially appreciated that complimentary drinking water was always available.
The staff were very friendly and consistently helpful, and we always felt well taken care of. The hotel's chat system worked wonderfully, allowing us to quickly communicate our needs.
Our modern hotel room was excellent, with the shower and bed being our favorite features. However, we found that there were too few closets and storage spaces for clothes and personal items.
Breakfast was pleasant but somewhat limited; for our taste, there was not enough variety in jams, fruits, and cold cuts. For instance, the pineapple could have been better prepared by removing the core. Nevertheless, we always found something that we enjoyed.
The poolside dining was good.
The gym is well-equipped; however, during our visit, the treadmills repeatedly malfunctioned and stopped mid-run. Despite several reports of the problem, it was only resolved much later.
With a few minor adjustments, the hotel could more fully live up to its five-star standards.
Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, and we had a wonderful holiday at this remarkable hotel.

I really loved the service and the vibe here. Eytan was really friendly and the songs played by Dj also really elevated the atmosphere. The hotel is amazing and I really enjoyed salt society and the drink was pretty and delicious.🍹🌸🪼

An unbelievable experience. Service was 10/10 Food was 10/10 & Resort amenities 10/10. You cannot fault anything at the CentaraReserve. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re planning to visit Koh Samui. Never experienced such a welcoming experience. We can’t wait to be back

We are a couple who would like a peaceful vacation.
We had a great time in centara, spending most of the time at the adult only infinity pool which was beautiful.
Yes, hotel is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are great & luxury.
Service is just great – everything you asked happened at once.
Gym is maybe the best i saw in hotel: big and well equipped.
but it's just not worth it as its way over priced.
Disliked · EXTREMELY over priced & terrible value for money.
For a 5 star hotel rated 9.4 and over 400$ per night We had high expectations that didn't met.
To me, it feels this hotel fails especially at 3 major things:
value for money, crowded, mediocre quality breakfast.
- Too crowded & too noisy for a luxury hotel
It feels like hotel have around 300 rooms.
This hotel can get busy and too noisy as there are many families with young kids & babies.
Maybe great for families, less for couples.
- Breakfast: 6/10. A big disappointment
Good coffee.
Amazing diversity - but what about quality?
Bacon are over cooked, eggs (of all kinds) just not good enough.
Many fruit juices, but artificial taste, while they can definitely do better.
Me and my wife stayed here with another couple - there was not even ONE dish we all could say was really good.

It seems like the main attraction at night happens at Ark bar- which was too far to walk, so you have to take taxi.

This hotel was just flawless. From the wonderful staff , to the perfect location and outstanding overall service. It was hard to decide whether we swan in the sea or one of the amazing pools. The food at the restaurants was delicious. A big thank you to Neil ( the GM ) who made our honeymoon even more memorable. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this superb hotel to our friends and family.

Gorgeous hotel. We’ve been there for four nights and it was amazing.the room are well designed. The both pools are beautiful especially the main one with the pool bar.

Truly a memorable resort where everything is designed for a perfect stay in paradise. The team is incredibly welcoming and friendly, the facilities are very well maintained and organized, the food is excellent and everyone gets to spend a fantastic time (parents and kids included!). We particularly enjoyed the breakfast spread, dinners outdoors when the weather cools down, as well as the super comfy room we stayed in. We had a few activities organized by the team on site, and loved them all. All in all, we just can’t wait to be back.

Me and my family stayed here for the second time, last time was in June and this time we stayed for 2 weeks here in August during school holidays for the kids. This is such a kids friendly hotel, all the staff by the pool are very attentive and always so friendly. We love the beach of the hotel and the big green lawn is a paradise for kids who like to play football. Hotel breakfast is very tasty and has a big variety. Hotel service is top notch. We will definitely come back again for our next family holiday!

Couldn’t be a more perfect hotel. Great location, Great Food, Great Staff, I can’t sing my praises high enough.
Neil (the hotel manager) is a superstar! He always remembered our names and greeted us so warmly. The staff are very sharp too! And so warm!
The hotel is just stunning, it’s super clean, the lobby is grand, room was stunning, it’s everything you want,
The Food… don’t get me started but there were 4 rooms for breakfast, I put on weight from how much I ate. I was eating 5 plates every morning because it was so good.
If you have the option to stay here, you absolutely should!!!

Stayed here for 7 nights early june. This place is absolutely fantastic and so relaxed. The property is stunning, interiors are great, I wanted to take photos everywhere because it is so beautiful. The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind and everything with a big smile. The rooms are beautiful and very comfy but on the smaller side, there’s no place for your suitcase etc. The in
Room cocktailbar looks cute but is useless, because you have no ingredients to make cocktails. The pool is fantastic,Chill vibes.

Breakfast inside is very chaotic and loud, but outside is wonderful. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, and we’ve visited quite some nice hotels in this price range. Only comment is the beach club a few hotels further, their insanely loud music really should be forbidden but it didn’t bother me too much.
