The room is very small. There is no distinction between bath lotion and shampoo. There were large area of visible stains on the sheets. The worst thing was that there were unknown bugs in the bed that kept biting me. After taking a shower that night, I immediately got into bed. After a while, I got several bites on my legs, which were very itchy. My partner said it might be mosquitoes, but I was covered with a quilt. Anyway, I sprayed mosquito repellent. By the next morning, there were more bites on my legs, and my partner was bitten, too. He was then convinced there were bugs in the bed. Strangely enough, we were both only bitten on the leg, not back or arm.

Good stay over all, Rooms are quite small but they do the job and have a fridge and safe. Balcony a nice size too. Staff were really friendly especially Dao at reception was so lovely and helpful. It took about 25 minutes to walk to the main nightlife but the walk went quite quickly. Pool on the roof was lovely but the bar is permanently closed so you need to bring your own drinks and food which didn’t bother us as it saves money anyway. 7/11 and other shops 5 mins walk. Can book taxis trips etc from the reception for a really good price.

Excellent price for a private room in great location. You won't get anywhere better for this price, location and privacy.

Great place to stay near Chaweng beach. The rooms were small, but super clean, with a great shower. Safe and mini fridge are provided in the rooms as well as bottle water everyday. You can rent motorcycle, and book transport to Full Moon. Go to the laundry lady opposite the hotel she is lovley and will do a great job. Staff were friendly always said hello to us.

Quite run down. Rooms are tiny and smell damp. Woke up to my belongings covered in hundreds of black ant like insects. Fine for a quick stopover but wouldn’t expect much.

Loved the place. Rooms are small. But we spend most of the days exploring so didn't bother too much. Decent location especially if u rent a scooter. Easy parking . We didn't visit the pool but that's our biggest regret.
On the last day we went up and had a look and it would have been amazing to sit in and chill on the hot afternoons. The water would have been so cooling.
Overall a decent stay especially foe the price. 😁

Decent place for the price. It's cheap! We stayed as a couple with 6 bags in a double room. It was a bit squishy but very manageable. Had everything you need in there. Fridge, bathroom, air conditioning. The rooftop pool was nice for sitting/wading but not for swimming. The free buffet with the purchase of a cocktail was a good deal for a drink and a meal.

Pool is good as is the location. Can't fault much. But it's super inconvenient that they won't give you two keys! Even if you will pay two deposits... And it's a plastic key... So it's very easy to make a second. But they just won't do it. Bar staff is much better than the front desk. Rooms are fine. Overall good place.

Expect the room to be similar to tune hotels in size. Booked 4 rooms together but ended up one on each floor. 2 of rooms didn't have hot water. Room on 1st floor (ground floor) smells wet. Rooms are OK for short and single stays.
