Combo Beach Hotel Samui

We stayed there for a week and it was horrible in all aspects. The staff were just so rude everytime we asked for anything. Not once did they come clean our room and we had to chase them down and beg for clean towels and toilet paper. The bathroom smelled like rotten sewage and after multiple times of asking them to come clean the bathroom to help with the smell they still didn’t come. The shower head was horrible with no pressure and the beds were literal cardboard and we didn’t sleep well at all. People were being loud and you can hear every word from every room and music till 6am and after complaining they still didn’t stop. The breakfast was so plain and unsanitary. Honestly comes down to the staffs behavior they were so rude in every way and snappy.

Worst hotel in the chaweng. Poor rooms, the pool is full of chlore, very bad service, al day mosquitoes bites you, lousy shower, poor breakfast

At check out they wil take you money from damage material at is inside. So when you go to the room check everything and report to the reception. Shower isn't good, and the toilets smell at sewage. We check the door board 2 days later that was already damage, and we have to pay 150 baht for that.

Pool is ok. Food and rooms ok. I couldn't sleep 2 nights because an empty bar nearby (video attached) blasts bass to 4:11 AM. I walked over at 2 AM to see where all the noise was coming from and this what I found. Not exactly Combo Beach fault but you won't get any sleep here. Otherwise place is tolerable.

The photos of the room was misleading. Our room was also given on the 2nd floor without any lift and we had to climb every time. When asked for a room change they said it’s fully booked, which was a lie. Location is noisy and if want a quiet vacation, this is not the place. The pool area is the main 5 star part of this hotel as it’s adjoining the sea.
