Thanks to a very convenient location in the South of Chaweng beach, the hotel is suitable for leisure travelers of all ages. Popular among Russian tourists. Quiet Bay location within walking distance of a variety of entertainment make the stay at the hotel easy and effortless.

Location: 7 km from airport, in the southern part of Chaweng beach, on the beach.
Consists of three multi-storey buildings (from 2 to 4 floors) and bungalows located around the pool or along the beach.
The hotel has 174 rooms.
Beach: private sandy beach on-site public beach in 20 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – free of charge.

We had planned to stay here for three nights, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but we ended up checking out after just one night. The room we booked online was not what we received.
We requested to be moved to another room, which they accommodated, but unfortunately, it was also unsatisfactory.
The room was very dark, and everything had a musty, old furniture smell. We couldn’t sleep at all. The next day, we decided to find another hotel. Although we lost money for two nights due to the non-refundable policy, we couldn’t compromise on comfort, especially during Christmas.
I can’t recommend this place. I’m sure there are more affordable hotels that are cleaner and more comfortable.

The standard room is suitable for the price offered, but it is located outside the main hotel area (possibly shared services with other operators, in my opinion). Access to the beach is quite far as you need to use the designated path provided by the hotel. Pool access hours are limited, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Thai time), which could be extended for greater convenience.
The receptionist provides excellent service, offering water to guests and assisting with any needs. The cleaning service is also commendable—efficient and helpful.
For dining, there are several halal restaurants nearby, such as Faria and Aisah, about a 13–15-minute walk or a 3–4-minute ride by motorbike, with reasonable prices. The area also features a 7-Eleven, a mini-mart, a massage center, and other shops. Additionally, Chaweng Night Market is just a 7-minute motorbike ride away.
Overall, I highly recommend this place(based on the room we rented) for singles or couples (still lots of choices to be made).

This place is not what is advertised on any booking platform. What you see there are glorious pictures of something which does not exist in the reality. Booked a Deluxe room nearly 2 months prior to my arrival.
The name Deluxe is a rulette. It can be nice pool view or literally an old fungal-smelling hostel room. Changed the room and it was a significant downgrade instead of upgrade.
I left just after one night. Do not be bamboozeled by the fancy pictures and sweet prices. This hotel needs some serious renovation.

Was physically threatened by the man tidying the beach in the morning as I was going for an early morning jog. He didn’t want me jogging past his hotel, which I calmly told him he didn’t have the right to do. At which point he then tried to hit me with the rake he was using. I went straight to the manager at the front desk who came and spoke with him but it was actually me they told to “calm down” and they both tried to gas light me into believing nothing was wrong. I wouldn’t go near them or the hotel ever again.

Just the perfect family spot!!❤️💯 Nice small houses with enough space inside, good cleaning service and very lovely staff. The beach and sea is perfect. Sea is clean and refreshing temperature, there is lovely playground on the beach and enough shadow. Two swings and slide are also beside the pool which was perfect for our little son.
We had breakfast which is also nice, mostly the same but 2 main dishes and dessert was changing every morning🙂 There are few great restaurants about 10min walk, the first two are Noi Restaurant and Thai Express Restaurant, both good in tastes portions and prices.☺️ You can drive to night market for 150-200Baht.
Yes, the beds are hard as mentioned in comments but we slept good🤷♀️ Have to say the pillows are very good☺️

Terrible rooms. Dated, dingy, badly maintained! One bar of soap, tatty towels, shower from a prison. Judge for yourself from my pics? And this room is double the price of the great hotels we’ve stayed in on this trip so far, (Bangkok, Udonthani, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Phuket). And you can hear anything going on with your neighbours too. Reminds me of the 300 Baht rooms you could get in the 80s!

Everytime I come here it feels like home. The staff is always friendly, the beach is beautiful, there are enough sunbeds and the personal will place a parasol for you. The shakes at the beachbar are delicious! Breakfast is good value.

There is a horrible receptionist woman.
At the next day in the morning when I checked out , she was not nice to me at all and she was too rude. She made my morning bitter. I don't like bad-tempered, disrespectful people , who talk badly to me and yell at me , that's why I complain by writing this negative review to this hotel , so I wish they can fire that rude and nasty bad lady. The only thing she wanted was just money from me , because obviously they have a laundry service, and the dirt on the sheets was minimal. I am a foreigner yes , but I am not stupid at all ,
and I will not allow anyone to take advantage of me again. The awful behavior that woman had towards me is absolutely unfair.
If someone treats me badly, I'm sorry, but I have my character too, and if she wants an extra 200Thb, I don't mind at all, but at least talk to me gently and kindly.
I hate people with evil like this cranky and desagreeable hotel desk clerk and such a mean woman.

A good price and performance fitting hotel. Just next to beach so can swim and have a very nice breakfast next to beach. People in restaurant are very friendly but reception usually a bit unhappy and hard to deal but trying. Rooms are clean but try to get room 1405 and thank me later.

Reasonable , mid budget hotel. Decent pool and beach, both kept spotless. Attentive and helpful staff, new towels and bed linen changed daily. Breakfast ok , cooked and fresh options available.
