It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel’s ambiance is vibrant and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We booked our stay at this hotel several months ago with high expectations, especially after months of waiting and a long journey to Koh Samui.
Upon our arrival, we were extremely disappointed with the size of the room.
Contrary to what was advertised at the time of booking, the room is clearly not the 25m² promised for a Deluxe Room, but rather around 14m².
For a rate of $200 per night, this is absolutely not up to the standards one would expect from a supposed four-star hotel. The accommodation level is closer to that of a 2 or 3-star hotel in Europe.
When we asked for an explanation at the reception, we were told that the 25m² included the bathroom, an information that lacks clarity since the bathroom dimensions are not specified.
This experience has been a great disappointment, and the response from the reception only worsened our dissatisfaction, as we were suggested to pay extra to get a better room.
We strongly advise against staying at this accommodation.

The best experience was the stuff who working serving breakfast and the pool stuff. They did the best job and looked after the guests and they were so nice,
The reception stuff wasn’t what we expected… They like didn’t care or not so nice specially one of them don’t know the name.
Lyn and JJ was the best, the favorite stuff was Lyn. She took care off everything and did the best for our experience 💖

Great hotel right on Chaweng beach and a nice swimming pool. Beautiful beach for swimming. Breakfast buffet was good though super busy especially after 9am. Rooms are small but clean and beds are comfortable. Perfect resort for families and kids. Some car parking available. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel in walking distance. Hotel restaurant food was also good. Friendly staff. No complaints about this resort only that it was super busy in high season. Enjoyed it.

Spent 7 nights here in July. Resort is in a great location and hotel is clean and the restaurants and bars are great. Happy hour with buy one get one free at 2-4 at the beach bar which was great. The rooms are quite small (we were a couple with 2 suitcases). Breakfast was good and the restaurant by the pool is good as well.
You can book taxis through reception as grab does not always work (mafia). We got a taxi to Coco Tams and it was 400 baht. Same with taxi to pier for Koh Toa (500 baht).
We hired a bike and they delivered it to the hotel and it has free parking.
Lots of resorts along chaweng beach and this is definitely one of the nicer ones so would recommend to others and it’s fairly priced for what you get.
The place could do with more lifts.

I usually don’t write reviews but we absolutely love it here. We’re currently staying at the Ozo Chaweng Samui with my whole family and everyone from young to old couldn’t be happier. The staff is a dream - so helpful and always friendly. They recommended us the elephant sanctuary tour and booked it for us and my niece is still in wow. We are actually thinking to extend our stay since this place is a definite winner. Nice rooms, everything is clean, nice beach, perfect pool- we’re loving it! Thank you 🤍

Layout of the hotel and the pool-area is really nice. Location is good for chaweng beach as it is on a quiet spot but you can be in the action within minutes.
Room is way too small to accomodate 2 adults and a kid with their luggage. In addition to that the a/c was really loud… summing up the accomodation in the room was really poor.

Paradise found... Great location right on the beach. This is a very chill hotel singles couples families... Not a raging hotel... But those are close... Which is a good thing peaceful.
Rooms are clean nice staff super friendly... Very good value hotel.

Great service with smiles!
Maybe bit tiny room , but view is really good , and bed is comfortable. We sleep well and no back hurts !
Food is nice and drink is good too !
Happy hours 2-4 pm , still worth stay without free drinks , we’ve enjoyed too !
The peanuts from hotel is really tasty!
Outside of hotel has a local massage place, price is good, service is good too . Find “ Jean “ lady, she seems has strong finger and tender the same time , highly recommend her!
Overall, we ll come back and stay here again !

Stayed with two children and wife. Great location and clean room. Breakfast was great as well. The swimming pool is nice for families. The hotel has it own beach. I highly recommend this hotel based on location, rooms and breakfast!!!
This hotel is at the quieter end of the main strip highly recommended if you want to quieter Hotel, however, you can walk into the hustle and bustle of the main strip whenever you want. It just takes 5 to 10 minutes .
The front office team were good, who answered all my queries and also gave us a late checkout. Would stay there again definitely !!
