Review: Synergy Samui

We had a wonderful stay at Synergy Samui and would love to share our experience. The absolute highlight was the breakfast and the incredibly friendly staff. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious scrambled eggs, and the table service was excellent. A big thank you to the team for serving us fresh coffee and cappuccino every day – you made our mornings perfect!

We enjoy playing cards, but unfortunately, the resort closed at 10 PM, so we didn't have a place to play in the evening. However, this is just a personal preference and didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The location of the resort is simply perfect. It's in a quieter area, but just a short walk away, you’ll find shops, bars, and markets. So, you can enjoy peace and quiet, yet still have everything you need nearby. The beach is lovely and easily accessible as well.

We booked the cheapest room, which was more than enough for us. It was well-furnished and provided everything we needed. The housekeeping team did a great job – thank you!

Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and with a smile. A special shout-out again to the breakfast team – you were truly amazing! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Overall, a very beautiful hotel with excellent service. We would gladly return!

If there was option we will give 10 stars, we took villa deluxe and villa pool view , the room was excellent ,the location was very nice and the beach was great, the service was the top level ,we cry when we left, the workers in the breakfast area thay were very hospitality and so kind, we will definitely come back 🙏

We had a wonderful time here. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was important for us to have a pool where we could swim in the morning and evening, and the pool by the bar had beautiful large trees, providing some shade over us at all times. The vegetation throughout the hotel is lush and well-maintained, which adds to the charm of the place. I have one observation: I am lactose and gluten intolerant, and the breakfast options were a bit limited in this regard. We rented a Jacuzzi villa, which was excellent, and our garden had a stunning frangipani tree.

Good food, good employee,good room and good views.
Breakfast line buffet is nothing much but very good quality. If you wanna use this hotel facilities but don't want to stay here you can also pay for them.
I just don't understand why many foreigners thinks that they can you pool or beach chairs for free. You didn't stay here...it's us who have right so...don't even blame the false to the hotel...every employee take care us very good. Thanks see you next times for sure.

Very nice service. We stayed in La
Vida same owner, but spent an afternoon here. Nicer beach but more people as its close to the public access (even during covid time).

Stayed there 2 years ago, for 2 weeks loved the place service was excellent breakfast awesome and the barman well...... he became my friend we still in contact

We didn't stay at the resort but we rented a beach bed and had lunch here. The service down at the beach was beyond great and the food was good. The massaman curry was especially good!
