Beautiful resort. Nice rooms. Situated on the banks of the Mekong river. Cafe de river coffee shop. Maybe a bit expensive, but really can't complain as the views and service are first class.

Comfortable lodgings right by the Mekong River located only about 2 KM from the centre of Chiang Khan, making it easy to cycle or drive between. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast set offered was of good variety.

Great resort to stay in Chiang Khan. Great place for Kids and families. Not far from city center and viewpoints. They have free bicycle to enjoy. lot of animals eg chickens, sheeps, rabbits, parrots, birds and beautiful ducks. Having own strawberry farm. Breakfast is awesome. Bathrooms needs a bit of maintenance.

Located by the river, connecting with the walking street, but slightly farther from the hype and peak area, hence it’s more quiet i feel. However, still, there are always ppl drinking and making noise out there, right in front of your room if you stay on the first floor like me. The room itself is soso, kinda torn down. So many bugs, be prepared. Breakfast sucks, very little choice and not tasty.

I love the atmosphere here. The hotel is located beside Khong river, another side of the river is Laos. The room is quite old, but the bed is so comfy. In the evening, you can stroll along the road behind the hotel to get a sunset moment❤️❤️ Moreover, there is a walking street at nighttime. There're lots of food, beverages and things to try. The weather is about 10-15 C* both in the morning and nighttime...

Nice and clean rooms. The hotel is along the river Mekhong. Service was good and friendly. Good price/quality ratio. I will certainly choose this hotel again when coming back to Chiang Khan.

Clean bed, WiFi, more privacy than a dorm, inexpensive (for the area), and it’s in a good location. ThT being said, the facility offers none of the amenities that a traditional hostel offers, such as a hangout area or an atmosphere that would encourage meeting your fellow travels. In a summary, a good clean bed, nothing more.

An inexpensive modest hotel a couple Kilometers from Walking Street. The price reflects the location but it is an east tuk tuk ride. The rooms were a bit musty smelling and there is only instant coffee in the morning. The matress was good as was the air conditioning. There is also a limited amount of covered parking. Staff is very informative and helpful. The place is well maintained and keep very clean. No kitchen here. But, staff will ask for your style and give you a suggestion and order it for you. All in all, I'm satisfied with my time here.

Guesthouse it’s a local environment. Right in front of walking street. Offer food to monk is just right in front. Staffs are friendly. What can be improved: the mattress is outdated and harden and sink in the middle. Would be good to have a comfy soft bed will help for a better sleep.

Quiet, not noisy Next to the Mekong River, there is a car park, walk to the room, close to good, the room is not big, the mattress, the pillows are okay, but the room doesn't keep much sound.

Stayed 3 nights here, really enjoyed Room no. 4. Comfortable, great lounge rest area, awesome coffee and delicious local breakfast included. House cats in backyard may meow loudly : )) Though the guesthouse have no Mekong river views, you don’t really miss it, just walk out or dine by a riverside restaurant to see the river.

Nice place to stay. Feel warm like you are home. The first floor is a coffee shop(good taste). It's clean and convenience to reach the walking street (front of guesthouse)and just across the street to see the Mae Khong river. There are 8 lovely cat!!❤️(this is sounds good for cat lovers). Nice and clean rooms, we had River view. The Thai Breakfast was delicious, the continental was just toast, jelly and so on. Staff was friendly and helpful but could not speak English. They provide free bisicles, I recommend to use them early morning or late evening and have a nice ride on the Mekong "Rivera".

Walking street (Cultural Road) was great to stroll up and down as was the boardwalk watching the sunset. Walking street does not come to life until 6pm... There is not a great deal of dining options here.

The owner and their daughter are awesome, location is quite remote which make the place really quiet, therefore it's better to have a car. The rooms are clean and beautiful, with air con and everything you need.

The hotel is sutiated close to the river, so you can enjoy the scenery in the evening. The room is quite clean and not too small. The water and ac worked very well. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Sleep in a box...a container. It was surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast was OK. New batteries in the remote and I could have watched TV. Not a great loss because all the channels are in Thai.
