I recently stayed with family for four days at Le Meridien in November, and we were thoroughly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. The rooms were incredibly spacious, with comfortable beds that provided a perfect night’s sleep, adding to the overall relaxation of our trip.

Breakfast each morning was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices, including an egg station and a dim sum corner, catering to diverse tastes.

However, the highlight of our stay was truly the outstanding service. The front office staff, particularly Kieow, was immensely helpful, assisting us with arranging transportation and other needs with genuine enthusiasm. Additionally, we were deeply grateful for Sasina from the Guest Service Centre, who promptly coordinated the delivery of a wallet we had accidentally left in the safe to our next hotel in Chiang Mai.

Le Meridien Chiang Rai has set a high standard for hospitality, making our stay unforgettable.

Top notch service! The staff truly cares about you! I lost my ring and got the whole staff team searching every inch of the room… only to find out that the ring was in my travel luggage; the staff were very nice about it too, and said that they could understand my panic and were ecstatic that I found my ring. Honestly 100/10 would recommend this hotel!

We checked into a very grand suite. Beautiful room. Huge. Appointed beautifully with all the amenities you need and possibly want. Our room had a smell of cigarettes, Top, our attendant, noticed as well. They promised to come and do a "deep clean" to remove any smells. We left the room for a few hours and came back to a perfectly clean room. They removed the curtains and cleaned all absorbable surfaced items. They also ran an ozone machine to finalize the process. I felt bad that they had to do such extra work, but no way to stay in the cigarette smell without suffering health issues for both my husband and me. So, top marks for the extra effort to make us comfortable. The hotel is lovely. It's quiet, peaceful and surprisingly low on bugs. Being so close to the river and a huge swimming pool, I thought mosquitoes would be an issue. Not at all. The staff is so amazing, I felt like I knew them for years and they just make you feel so special. Whatever impression we may have had at the start was replaced with warm fuzzy feelings of joy. We will be returning. I highly recommend it if you are looking for serenity and fine service. Thank you Top, Cha, and the rest of the wonderful staff at this hotel. You secured this as a most memorable stay for us.

It's an old resort hotel but very well maintained. All functions and facilities working well. The staff are surprisingly all helpful and friendly, smiles on the face all the time.
(Most important thing for a five star hotel)

The breakfast is upon my expectations. Not so much dishes but most are fresh and delicious, though it's low season

This hotel was very well maintained, the staff was welcoming, the room was very large and the bed was comfortable. I didn't spend too much time at the hotel due to my busy adventurous excursion schedule as a solo traveler. I had a balcony with a very nice view. They provide breakfast buffet style with lots of choices and fresh juices. Only stayed two nights before moving on to Chiang Mia.

Such a stunning hotel, we stayed as a family of 8 and we were so amazed by the place. The staff were so helpful and the whole stay was such a pleasure. 2 months later and we are still talking about it. Hoping to return on the near future!

Super joyful and relaxing hotel❗️Nice environment with a river side view. Hotel with very nice garden and swimming. Space is really good enough since this hotel is really big. Always like to stay at Marriott group, they got very conformable bed and room size. Also the service was in high standard. Breakfast was great with many choice and nice cup of coffee. You must try their Italian restaurant and room service!

Gorgeous property, beautiful rain trees and Very well maintained. The services are excellent, everyone is very very nice and so their job very well. The guy who drain the water while it was raining and still gave us his time to say hi and smile, thank you every especially Khun Thor for being generous (we stay one night but we make sure we’ll come back) also food at Italian restaurants and staff really too. we had such a good time here THANK YOU
