Its basic, BUT. It's clean, good showers. TV is local only, and no food. Pool small, but clean and very 'refreshing' we shall say. Location good for daily food market and the night market, but a good 10 mins walk to the beach and nightlife. (I could have done without the walk back at the of the night). For the price I got I mustn't grumble.

We were very happy staying here. The room was super clean, the beds were very comfortable and the location is excellent! Fresh water everyday and fresh towels. Large balcony and the pool was super clean - it’s a bit small, but it was never over crowded. There’s also a gym above the pool where the toilets are located.
I’d like to say a huge thank you to the room service lady because the lift was broken for one day and she still managed to get up and down all those stairs and sort the rooms- you are amazing! We were on the 7th floor 🥵 but we saw it as a good leg workout 😂 as they say in Thailand - mai pen rai!

Very good and spacious family room with comfy beds and refrigerator to store cold drinks and snacks. Pool mostly in the shadow so the water cool but nice in the Thai climate. A waterslide for the kids but my teenagers were not impressed.
The location is amazing close to the Hua Hin night market. We also enjoyed dinners at the market square just behind the hotel.
The cleaning was not up the standard of the rest of the hotel. The shower outlet was full of hair from when we arrived until we left after a full week’s stay. But apart from that I would recommend a few nights at this hotel if visiting the Hua Hin night market and the bars and restaurants in old Hua Hin. The wifi was very good and more important when traveling with teenagers.

Hua hin beach is 700 meters away.
Hua hin iconic railway station is 500 meters away. I visited this multiple times after my dinner.
There are 2 indian restaurants nearby within 100 meters distance.

Staff pretty unfriendly and unhelpful generally - couldn’t help with any info on when buses go as an example which feels pretty basic and wouldn’t call for me.
Room is good bed comfy bathroom bizarrely no effort has been made to make the shower actually work to go on you vs all over the bathroom - an easy fix.
Not a disaster but I’d stay elsewhere next time.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For a budget price, we had access to a swimming pool and the staff were friendly and accommodating. There were a number of food options, a 7-11 across the road and only a few minutes' walk to the night market.
It was a bit far from the main bars and the beach but no big deal.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Room was a good size and very clean. Reception and staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything is great and at a reasonable price The rooms are nice with a spacious balcony. The rooms are low down just over 2 or 3 floors too which is ideal for those like me who don’t like heights when on a balcony. The location is ideal with the night market on the next street and main bus stop minutes away. The staff are friendly and efficient. My favourite hotel in Hua Hin.
