Maven Stylish Hotel

I would love to give this resort 5-stars straight, but unfortunately my room had a very strong smell, coming from the AC. I’ve stayed in room 616. Everything was damp (pillows, blanket etc). Luckily there was a nice breeze at night, so I could sleep with the AC off and the balcony door completely open. Also the dampness disappeared.
That was really the only downside.
The resort itself is what I would call „cozy“. It the design with all the yellow elements is really nicely done and everyone is taking good maintenance.
The staff is amazing, everywhere, from reception, to the pool bar, to the breakfast.
I would definitely come back (maybe pay the upgrade to a villa, as they are much closer to the pool, beach and restaurants).
Oh … and it’s pet friendly too!

good location, good value for a long stay. The staff is nice and speaking good English, they are really helpful from the cleaners to the receptionists. The restaurant serves really good Italian food and the pool is well maintained. It has an open walkpath to the beach and we really liked it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Standard Hua Hin, and I can't recommend it enough! One of the standout features of my stay was the incredible breakfast options. I recently stayed at The Standard Hotel in Hua Hin with my husband and daughter, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, which creates a refreshing atmosphere perfect for a relaxing holiday. The abundant trees provide numerous beautiful photography spots, and the magnificent tree at the center of the hotel serves as a lovely symbol of the place.

The swimming pool, while medium-sized, is just right for spending quality time with family.

One of the standout features was the impressive breakfast. The staff exhibited excellent service, and I appreciated the option to order eggs; they served them fresh at our table.

However, I would suggest that the front desk communicate better with housekeeping. We were provided with only two towels for our stay, which was a bit inconvenient for three people. Also, note that breakfast for children is priced at 400 baht, which you can pay at check-out.

On a positive note, there is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is both kid-friendly and pet-friendly.

Overall, I highly recommend The Standard Hotel for a great family getaway!

my vacation is better when i get to stay here. The room is really nice and cozy with big bathroom. Atmosphere is the best, shady and pleasant. I love walking on the beach after breakfast then come back and enjoy the pool.

Most staffs are male even in the female bathroom but they're all super respectful. They'll leave if we're going inside.

Also getting to diy your noodles is really cool!

I went there with my sister. It was very nice to stay. They have a yoga class in the morning and nice pool. Also the beach is right next to it. Room was so clean and they have a dehumidifier. It helped a lot.

‘Wes Anderson + IKEA design a Travelodge for instahoes’ was my initial impression but the generous beautifully landscaped green spaces and the clean design lift this resort to another level. The standard rooms are in my opinion too sparsely furnished (no desk no bath no closed wardrobe) to be really comfortable but the ambience of the resort is sublime. The Villas seem to be much better value and sponsored by the under specified standard rooms - you would pay 2 -3 times the price for a villa for a 10x in value and space. Good pet policy, perfect location on the beach and in town.

What a nice and fresh design allover this resort. Clean and well maintained with lots of green space as well. And it's coming with two great restaurants, an Italian and a Thai restaurant with spot on delicious dishes. And not to mention the stunning beach front location. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The Standard exceeded all our expectations! Design was very well thought out for the whole hotel. Our Standard Suite was very comfortable for a family of 3. Beach was very clean and peaceful - possibly the best part in this area. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were delicious (good kid’s menu). Feel-good attitude from the staff. We would definitely be back for a longer stay next time ❤️ Only a few things to comment, our car would be happier with indoor parking or under some shade. The Dyson hair dryer would be perfect for the hotel :)
