This hotel is really worth a visit. The love for details and passion for customer-centric service is very visible. The staff was super friendly and made all our wishes possible (special thanks to Apple) and made our honeymoon a real dream. There is nothing negative to say, the location, the room, the service, the restaurant and especially the staff was on point and really great. We recommend this hotel to all our friends and will definitely come back! Thank you all team for everything :)

Love the service and hospitality from welcome staff to buggy drivers. The breakfast is also above average! The hotel itself is a bit overrated. Rooms are nice, but no wow factor.

This hotel has been great. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assign someone to your room to handle all your needs, and March was assigned to us. He had a great personality, was so polite, and we really enjoyed working with him. Daniel was the yoga instructor, and we really enjoyed his classes. We also did a cocktail class, which was fun and gave us the opportunity to meet some of the other people staying in the hotel. They always kept our room clean, and our room had everything we needed. The whole hotel is such a nice little spot that makes you feel completely away from the city, despite being so close. Highly recommend

Nicest staff of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Set into the hillside jungle, the setting is absolutely beautiful. The food was fantastic, everything so fresh. Definitely do the private culinary experience. Massages at the spa were top class. Whole stay was extremely relaxing. Cayla took care of all our requests. I think it's worth pointing out again just how good the staff here were. So friendly.

Unforgettable stay! From the warm greeting and welcoming desserts to the thrilling buggy rides that feel like a roller coaster, every moment was delightful. The dining room is exceptional, as are the breakfast buffet options, delicious alcoholic beverages, and diverse restaurant menu. The tea experience, catered directly to our room, and the personalized service exceeded all expectations.

Absolutely incredible. The service - 5 Star. The food - 5 Star. The entire hotel team, as incredibly well trained. No matter what you would like to have or would to do, the team will instantaneously work together to make anything happen, with proactive suggestions. We didn’t have to lift a finger, without offering of help, a buggy, water, towels… you name it.
At the on site restaurant “Mala” the service is absolutely phenomenal. They treat you like royalty.

**Review for Keemala Hotel:**
My recent stay at Keemala Hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The villa we stayed in was perfect—beautifully designed and very comfortable. The check-in process was super fabulous, and the staff at the reception were extremely helpful and welcoming.
However, my experience wasn't flawless. The night shift service was disappointing; the buggy service was consistently late, which was frustrating. Breakfast also fell short of expectations, lacking the quality and variety one would expect from a luxury hotel.
Additionally, there were issues with the check-out process. We had arranged for a late check-out at 12:30 PM, which was approved. Despite this, we received repeated calls from the front desk at noon, reminding us to check out, which was quite bothersome.
To make matters worse, while transporting our luggage, the staff accidentally dropped our bags in the parking area during a downpour. Considering each bag costs almost 5,000 USD, this was unacceptable.
Overall, while Keemala has some wonderful aspects, the service inconsistencies and mishaps make it hard to justify a five-star rating. I would say it deserves a solid four stars.

This a hotel to be in, a true resort with all its facilities. I stayed in the villa with private pool and had three amazing days. The room is equipped with a full set of coffee tools so for coffee lovers just bring your beans and you can grind it with a manual coffee grinder. The pool has fair privacy and is amazingly clean. Beware of mosquitoes when going out they do give you natural spray to protect you so make sure you use it. The breakfast doesn't rise to the resort and expectations and I wouldn't really recommend it. I also tried the room service for dinner and i would give the taste a 6.5/10

From the time we enter the reception the received us with flowers necklace and welcoming drink and cold refreshing towel. We asked for more privacy room and they did their best.
We stayed in bird nest, they paid attention to every single detail. the mini bar was almost free (they labeled the piece that are not free)
There are welcoming fruits. A lot of towels and drinking water (you can ask for free refill).
Everything was spectacular, the room, the bathroom (will takes you to different world), the pool and the view
The restaurant was delicious, when we tried the breakfast, we regret that we ate our dinner outside the hotel.
