I came to know about the resort through social media. Upon arrival, the resort was amazing with its surroundings and mainly it's located with a beach regardless the distance from the airport and the main land. Really nice hotel, great service from absolutely all of the staff (including Asia at the reception desk). We dined at the Crocodile bar a lot and we were always greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. We loved the food there too - every meal we ate over our 10 days was amazing. This hotel is absolutely stunning, the photos wouldn’t do it justice! The garden grounds are beautifully kept, there is a private beach and great pool. The staff are very friendly. The hotel is build on a hill, so they provide a buggy to bring luggages and guests to their block. It’s more of a service apartment. The location is slightly remote from Kamala Beach. The lobby is great with swimming pools beside. Was welcomed with welcome drinks and chilled towels. The view of Kamala Beach from the room is stunning. Just that the lighting is dimmed when walking back to the room. And there's no elevator, not convenient for old folks. Breakfast lacks local/Thai style food.

Wow this is such an amazing hotel. The  Deputy head Chot was so helpful and made our trip extra special. We arrived late in the evening, as soon as we got there Chot was there to greet us with a smile and a nice cut of coconut water. It was our honeymoon and I had booked the wrong room. Nice to stay. Recommend the stay with Novotel Kamala beach hotel. The location is great the hotel is located near beach you can enjoy the beach all the time.

We booked sea view room but were given supreme room type instead. The upgrade was nice, but the door had issues, the door could not open, and we got locked out so many times! Not to mention, we couldn’t check in until 2 hours later of check-in time.

I was here on honeymoon with my wife. I have nothing to complain about the hotel and its staff. they try very hard. we spent 16 wonderful days and nights here. Good location on the beach, a fairly busy town with loads of restaurants, bars and things to do. Hotel was overpriced and 3 star really, not 4. Rooms were fine, service non-existent, really. Restaurant over priced. Breakfast was very busy, noisy but a good selection. Pools were good. Not bad, but not great. We had a few issues with the room which they resolved very quickly.

Very friendly staff 24 hour check in desk lots of activities to do great pools. Had a small issue with my air on and they suggested a room change which happened straight away. Mini mart On site isn’t overly expensive if you need something. ATM on site. Staff are beautiful souls and simply helpful.

I'm giving 5 stars to a good family resort. We spent 10 days , it was great to be here . Rooms were clean daily, with all the utensils we need . Service was great friendly, on time, clean, and good English. Location easy to travel anywhere . I highly recommend to anyone who wants a good holidays to stay with kids . Simply amazing. There are no better words to describe it. Big rooms, nice service, multiple pools and various sports activities. Located directly at the beach. Definitely worth visiting. Wonderful new property, very nicely designed, and the units are massive almost apartment sized with all necessary amenities. The beach side location in a less crowded beach like Kamala, and to be situated between the Intercontinental and Novotel is great!
