Best Hotels in Kamala

We are stayed with the hotel for a short period of time. but I recommend, I have the program Romantic dinner held in front of the beach near the beach. This program must be booked in advance, it is very nice

Incredible experience at Thavorn. We stayed here for 5 nights during our honeymoon vacation and could not get enough. The resort is breathtaking, with incredible views of the Sea and natural surroundings

They are clearly very well treated and the staff overlooking them is very good at making everyone feel included. The rooms were incredible, with an amazing view. It was complete comfort and we could not be happier

There is an orchid garden which is incredibly relaxing and makes for a beautiful view whenever walking to another part of the resort. The staff are continuously working on the property and it is in pristine condition

We spent every morning we could stopping by the petting zoo, which is such a fun experience getting to see these lovely animals and interact with them in such a beautiful setting

But it's not a big problem for me. most of the staff are very friendly. Especially Bella front desk receptionist Thank you so much for always providing information with a smile

We had a great stay at Mida, the location of the hotel is very good, you have great access to most of the beaches. Best option to move around is a scooter or a motorbike, since beaches are kinda close

Honestly, just a lot to complain about. The overall experience was actually quite okay, but this was no five star experience for sure. The view from the pool on the top floor is quite excellent

The cafes, laundromats, massage parlours, and convenience stores nearby are all good

The scenery here is amazing, and the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other essentials, making it very convenient for a longer stay

The rooms are nice, you have enough space to store things around. Beds are great, and the cleaning staff changed our bed sheets and our towels daily. I strongly recommend the hotel

The only downside is that you have to walk uphill to get to the resort, but this also means the location is very peaceful and secluded. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind!

If you’re looking for a good hotel near the beach in the Kamala area, then this will most likely be your best bet. The staff here is super friendly and attentive

I didn’t expect too much but the hotel exceeded my expectations! Yes it’s not new and fancy, but it’s has a great location on the beach and all the staff are friendly and nice! Don’t mention it’s super clean! We had a nice room overlooking the main pool

The hotel has 4 swimming pools so it’s never crowded. If fact, it was mostly empty at the pool when we were there. Some people complained about their pool towel card policy but I think it’s very organized and efficient

He’s trying to do his job and not just him, everyone is doing their job nicely at the hotel. Applause to that! There are many restaurants near the hotel. We even ordered Grab delivery

The gym is a large space with floor to ceiling windows. They have an air conditioner solution which is good (could be a little colder please) but they do have lots of fans which is very useful in a gym

Decent stay, away from the crowds, pretty close to the beach, apartment is pretty good too, had a sofa and a balcony. Enough sun loungers and pools

Overall a good choice if you don’t need 5* service and look for a calmer location. Restaurant food was ok, but I don’t recommend sushi

This is a great hotel and area to stop it's a quiet family area. The hotel has comfy beds and the rooms are clean and have facilities to make drinks. The hotel has 3 pools with 2 rooftop ones, the main pool has a bar

There is also a spa and gym on site along with a medical centre. The staff were so lovely and accommodating and really made the holiday. If we are ever in this area again I wouldn't hesitate to stay again

This development is still in progress but many portions of the buildings are now active. Firstly note there is a gym on the 3rd floor of the main building. This can be accessed by stairs or elevator

Check in was easy and the resort was clean and the staff was nice! The food for breakfast and lunch was good! I liked the location on the beach because it was near a lot of things we had planned on the trip! I think the spa rooms could have been nicer though and the gym was so hot one day it felt like a sauna!

My husband had asked for our order, the staff said that there were many orders at that time. That is implied that your resturant is lack of good management

We spent four wonderful nights as a couple in December at this amazing hotel. The service was top-notch, and they were super accommodating when we asked to check in early and late

We had the beach access pool villa, which was a great choice; more privacy and direct access to the beach. The main restaurant and pool were right next door, so it was a plus. The breakfast was pretty good

Checkin at arrival took 20mins then we had to wait another 20mins for a car to the villa (which turned out to be a three minute walk away) Room service food was cold and not good

We loved our stay here! The views are incredible! You don’t want to leave the resort! Yes its maybe more steps then usual hotels but it is worth it because you can’t get a view like this over the sea if the hotel is not situated on a hill! The rooms were also really comfortable and clean! It’s good that the AC doesn’t directly point to the bed! It is located in a calmer area which we loved!

I thought this was a 5 star hotel/resort but felt it was more a 4 star. The cleaning was not the best and we found several insects in our room

My husband and daughters ages 16 & 14 stayed mid April for four nights. Exceptional communication prior to arrival, retrieval of necessary paperwork super easy and overall service by staff was excellent

Breakfast offering was very good and if you're after a quiet place for a drink, the hotel bar is a good spot. But if you want to go somewhere, it is not a problem to rent a car on Orange car phuket

Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and they even have a fresh juice station where you could select the fruits and the staff would juice it in front of you! Rooms were clean and situated on a hilly area where you had good views of the ocean

Great place for couples to stay a few nights, if only for the most amazing food. We stayed at three other 5 star resorts and the Hyatt’s breakfast was by far the best by a long long way

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. On my first day I asked for decaf coffee and they did not have it. However, the waiter found some and brought me a freshly brewed cup. So grateful! Sadly they ran out after this

Pool was large about 50m which you can comfortably swim laps. They had snorkelling and trekking activities depending on the season. We stayed as a family with older parents and everyone enjoyed it!

For us, this disadvantage outweighs all the good. Also the disadvantages include the fact that next no store 7 /11. To the nearest 30 minutes walk. Only fresh juices in the cafe for 120 baht

Wife and I stayed there just for one night. I can't forget how peaceful it was and I paid reasonable price. And this is good for families. big rooms and good swimming pool!

The hotel stay is very good and staffs are very very responsive to customers,,, the only thing I have rated it four, it is far from market, it can keep shuttle service for that, which would surely increase the footfall,,,,as the location is peaceful, nearby beach is good and the food restaurant in the Kamala is awesome :)

Great Service, Great pool, Great location but the downside is they dont have elevators maybe cos its a resort, but found it hard to climb 2 levels, they have a nice pool facing balcony for all the rooms.

Nice clean rooms and kids love the pool and waterslide. Resort prices for meals and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great exersize getting back up to the room 4 flights of stairs.

We would definitely highly recommend this hotel because it is absolutely outstanding and the location is so peaceful and is absolutely perfect for the beach, restaurants and entertainment

Resort facilities: The resort is a gold mine for kids and relaxation heaven for adults. For kids they have well stocked play room, separate baby pool, movie room - where recent titles are played every night

And the bar is awesome with well stocked brands. Almost every evening there is some activities like cooking class, kids activities or musical nights. Overall ratings: 5 stars for hospitality and resort facilities

We were upgraded free to suite room (which is a kind gesture by resort staff). The room has separate kids bed. Bathroom: Bathroom was adequate in space. Free toiletries were supplied

For adults there are pools, for parents with kids to have fun they have water slides, movie nights for adults, too at bar counter where one can enjoy a recent cinema on some drinks

Surin beach is relatively less crowded but there are some restaurants nearby and convenience stores too along with money exchange facilities and ATM, also

Staff: Staffs are the strongest part of this resort. They are always smiling, always greeting and go extra lengths for any need of the traveler

Kamala beach is so beautiful & peaceful. So far it's the best beach in Phuket in my opinion - and that is one of the reasons we chose InterContinental. We loved the Pine Beach Bar and the pool there as well

The breakfast, the afternoon tea as well the drinks in the evening at the club lounge were absolutely delicious. The gym offers good equipments. One of the highlights is the sunset at the hotel beach

I got warming welcome from staffs here. This hotel is one of the best I’d been. Food, Elegant view both sea view and mountain view and friendly staffs are the best for here.

Lovely atmosphere, surrounded by pine trees, and a few steps to the sea! Guestroom was located on the other side of the street but this hotel has a private tunnel and a buggy service to take you anywhere

I recommend the rooms facing Kamala beach. The deluxe sea view rooms don’t have a bathtub though, as advertised on Agoda. The fitness center and pool are both great

No buffet during this time but the service during breakfast was quite good. They have a little cafe across the road (Sienna Rocks) which has access to another infinity pool

I recommend banburi restaurant just nextdoor The staff were so kind and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and only 150 baht for a large portion. You can choose English breakfast, Thai breakfast, or banana pancakes

The manager is obviously doing a lot of things right…other five star luxury hotels in Phuket, and around the world, could learn a great deal from the Surin-special mention must go to Bat and Chris, but to be honest all the staff deserve a special mention!

It was definitely a hike to go from our cottage to the lobby/breakfast area, and the breakfast choices could feel repetitive after a couple of days, but my quads thanked me and I got to eat delicious chicken pad kra pow every morning

Not only did they have my phone repaired within 24 hours but they upgraded our room for free to include a Jacuzzi!!! Best place ever

Beachfront but with lots of rocks, difficult to swim but you can use the large swimming pools instead. Many "photogenic" spots, good for those who like taking photos. Old hotel but great maintenance. Food is standard.

This is a very romantic, atmospheric hotel, with magically beautiful grounds. Another huge plus of this hotel is its private beach. We lived in a room on the 4th floor. We really liked the bath on the balcony

One word: Exceptional! Very relaxing place! Seeing the sea and hearing the waves are the pinnacle of having an exquisite vacation. A short walk away is a relatively quiet beach. Highly recommended!

No restaurant in the resort for lunch or dinner, and an average breakfast was served. But there's a couple of good restaurants just round the corner, on the beach itself

I had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. I accidentally left my portable charger, and they kept it for me and returned it to me. The room is cleaned every day, and the view is magnificent

Incredible views of surin beach, basic rooms, and a decent breakfast. You should rent a motorbike because walking into town is a bit unrealistic. No lunch or dinner on premises

The rooms are comfy, the bathroom is weirdly small but the view and access to the ocean makes up for it. Its on a quieter beach, no crazy crowds and fairly clean
