We had a beach side bungalow and I’ll go back just for the shower it was so good

The ‘Crocodile Bar’ was a great place to relax with a cocktail and a meal while watching the sunset, or the fare at the restaurant was top notch as well. Either way, you can’t lose, just go there hungry 😉

The coral on the beach is all top notch. Ebb tides against the background of all this you do not notice. Nearby, there are cafes, stalls, everything you need you can buy, you can go without things at all

So relaxing and away from it all, while still close to town for a day or night out. You really relax here as there is no option but too

They have petting animals activity at the hotel and you can feed them as well. The lady who make up our room, i forgot to remember her name, she does a very good job. We are coming back to this hotel for sure

I can’t say enough about the beauty of the outdoor landscaping. Rooms were big and balcony rooms were private. Breakfast buffet was excellent, but the room service meals could be better. The spa was fantastic as well

The location near Surin is by far the best decision we made and not forgetting the impressive rooms with 50 inch Samsung tv for home entertainment is just an icing on the cake!

A brand new hotel / resort with lots of services and amenities. View from the apartment was amazing. The two bedroom apartment was not big but big enough for the 3 of us and nicely done up

Very big resort, not easy to reach the hotel. Maybe cause of they are still under the construction. But very beautiful and staff so friendly.

One of the best hotels i stay at Phuket. I have my own villa, it’s clean and beautiful. Also the breakfast is delicious. You have a clean private beach. Plus they have free activity you can enjoy with😍

My only complaint of my stay is towards the owner or property manager: the hotel was really great potential, some areas of the hotel are lacking maintenance like painting on the walls, poor work on landscaping

I feel that such a beautiful property deserves better and constant maintenance. Still deserves a 5 star rating because I honestly had no complaints during my stay and I would definately come back again!

a few downsides are - buggy might be slow, waited 20 minutes before pickup - breakfast with wide selections, but taste might be subpar - no universal power ports, and no adapters to borrow

Overall a great hotel with superb view. As advertised, tranquility is what you get here. Although the villa may be dated, but is still considered well maintained

This was quite disappointing as other hotels I stayed before here provides either one. - internet speed is considered slow, sometimes the tv unwatchable

The gym is a large space with floor to ceiling windows. They have an air conditioner solution which is good (could be a little colder please) but they do have lots of fans which is very useful in a gym

Beautiful Spacious rooms with fantastic swimming pool. Excellent selection of breakfast.

This development is still in progress but many portions of the buildings are now active. Firstly note there is a gym on the 3rd floor of the main building. This can be accessed by stairs or elevator

Please find some photos and videos attached this review. Secondly they also have a medical clinic on the ground floor which is well run and very useful

Nice pool and great food.

I kept my fingers crossed that the resort was still as good as the previous 5 stars it had earned from previous holiday makers. We stayed for 11 nights in a four bedroom apartment right next to the pool

From adding extra mosquito plugs and fixing an issue we had with the shower straight away to arranging the best table to watch the sunset at a restaurant on our last night, nothing was too much trouble

Chava is the best. Great location just across the road from Surin Beach. The staff are the stand out! Highly recommend.

I was going to go back and stay there but now while this manager is there as he has spoilt the whole vibe of the place which used to be good

Everyone was welcoming and friendly, the lovely security man, front desk team, restaurant, groundsmen and housekeepers. They have a fantastic team which really adds to the experience

I booked The Chava after it had just opened up after Covid and became very hesitant about my decision due to there being no reviews coming through

The facilities are good, the location is in the end of Kamala beach. You can walk along the beach in the morning it’s private. The swimming pool is fairly small but it’s not crowded

Check in was easy and the resort was clean and the staff was nice! The food for breakfast and lunch was good! I liked the location on the beach because it was near a lot of things we had planned on the trip! I think the spa rooms could have been nicer though and the gym was so hot one day it felt like a sauna!

Lovely hotel next to the beach. Unfortunately, we were on our honeymoon, and our room had no view and was single beds. However, staff were quick to fix up the beds into one, although a bit uncomfortable

I booked 3 rooms with them from 07-12 Aug and celebrated my daughter’s first birthday here. Their hospitality is outstanding

We had few hicccups with our room but she tried her best to fix it. Even the other hospitality staff helped to fix minor setbacks that you can have when you stay in a tropical country of course

Breakfast had a good variety and it changed daily :) roof pool had great views and we watched fireworks from the balcony, a truly great expirience

One word: Exceptional! Very relaxing place! Seeing the sea and hearing the waves are the pinnacle of having an exquisite vacation. A short walk away is a relatively quiet beach. Highly recommended!

No restaurant in the resort for lunch or dinner, and an average breakfast was served. But there's a couple of good restaurants just round the corner, on the beach itself

Pool gym is very small and equipment is very old. The receptionist Benz was very friendly and helpful with tours. With a few renovation and better management this can be one of the best hotels

Views from the hotel are probably the best part of the hotel. The location is on the beach but have to go down the stairs which is very dark at night. Some lights would make a big difference

I had a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. I accidentally left my portable charger, and they kept it for me and returned it to me. The room is cleaned every day, and the view is magnificent

Beach towels give a big, good, replacement for free every day. Daily in the room bring 2 bottles of drinking water. The room has a kettle, tea, coffee. Breakfast is decent, but designed more for the Chinese

No cheese, yogurt, fresh pastries. But there is soup and noodles, fruit. Make delicious omelets with ham and mozzarella (you need to ask the cook to cook)

The office staff, a misunderstanding, actually put the mix by an Agodgo email it took me about 24hrs to chill out. The moment is past its meaning, forget it move on

I stayed here one night and found it good value, although it is a bit noisy at night from the nearby bars. Location: about 5 min walk to the beach with bars and restaurants right outside the hotel

There's a great local restaurant called Look Nam just down the main road as well. Rooms: simple but spacious rooms, okay bed, shower is not the best but acceptable. Good enough for an overnight stay

Great hotell for a couple of nights living in Kamala. Good breakfirst, and a shuttle taxi included in the living to trips in Kamala area. Recommended!!

Nice little hotel with big rooms, clean pool and family friendly.

Received mobile phone with local sim card from reception, so easy to contact when needed. Cute turtles in there own small pool. 10-15 mins by walk or 3-5 mins free shuttle from hotel will bring you to Kamala beach

Amazing stay at this clean, beautiful and comfortable hotel! We stayed at a room near the pool and it was wonderful to swim in the salted water pool every morning! The room was so spacious and was cleaned every day for us! Thank you! The staff were friendly and very helpful

Our room was clean, comfortable, and really nice! It opened onto a great pool which was perfect for swimming in the morning. It's also very close to the beach, maybe 5 minutes walk, as well as great restaurants

Had an amazing night stay here. Room was huge, clean and had direct access to pool outside. Comfy bed and peaceful location, not too far to walk to the beach and local shops

I only stayed here one night as a stopover in between travels and it was a lovely peaceful haven, which after being in Bangkok and Patong was very welcomed

Resort facilities: The resort is a gold mine for kids and relaxation heaven for adults. For kids they have well stocked play room, separate baby pool, movie room - where recent titles are played every night

And the bar is awesome with well stocked brands. Almost every evening there is some activities like cooking class, kids activities or musical nights. Overall ratings: 5 stars for hospitality and resort facilities

We were upgraded free to suite room (which is a kind gesture by resort staff). The room has separate kids bed. Bathroom: Bathroom was adequate in space. Free toiletries were supplied

For adults there are pools, for parents with kids to have fun they have water slides, movie nights for adults, too at bar counter where one can enjoy a recent cinema on some drinks

Surin beach is relatively less crowded but there are some restaurants nearby and convenience stores too along with money exchange facilities and ATM, also

Staff: Staffs are the strongest part of this resort. They are always smiling, always greeting and go extra lengths for any need of the traveler

The breakfasts were excellent and were served for a long period of the morning which was also great

The hotel opens directly onto the beach at the back from where you can easily get to the "town" if you go left or to a small strip of restaurants/ bars on foot

Rooms were large nicely decorated and the beds comfortable with decent AC. The hotel facilities were well maintained despite the low guest numbers

We loved our stay here! The views are incredible! You don’t want to leave the resort! Yes its maybe more steps then usual hotels but it is worth it because you can’t get a view like this over the sea if the hotel is not situated on a hill! The rooms were also really comfortable and clean! It’s good that the AC doesn’t directly point to the bed! It is located in a calmer area which we loved!

one of the best hotels i‘ve been to stay in, God knows how much I love to travel and I only take 5 stars to be sure to be safe and comfortable, I will never forget the kindness of the staff, whether they are at the reception, the restaurant or even the valet parking

I thought this was a 5 star hotel/resort but felt it was more a 4 star. The cleaning was not the best and we found several insects in our room

Kamala beach is so beautiful & peaceful. So far it's the best beach in Phuket in my opinion - and that is one of the reasons we chose InterContinental. We loved the Pine Beach Bar and the pool there as well

The breakfast, the afternoon tea as well the drinks in the evening at the club lounge were absolutely delicious. The gym offers good equipments. One of the highlights is the sunset at the hotel beach

I got warming welcome from staffs here. This hotel is one of the best I’d been. Food, Elegant view both sea view and mountain view and friendly staffs are the best for here.

Lovely atmosphere, surrounded by pine trees, and a few steps to the sea! Guestroom was located on the other side of the street but this hotel has a private tunnel and a buggy service to take you anywhere

My husband and daughters ages 16 & 14 stayed mid April for four nights. Exceptional communication prior to arrival, retrieval of necessary paperwork super easy and overall service by staff was excellent

Breakfast offering was very good and if you're after a quiet place for a drink, the hotel bar is a good spot. But if you want to go somewhere, it is not a problem to rent a car on Orange car phuket

Breakfast had a huge selection to choose from and they even have a fresh juice station where you could select the fruits and the staff would juice it in front of you! Rooms were clean and situated on a hilly area where you had good views of the ocean

Great place for couples to stay a few nights, if only for the most amazing food. We stayed at three other 5 star resorts and the Hyatt’s breakfast was by far the best by a long long way

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. On my first day I asked for decaf coffee and they did not have it. However, the waiter found some and brought me a freshly brewed cup. So grateful! Sadly they ran out after this

Pool was large about 50m which you can comfortably swim laps. They had snorkelling and trekking activities depending on the season. We stayed as a family with older parents and everyone enjoyed it!

When it comes to the villas they are excellent, same as the spa! However, breakfast was even less than average. Moreover, no direct beach to the resort this was a disaster.

Staying at Andara Resort Villas in Phuket was an incredible experience. The pools were amazing—spacious and with stunning views of the sea

Outstanding service, beautiful rooms/villas with a lot of space and tasteful furniture, the best breakfast in Thailand you can get and also a fantastic dinner ( we tasted for example the pizza- it was like in Italy!)

The luxury amenities really stood out, especially the gym, which was fully equipped, and the villas with their infinity pools were beautifully designed

Stunning view over looking Kamala Beach once you step into the villa compensates your journey to Phuket. Apart from its view, the staff also offers excellent services esp with my breakfast on demand

For us, this disadvantage outweighs all the good. Also the disadvantages include the fact that next no store 7 /11. To the nearest 30 minutes walk. Only fresh juices in the cafe for 120 baht

Wife and I stayed there just for one night. I can't forget how peaceful it was and I paid reasonable price. And this is good for families. big rooms and good swimming pool!

The hotel stay is very good and staffs are very very responsive to customers,,, the only thing I have rated it four, it is far from market, it can keep shuttle service for that, which would surely increase the footfall,,,,as the location is peaceful, nearby beach is good and the food restaurant in the Kamala is awesome :)

Great Service, Great pool, Great location but the downside is they dont have elevators maybe cos its a resort, but found it hard to climb 2 levels, they have a nice pool facing balcony for all the rooms.

Nice clean rooms and kids love the pool and waterslide. Resort prices for meals and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great exersize getting back up to the room 4 flights of stairs.

We would definitely highly recommend this hotel because it is absolutely outstanding and the location is so peaceful and is absolutely perfect for the beach, restaurants and entertainment

Beautiful hotel with a super beach that may as well be exclusive to the hotel. Celebrated our wedding here and could not ask for more from the staff. Just a great time for our entire party.

The staff is super friendly from the GM to the bellboy, the room was amazing, the Spa provides one of the best treatment we experienced in Thailand. The food is very good & good variety between western & Thai cuisine

Complimentary 'wish baskets' were given as compensation for the work (building work took place around 10:00-17:30) No good if you're on a budget but very nice for relaxing in the spa or on the beach

I recommend the rooms facing Kamala beach. The deluxe sea view rooms don’t have a bathtub though, as advertised on Agoda. The fitness center and pool are both great

No buffet during this time but the service during breakfast was quite good. They have a little cafe across the road (Sienna Rocks) which has access to another infinity pool
