The hotel is old but everything was well-maintained. The room is clean and tidy. There’s fitness and swimming pool. The swimming pool is very clean and clear. The staffs are also very nice and helpful.

As most of Khanom, this place is almost completely deserted most of the year. Which is a good thing if you are a misanthrope. The hotel feels a bit dated, with rooms that show some wear and tear, but in general is acceptable for this standard, even if in the lower range of the 4* band. A serene place, perfect for family and friends. I've enjoyed the golden beach, the clear water and the fresh air here several times already. There's also a little restaurant near the beachfront which has fresh crabs, squids, other seafood and a variety of Thai and Western dishes. If you're looking for a place to truly relax your body and mind, here is the place to be.

Basic but beautiful we only stay three days but mad the most of it with day trips. The hotel staff are lovely and helpful. We stayed in the huts on the beach the kids and I loved it as we could swim in the sea an till the early hours. Boat trips are a must. Good luck we hope you have fun to.

Great resort, and great service! We had to change our stay from 3 nights for 2 nights and the hotel offered us voucher for the spa to compensate the night (booking was not refundable) very nice of them. The spa was amazing and really relaxing! A great resort!

Clean beach! Pool area and beach are very good! Hotel is too expensive for what you get! Rooms not clean, dust on tv from already weeks. Windows not cleaned at all :(

The beach has nice waves! After a couple windy days, the waves are large enough to surf on (at least with a bodyboard).

Love this place. Not to fancy but clean and fresh and good service. Rent a bike so you easy can go up to town, and you will have it all.

Not quite expensive considering the view. Go for resort zone. You can easily get to the beach. If you are not in to the sea, you can also enjoy yourselves in the swimming pool.

Small resort with only 6 bungalows. The bungalows are well furnished but tiny. Small fridge , electricity is cut when you leave the room, so not cold. First night no hot water in shower. Thanyanan is a superhost on AirBnB. Me and my husband lived here for a month. The place is secured from dangerous animals such as snakes. There is a great pool area in the yard. The sea is 100-200 meters away. The city is pretty close but you need a bike or a car. Rooms are fully equipped. Hosts speak English well. And Thanyanan is massage master. I totally recommend.

Staff was a little rude which is so rare in Thailand it was pretty shocking. We just went for lunch so we didn't experience the amusement part or the water park. The food was fine and other guests looked to be having a great time.

Nice place, you could stand it longer. Beautiful 4 or 5 rooms, everything is super clean, everything works, smells good and the friendly joy is always there. A small breakfast is available in the foyer. You can get instant coffee there all day long. Haha, the house has a bit of a Swiss-style.

People need to adjust their expectations. If you book a 3 star hotel and pay a bargain price do not expect a 5 star luxury resort. Talkoo is good value for money, friendly staff and food that can be very good. Just be selective in what you eat and don't just pile everything you see onto your plate.
