I stayed at Grand Marina Resident for a few months during my business trip to Thailand. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was decent. It’s a budget-friendly hotel with a gym and swimming pool. Overall, I’d give it a solid 4 stars.

Large room with balcony. It's modern and new building. Deducted two stars for lots of tiny cockroaches and rough bedsheets that's itchy to the skin

This place is awful and not worth staying at. I booked two rooms for 3 days and had roaches in my room and black mold on the pillow cases. I wouldn't stay here as it's disgusting and also has a foul odor in the bathroom

False information from hotel reception about bookings (the person confirmed that pet is allowed).
We almost arrive the hotel and got a cancellation as the manager told us it’s not pet allowed.
We must take extra time to find a new hotel with pet allowed before sunset.

โรงแรมสะอาด ห้องกว้าง ได้ราคาที่คุ้มค่า ทำเลอยู่ใกล้ ม.เกษตร ทำให้มีความสะดวกสบายและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเยอะ มาพักเป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้วค่ะ ประทับใจมากค่ะ

The bathroom is always smelly (I stayed in at least 3 different rooms)
Room & Facilities are old, poor breakfast.
The restaurant is quite okay, nice a la carte foods (only if you are too lazy to go outside, since it's more expensive to eat in this restaurant)
