There is a swimming pool, no breakfast, but you can buy everything in the nearby stores. There are many cafes nearby. The beach is 10-15 minutes away.

Well, I won't stay there again. The cleaning is so-so, there are cobwebs and spiders everywhere. On the first day there were three huge cockroaches in the bathroom. I went to the reception and reported them, but they weren't seen again. The location is great. The pool is big, but very tired. Only Germans live in the hotel, who bring Thai women for their pleasures)

Yes, the hotel is old, but solid. This is also evident from the abandoned state of part of the territory. The hotel consists of two buildings and a couple of swimming pools between them. The territory is large, green and very quiet due to the location. There are few guests, mostly old Germans who invariably hang out quietly with beer by the pool all day.
Pros: quiet place, large rooms, swimming pool, good view from the upper floors, you can see the sea and most of the north of Pattaya. Big C, Lotus, Terminal 21 and all sorts of eateries and food stalls are nearby.
My room for one was simply huge. And there were two beds))) a refrigerator and TV were present. Room service is available daily, if desired.
Cons: the hotel is a bit old and looks a bit abandoned, the best years are behind us. There is no food at all, but you can easily find something to eat by going out into the city. Food stalls start right from the entrance. An old CRT TV, it is unclear how and why, switches scattered throughout the room. Turning on the light in the evening is quite a quest. I found everything only after about 5 minutes. 🤔
The air conditioner was quiet, but aimed precisely at the middle of the bed. The blanket saves.

As a result, it is quite possible to stay for a few days without expecting great amenities. The price tag is more or less adequate, but the 500 baht deposit is annoying. There is nothing to spoil in the room, no matter how hard you try. It can be recommended for a short vacation. The pools save you from the heat. Towels and sun loungers are plentiful and free.

This time my deposit was not refunded, and my deposit receipt is still in my wallet, because every time my deposit was refunded, I would return the deposit receipt.

I stayed at the hotel for a week. And that's more than enough to get tired of it. The biggest minus of this hotel is the bed. The mattress is made of coconut coir, hard, absolutely no cushioning, a little softer than asphalt. The pillows are old, lumpy, with an unpleasant smell. The bed linen is washed out. The second huge minus: the air conditioner, which hums like a Boeing on takeoff, and blows directly onto the bed. Therefore, it is a big problem to rest and sleep in this hotel. The cleaning in the room is normal. The territory is small but somehow unkempt, the pool is dirty. It is obvious that the best times of the hotel are long gone. The contingent of vacationers is appropriate: ancient Germans with Thai "nannies". Therefore, I cannot recommend the hotel. A three with a stretch.

Everything was fine. There is a feeling of abandonment of the hotel. Although it is still quite a strong old man.
