Mae Taeng, 168 Moo.2 T. Keudchang, A.Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai 🧭 Map
"Exceptional service paired with the serene seclusion of this resort made for a truly memorable stay. From personalized attention to breathtaking views, every detail exceeded expectations. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and luxury. A hidden gem where every moment feels like a cherished escape from the everyday hustle."
The room was spacious and located among nature. Also, it's very close to Pang Chang Mae Taeng, you can take the resort's shuttle car to the garden inside the resort near a canal to see the elephant in the morning which provided us a great experience during our stay.
Delightful hotel with little (or big) villa rooms garden or river facing - amazing surrounding looking out to jungle, you can watch morning sunrise from the tower (beautiful). Next to Karen elephant settlement so you can watch them leave in the morning (from the tower). Good food and lovely restaurant by the pool. Coffee shop by the river is worth a stop - very chill. Wish we were staying more than...
It’s a beautiful resort. Organic farm next door. Bicycles available to borrow for use on the premises. The breakfast was ok. Thai breakfast options were much better than the western ones but that’s to be expected. Although a steak my friend ordered was pretty good. A surprising number of younger travelers were partying at the pool. I wish there was an option to turn off your villas outside lights...
What a wonderful hotel! The staff was so attentive and eager to assists us in any way possible. The resort itself is a ways from the city but they offered very reasonably priced shuttle services to bring you wherever you needed. The grounds were stunning and very well kept! We were there in early November and were what seemed to be one of only 3 total groups staying there so we practically had the...
Wonderful experience! Had a good deal on a room and enjoyed a wonderful weekend vacation (2 adults, 1 child). Our toddler loved waking around and counting the elephant statues, seeing real elephants nearby, swimming, and riding in the golf carts. The surroundings are stunning, even in rainy season. Very close to elephant sanctuaries - the staff recommended and coordinated a trip to Elephant EcoValley...

Best value for money. Big room, Big garden with lots of trees. Good restaurant with very reasonable price. Staffs are very friendly. The coffee and drinks here is also very good.
Rooms to suit every taste, not all to my taste though. The resort is very natural and surrounded by water, almost everything is covered in thick moss which looks wonderful, the river and dams are a nice view to wake up to.
Far from ammenities so make sure you bring your own transportation. Nice grounds but some features are in disrepair. The rooms were clean and spacious.

It is a paradise amongst bamboos. Tree houses, wooden swings, sunrise spots, owls and frogs sing at night. Star gazing. Perfect to get. Out of the city for a weekend. Very friendly Thai staff (use google translate to communicate). Breakfast included, amazing mattresses, clean white sheets and towels, soap, shampoo and water included.
private accommodation and quiet The atmosphere is good too. suitable for relaxing Personally, I think it's okay that I don't have to go and compete with other people for traveling places. Considered quite good.

Overall a good stay. Very interesting property (in a good way). At the end of the check-in process we were offered complimentary upgrades which was very nice and appreciated. Booking was a bit odd as their website did not provide a booking link, only a form to submit to request a room. Many of the normal channels to book did not have the property, however I was able to book on Agoda. The rates for...
Non-guests can enter by paying 50 Baht (which can be redeemed when you buy a drink. I bought a strawberry smoothie - 120 Baht ). The statues of running horses and the miniature Singha lion set upon amazing grounds are just fantastic. Lost my gimbal there though, which sadly was never found. Maybe a guest found it and didn't hand it back. :/
The restaurant was great: extensive menu of Thai (including northern Thai specials) and western dishes. Good beer choices (Asahi) and stunning views. Friendly staff and affordable prices. In the evening, there can be a lot of mosquitoes during rainy season, so sit inside!
Thailand, particularly in the North, is littered with 'resorts' that throw a few rooms in the middle of spectacular view and expect things to take care of themselves. A drive around the area and you'll see plenty of these derelict and abandoned. PhuSanFah could end up this way: it lacks heart and the attention to detail that you would expect for the prices its charges. It sets its stall out as you...
Wonderful and relaxing place to enjoy. Will definitely come back but you must come with own transport if more than one night.
The place has so much potential and so many things to offer. The location is amazing. Sleeping with crickets singing ,looking up the dark sky full of stars, Waking up with bird chirping are absolutely priceless for this modern world. Hospitality service need to be trained -Serving appetiser after main course. -The American breakfast need more attention. - Serving out of bottle orange...

Tranquil space where you can truly relax surrounded my the sounds of nature. The beds were comfortable and the ac optional as they have screen doors and it gets nice and cool at night here. The only thing that could be improved is the food which was a bit bland. The western breakfast was very heavy with sausages and bacon we had the Thai breakfast the second morning and that was nice with fried rice...
Great quiet place to enjoy nature for a short stay. Beautiful original hand made textile bags, sachets etc by Lisu People. Not to be found even in markets in near-by Chiang Mai.
Gorgeous lodge of bamboo woven and wood buildings mixed with ponds and beautiful views. Great hiking trails and activities nearby. Would highly recommend this perfect getaway
Lisu Lodge is a beautiful place. It’s a collection of immaculately constructed bamboo lodges set in picturesque grounds, in the stunning Thai hills. The rooms are surprisingly comfortable - you take your shoes off before going up the steps into the lodge, and the woven bamboo floor is lovely underfoot. There’s no air conditioning, but with a fan and the air circulation through and around the building...
Lovely place by a rice field, with very nice locals. Very quiet place where you can also get a massage, cycle in the valley or harvest tea leaves and know more about it. I recommend all of them.
What a place! What a view from the lodge! We were lucky enough to be completely alone in the entire lodge so we could fully enjoy the calm and peaceful athmosphere of this magnificent garden. We loved it.

Modern, clean rooms with basic requirements.Shower had good pressure and hot if required.Breakfast was delivered at the time we requested and would certainly recommend it for a short stay."Sticky Waterfall" is only 15 km away and well worth a visit Korn the young Thai lady owner speaks excellent English and was most helpful.
